Claims (10)

  1. Arrangement comportant un dispositif de capture (1, 1', 1") de chargements tombant d'un véhicule (22) et un dispositif de retenue de véhicule (13) disposé devant le dispositif de capture (1, 1', 1"), avec une pluralité de montants (2), qui peuvent respectivement être ancrés à l'aide d'un moyen d'ancrage (V) dans une semelle filante (6) ou une couverture de construction (30) le long d'une chaussée (16) et auxquels sont fixés plusieurs longerons (3) ainsi que plusieurs parois latérales (4) disposés à distance les uns au-dessus des autres, dans lequel les longerons (3) et les parois latérales (4) forment le côté d'impact (A), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de capture (1, 1', 1") a une hauteur d'au moins trois mètres et les moyens d'ancrage (V) présentent une force de fixation qui se situe en dessous de la charge de rupture de la semelle filante (6) ou de la couverture de construction (30) et/ou les montants (2) comportent un point de flambage théorique (25), et en ce qu'entre chaque fois deux longerons (3) sont disposés des éléments de grille (4), qui peuvent former un écran de protection et présentent respectivement un cadre périphérique et des barres transversales, dans lequel des grilles des éléments de grille (4) sont à ce point stables qu'elles ne peuvent pas être brisées sans difficultés par une charge ou par un véhicule.
  2. Arrangement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les montants (2) sont chaque fois fixés sur une plaque d'ancrage (9), qui est ancrée dans la semelle filante (6) à l'aide d'au moins deux, en particulier quatre boulons d'ancrage (10, 17) disposés à distance l'un de l'autre, dans lequel au moins un boulon fileté (17) est disposé dans le plan d'un montant (2) et un autre boulon d'ancrage (10) est disposé à une distance perpendiculaire de l'autre boulon d'ancrage (17).
  3. Arrangement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'ancrage (9) est fixée avec un espacement ou est posée sur la couverture de construction (30).
  4. Arrangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une pièce d'insonorisation (5) est fixée sur les longerons (3), dans lequel cette pièce d'insonorisation (5) est composée de plusieurs éléments d'insonorisation (5a).
  5. Arrangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les montants (2) sont chaque fois des montants doubles.
  6. Arrangement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les montants (2) sont chaque fois fabriqués à partir de deux profilés C.
  7. Arrangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les montants (2) sont chaque fois fixés par leur extrémité inférieure à un élément raidisseur (8) de forme essentiellement triangulaire.
  8. Arrangement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments raidisseurs (8) présentent chaque fois une arête inclinée (7), qui forme à une extrémité supérieure un point de flambage (25), auquel le montant (2) fixé à l'élément raidisseur (8) est déformé plastiquement en cas de collision.
  9. Arrangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'insonorisation (5) est fabriquée à partir d'éléments d'insonorisation (5a) et de montants (21), qui sont constitués de tôles relativement minces, de telle manière que la pièce d'insonorisation (5) y compris les montants (21) soient déformés plastiquement en cas de collision et n'offrent pratiquement aucune résistance.
  10. Arrangement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque d'ancrage supérieure (40) est posée sur une plaque d'ancrage inférieure (42) et ces deux plaques d'ancrage (40, 42) sont assemblées l'une à l'autre par des vis de fixation (43), qui possèdent chacune un point de rupture théorique.
