Claims (15)
- Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau, la fermeture à glissière consistant dans des rangées de dents, (2, 2') disposées sur des rubans de fermeture à glissière (1, 1'), susceptibles d'être amenées en accouplement pour assurer la fermeture, les dents consistant dans des paires d'éléments d'accouplement et un élément d'accouplement étant disposé chaque fois au dessus et en dessous du plan des rubans de fermeture à glissière, pour s'accrocher dans un élément d'accouplement correspondant dans la rangée opposée de dents, des lèvres d'étanchéité (27) situées dans le plan de l'arête antérieure des rubans de fermeture à glissière s'étendant entre les paires d'élément d'accouplement, le long de ladite arête antérieure, lorsque la fermeture à glissière est fermée, les lèvres d'étanchéité des deux rangées de dents étant adjacentes de sorte à assurer l'étanchéité, un curseur de fermeture à glissière (3), lequel est déplaçable entre une butée inférieure (5) en position ouverte et un port (4) en position fermée étant présent, le curseur (3) comportant un corps (10) pour l'ouverture des rangées de dents, des flancs (9, 9') pour la fermeture des rangées de dents, ainsi qu'une plaque inférieure et supérieure (7, 8) entre lesquelles les rangées de petits dents sont guidées, le corps reliant les deux plaques l'une à l'autre et les flancs étant disposés sur la plaque supérieure et/ou sur la plaque inférieure et le port étant muni de moyens d'étanchéité pour le curseur,
caractérisée en ce que
le port (4, 24) consiste au moins en partie dans des lèvres d'étanchéité rallongées (27) ainsi que dans des joints en forme de douille injectés sur le dessus et sur le dessous de ces dernières et sur la zone antérieure des rubans de la fermeture à glissière, entourant une zone du corps (17) du port, lesdits joints comportant sur leurs faces supérieures autour de la zone du corps du port des lèvres d'étanchéité (13, 19) périphériques surélevées, destinées à s'appliquer sur les plaques du curseur, les plaques (7, 8) du curseur comportant des inclinaisons de démarrage (a) s'élargissant et les joints ou les lèvres d'étanchéité de ces derniers étant surépaissi(e)s sur leur extrémité en fonction de ladite inclinaison de démarrage. - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
les lèvres d'étanchéité (27) forment avec les joints dans la zone du corps (17) du port des niveaux d'étanchéité pour le corps (10) du curseur. - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que
dans le plan d'étanchéité, les joints sont affleurés aux lèvres d'étanchéité ou comportent une extrémité en porte à faux de 0,5 mm par dessus ces dernières. - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3 caractérisée en ce que
les branches (20, 21) du port se raccordent chacune directement sur la dernière dent (2", 2"') du ruban de fermeture à tirette correspondant,
une branche (20) étant prolongée en fonction de l'écart des dents par rapport à l'autre branche (21). - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 4,
caractérisée en ce que
la plus longue branche (20) comporte un évidement (23) sensiblement complémentaire de forme pour la dent (2") opposée et en ce que la plus courte branche (21) est dotée d'une courbure (22) pour l'application par complémentarité de forme sur la dent (2") voisine. - Fermeture à tirette étanche à l'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
dans la zone du port, les rubans de la fermeture à glissière sont reliés au moins sur l'extrémité de cette dernière de pattes (6, 6') en un textile appliqué par soudage ou en un film appliqué par soudage,
au moins une partie de la zone de liaison des joints en forme de douille étant soudée sur ledit textile ou sur ledit film. - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 6,
caractérisée en ce que
les filaments du textile sont apprêtés pour être étanches à l'air ou revêtus de façon étanche à l'air. - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce que le tissu contient des monofilaments. - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3 caractérisée en ce que
au moins quelques dents (15) pénètrent dans la zone du corps (13) du port (4). - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 9,
caractérisée en ce que
les dents pénétrant dans le port ont un volume réduit par rapport aux autres dents. - Fermeture à glissière étanche à l'eau selon la revendication 10,
caractérisée en ce que
la réduction de volume va en croissant en direction de l'extrémité du port. - Fermeture à tirette étanche à l'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
les lèvres d'étanchéité (27) sont rapportées sur les rubans de fermeture éclair (1, 1') ou forment l'arête antérieure de ces dernières. - Fermeture à tirette étanche à l'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
les éléments d'accouplement de chaque dent sont reliés entre eux pas le ruban de fermeture à tirette correspondant. - Fermeture à tirette étanche à l'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
les dents sont des pièces en matière plastique moulées par injection. - Fermeture à tirette étanche à l'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
les rubans de fermeture à tirette sont des rubans en textile revêtus d'une matière plastique.
