Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Handschusswaffe gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Eine Handschusswaffe der vorgenannten Art ist aus der US 5 584 136 A bekannt. Eine solche Handschusswaffe bildet ein Basis für den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bei der darin beschriebenen Handschusswaffe ist das Griffstück als Aufnahme für ein Magazin ausgebildet, dass von unten in das Griffstück einschiebbar ist. Für die Verwendung langer Magazine, die das Griffstück nach dem Einschieben nach unten überragen, ist ein Verlängerungsstück vorgesehen, das einen dem Griffstück vergleichbaren Querschnitt aufweist. Das Verlängerungsstück wird von oben auf das Magazin aufgeschoben. Nach dem Einschieben des mit dem Verlängerungsstück versehenen Magazins in das Griffstück liegt die Oberseite des Verlängerungsstücks an der Unterseite des Griffstücks an. Die Oberseite des Verlängerungsstücks kann eine Schulter aufweisen, die an einem Absatz im Bereich der Unterseite des Griffstücks anliegen kann.
  • Eine weitere Handschusswaffe ist aus der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE 195 05 829 A1 bekannt. Die darin beschriebene Handschusswaffe weist ein Griffstück auf, das an der Vorderseite drei Griffmulden für die Anlage des Mittelfingers, des Ringfingers und des kleinen Fingers des Benutzers vorsieht. An der in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe hinteren Seite des Griffstückes ist ein Rückenteil angeordnet, das zur Anlage der Handinnenfläche des Benutzers dient. Dieses Rückenteil ist bei dem vorgenannten Stand der Technik austauschbar, so dass das Griffstück an unterschiedliche Anforderungen oder unterschiedliche Benutzer anpassbar ist.
  • Auf dem Markt werden seit einiger Zeit verstärkt sogenannte Kompaktwaffen angeboten und nachgefragt. Gewöhnlich handelt es sich bei Kompaktwaffen um Waffen geringer Größe. Kompaktwaffen sind häufig Varianten von Waffen in voller Größe. Somit kann der Anwender Waffen unterschiedlicher Größe auswählen, die der gleichen Produktfamilie angehören. Kompaktwaffen werden bevorzugt verdeckt getragen und weisen eine geringere Größe auf als normale Handschusswaffen, wie beispielsweise klassische Militärpistolen. Insbesondere besitzt eine derartige Kompaktwaffe einen kürzeren Lauf, einen kürzeren Verschluss sowie ein in seiner Höhe kleineres Griffstück. Ein derartiges kleineres Griffstück bietet für den Benutzer nur noch Angreifmöglichkeiten für zwei Finger und nicht mehr für drei Finger. Aus diesem Grund können derartige Kompaktwaffen nicht ausreichend gut gehalten werden, so dass die Treffsicherheit beeinträchtigt wird. Weiterhin werden bei den bekannten Kompaktwaffen kleinere speziell auf die Größe des Griffstückes abgestimmte Magazine verwendet, die entsprechend weniger Patronen aufnehmen können.
  • Das der vorliegenden Erfindung zugrunde liegende Problem ist die Schaffung einer Handschusswaffe der eingangs genannten Art, die von einem Benutzer besser gegriffen werden kann.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Handschusswaffe der eingangs genannten Art mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 erreicht. Die Unteransprüche betreffen bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung.
  • Eine erfindungsgemäße Waffe kann als Kompaktwaffe ausgebildet sein, wobei sie in Gebrauchsstellung eine Höhe von weniger als 130 mm, insbesondere eine Höhe von etwa 110 mm aufweisen kann.
  • Diese Höhe von etwa 110 mm kann durch das Verlängerungsstück deutlich verlängert werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Handschusswaffe einen Magazinkörper umfasst, der in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe von unten in das Griffstück einschiebbar ist. Durch das zusätzliche Verlängerungsstück, das an der Unterseite des Griffstückes angeordnet werden kann, können bei einer erfindungsgemäßen Handschusswaffe Magazinkörper verwendet werden, die normalerweise nur bei normalen Pistolen eingesetzt sind und bei den auf dem Markt befindlichen Kompaktwaffen nicht optimal eingesetzt werden können. Für die Anwender liegt es nahe, Magazine von Waffen mit voller Größe aus der gleichen Produktfamilie zu verwenden. Die Magazine mit voller Größe stehen aber über den kurzen Griff der Kompaktwaffen hervor und irritieren den Anwender. Es sieht aus, als ob das Magazin nicht vollständig in das Griffstück eingeführt ist und es versehentlich heraus rutscht. Außerdem ist der Magazinschacht nicht geschlossen, wodurch die Gefahr des Eindringens von Schmutz besteht. Eine erfindungsgemäße Handschusswaffe bietet somit die Möglichkeit, trotz einer Ausführung als Kompaktwaffe handelsübliche Magazine mit einer deutlich größeren Anzahl von Patronen zu verwenden.
  • Alternativ zur Ausführung der Handschusswaffe als Pistole kann die Handschusswaffe auch als Trommelrevolver oder dergleichen ausgeführt sein.
  • Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist das Verlängerungsstück mit dem Griffstück verbindbar. Die Verbindung von Verlängerungsstück und Griffstück kann beispielsweise durch einseitiges Einhaken, Verstiften oder Einrasten auf der einen Seite und Verstiften oder Einrasten an der gegenüberliegenden Seite oder durch Aufschieben auf eine Führung oder durch Verkleben oder durch einen Bajonettverschluss oder durch Verrasten realisiert werden. Insbesondere die lösbaren der vorgenannten Verbindungsmethoden bieten die Möglichkeit, bei Bedarf das Griffstück durch das Verlängerungsstück zu verlängern und beispielsweise für das verdeckte Tragen der Kompaktwaffe das Verlängerungsstück wieder von dem Griffstück zu entfernen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Griffstück auf seiner in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe vorderen Seite zwei Griffmulden für den Mittelfinger und den Ringfinger eines Benutzers aufweist. Weiterhin kann erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sein, dass das Verlängerungsstück auf seiner in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe vorderen Seite eine Griffmulde aufweist, die insbesondere für die Anlage des kleinen Fingers des Benutzers dienen kann. Auf diese Weise wird durch die Verbindung von Griffstück und Verlängerungsstück dem Benutzer eine Anzahl von Griffmulden zur Verfügung gestellt, die der handelsüblicher großer Handschusswaffen entspricht, so dass die Handschusswaffe sicher von dem Schützen gegriffen werden kann.
  • Weiterhin kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Griffstück und das Verlängerungsstück auf ihrer in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe hinteren Seite Rückenteile aufweisen. Somit wird durch die Verbindung von Griffstück mit Verlängerungsstück auch das Rückenteil des Griffstückes derart verlängert, dass eine ausreichend große Anlagefläche für die Handinnenfläche zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
  • Vorteilhafterweise wird durch das Verlängerungsstück die für den Benutzer nutzbare Höhe des Griffes der Handschusswaffe um etwa 1/4 bis 1/2 der Höhe des Griffstücks, insbesondere um etwa 1/3 der Höhe des Griffstücks verlängert. Durch eine Verlängerung um etwa 1/3 der Höhe des Griffstücks wird somit aus einem Griff einer Kompaktwaffe ein Griff einer normalen Handschusswaffe, der von dem Benutzer problemlos gegriffen werden kann.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung werden deutlich anhand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegenden Abbildungen. Darin zeigen

  • Eine erfindungsgemäße Handschusswaffe, wie sie in den Fig. 1 bis Fig. 4 abgebildet ist, umfasst ein Griffstück 1, das in Schussrichtung hinter einem Abzug (nicht abgebildet) angeordnet ist. Das Griffstück 1 weist auf seiner in Gebrauchsstellung vorderen Seite zwei Griffmulden 2, 3 für den Mittelfinger und den Ringfinger eines Benutzers auf. Das Griffstück 1 weist weiterhin an seiner in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe hinteren Seite ein Rückenteil 4 für die Anlage der Handinnenseite des Benutzers auf.
  • Die in Fig. 1 bis Fig. 4 abgebildete Handschusswaffe ist insbesondere als sogenannte Kompaktwaffe ausgebildet, die im Gegensatz zu normalen Handschusswaffen, wie beispielsweise klassischen Militärpistolen, geringere Abmessungen aufweist. Beispielsweise kann eine derartige Kompaktwaffe eine Länge L (siehe Fig. 1) von weniger als 180 mm, insbesondere eine Länge L von etwa 169 mm aufweisen. Weiterhin kann eine derartige Kompaktwaffe eine Höhe H (siehe dazu Fig. 1) von weniger als 130 mm, insbesondere von etwa 110 mm aufweisen. Alternativ kann eine erfindungsgemäße Handschusswaffe jedoch auch als größere Handschusswaffe ausgebildet sein.
  • Die in Fig. 1 bis 4 abgebildete Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Handschusswaffe ist als Pistole, insbesondere Selbstverteidigungspistole mit einem Magazinkörper 5 ausgebildet, der in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung des Griffstücks 1 einschiebbar ist. Alternativ dazu kann eine erfindungsgemäße Handschusswaffe auch als Revolver oder dergleichen ausgebildet sein.
  • Die in Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 abgebildete Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Handschusswaffe umfasst weiterhin ein Verlängerungsstück 6, das an der Unterseite des Griffstückes 1 anbringbar ist. Bei an der Unterseite des Griffstücks angebrachtem Verlängerungsstück 6 (siehe dazu Fig. 2) wird das Griffstück 1 gegenüber dem Zustand mit nicht angebrachtem Verlängerungsstück deutlich verlängert, beispielsweise um etwa 1/5 bis 1/3 seiner Länge. Das Verlängerungsstück 6 weist insbesondere auf seiner in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe vorderen Seite eine Griffmulde 7 und auf seiner in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe hinteren Seite ein Rückenteil 8 auf. Im mit dem Griffstück 1 verbundenen Zustand des Verlängerungsstücks 6 kann die Griffmulde 7 zur Anlage des kleinen Fingers des Benutzers dienen, so dass dieser die erfindungsgemäße Handschusswaffe wesentlich sicherer greifen kann. Weiterhin wird auch die Anlagefläche für die Handinnenfläche durch das zusätzliche Rückenteil 8 deutlich vergrößert (siehe dazu Fig. 2). Das Rückenteil 8 kann auch so geformt sein, dass das hintere Rückenteil 4 gleichzeitig Bestandteil des Verlängerungsstücks 6 ist.
  • Die Verbindung von Verlängerungsstück 6 mit Griffstück 1 kann auf verschiedene Weisen erfolgen. Beispielsweise besteht die Möglichkeit, dass das Verlängerungsstück 6 mit Hilfe eines Bajonettverschlusses befestigt wird oder an einer Seite, beispielsweise der Vorderseite eingehakt, eingerastet oder verstiftet wird und an der anderen Seite, beispielsweise der hinteren Seite verrastet oder mittels eines Stiftes befestigt wird. Weiterhin besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass das Verlängerungsstück 6 auf eine entsprechende Führung an dem Griffstück 1 aufgeschoben wird, beispielsweise auf eine Schwalbenschwanz- oder ähnliche Führung. Insbesondere besteht hierbei die Möglichkeit, dass das Verlängerungsstück 6 in seiner Endposition an dem Griffstück 1 verrastend festgelegt wird. Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, dass das Verlängerungsstück 6 an dem Griffstück 1 angeklebt wird. Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, dass eine Rastverbindung zwischen Verlängerungsstück 6 und Griffstück 1 vorgesehen wird.
  • Der untere Teil der in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe vorderen Seite des Verlängerungsstücks 6 kann derart geformt sein, dass er bei eingeschobenem Magazinkörper 5 in den vorderen Teil eines an der Unterseite des Magazinkörpers 5 angebrachten Magazinschuhs 9 übergeht (siehe dazu Fig. 4).
  • Bei der in Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 abgebildeten Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Handschusswaffe ist das Verlängerungsstück 6 nicht direkt mit dem Griffstück 1 verbindbar, sondern an dem Magazinkörper 5 anbringbar. Dazu ist das Verlängerungsstück 6 beispielsweise als Hülse ausgeführt, die von oben (siehe Fig. 3) auf den Magazinkörper 5 aufschiebbar ist und in ihrer Endstellung auf der Oberseite des Magazinschuhs 9 aufliegt. Durch Einschieben des Magazinkörpers 5 in das Griffstück 1 wird dem Benutzer in der in Fig. 4 abgebildeten Endstellung, d. h. der komplett eingeschobenen Position des Magazinkörpers 5, ein erfindungsgemäß verlängerter Griff zur Verfügung gestellt.
  • Eine erfindungsgemäße als Kompaktwaffe ausgebildete Handschusswaffe bietet den Vorteil, dass aufgrund des Verlängerungsstückes 6 Magazine bzw. Magazinkörper 5, die für wesentlich größere Waffen als handelsübliche Kompaktwaffen ausgebildet sind, mit einer derartigen Kompaktwaffe verwendbar sind.

Claims (8)

  1. Handschusswaffe umfassend ein Griffstück (1), an dessen in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe vorderen Seite Finger eines Benutzers anliegen können einen Magazinkörper (5), der in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe von unten in das Griffstück (1) einschiebbar ist, sowie ein Verlängerungsstück (6), das in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe das Griffstück (1) nach unten verlängern kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungsstück (6) mit dem Griffstück (1) verbindbar ist.
  2. Handschusswaffe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handschusswaffe als Kompaktwaffe ausgeführt ist.
  3. Handschusswaffe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handschusswaffe in Gebrauchsstellung eine Höhe (H) von weniger als 130 mm, insbesondere eine Höhe (H) von etwa 110 mm aufweist.
  4. Handschusswaffe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungsstück (6) mit dem Griffstück (1) durch einseitiges Einhaken, Verstiften oder Einrasten auf der einen Seite und Verstiften oder Einrasten an der gegenüberliegenden Seite oder durch Aufschieben auf eine Führung oder durch Verkleben oder durch einen Bajonettverschluss oder durch Verrasten verbindbar ist.
  5. Handschusswaffe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (1) auf seiner in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe vorderen Seite zwei Griffmulden (2, 3) für den Mittelfinger und den Ringfinger eines Benutzers aufweist.
  6. Handschusswaffe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungsstück (6) auf seiner in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe vorderen Seite eine Griffmulde (7) aufweist, die insbesondere für die Anlage des kleinen Fingers des Benutzers dienen kann.
  7. Handschusswaffe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (1) und das Verlängerungsstück (6) auf ihrer in Gebrauchsstellung der Handschusswaffe hinteren Seite Rückenteile (4, 8) aufweisen.
  8. Handschusswaffe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch das Verlängerungsstück (6) die für den Benutzer nutzbare Höhe des Griffes der Handschusswaffe um etwa 1/4 bis 1/2 der Höhe des Griffstücks (1), insbesondere etwa um 1/3 der Höhe des Griffstücks (1) verlängert wird.
