Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dishwasher with at least one crockery basket and a crockery basket consisting of a basket unit for receiving items to be washed.
  • baskets are used which are assigned spray arms arranged on their underside, which are connected to a circulation pump via coupling devices.
  • water or a so-called wash liquor is pumped through inlet pipes, which flow through the hollow spray arms and leave the spray arms through nozzle-like outbreaks in order to apply the wash liquor to the wash ware located in the baskets above and, if appropriate, below the spray arms, and so on to clean this wash ware.
  • the nozzle-like outbreaks of the spray arms are designed and arranged in such a way that a corresponding rotational speed is achieved, while at the same time ensuring sufficient vertical spraying force for cleaning the washware.
  • the arrangement of the spray arms below the crockery basket ensures that the rotation of the spray arm can run unimpeded, since the wash ware does not protrude into the action area of the spray arms located below. Likewise, it must be ensured that the wash ware located below the spray arm of the upper basket is inserted into the lower basket in such a way that the rotation of the spray arm of the upper basket is also not hindered.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to optimize the tightly dimensioned storage space for items to be washed in the washing compartment while maintaining the cleaning performance of the dishwasher. This object is achieved by the dishwasher according to the invention according to claim 1 or by the dish rack according to the invention according to claim 11. Advantageous developments of the present invention are characterized in the subclaims.
  • the dishwasher according to the invention has at least one crockery basket, wherein the at least one crockery basket is free of movable spray devices and the items to be washed are applied via fixed spray devices.
  • the crockery basket according to the invention consists of a basket unit for receiving items to be washed, the crockery basket being free of movable spray devices and the items to be loaded being applied via fixed spray devices.
  • the fixed spray devices are designed as spray pipes.
  • the spray tubes are provided with nozzle-like outbreaks through which the washing liquor emerges.
  • the spray tubes are each arranged below a crockery basket.
  • the spray tubes are designed as basket components of the crockery basket, so that the basket units, for example made from coated metal wire, have a larger mesh size, which are covered by the spray tubes in order to create a holder for the items to be washed.
  • the spray tubes are advantageously arranged in a meandering shape below the crockery basket in order to ensure a uniform distribution of the rinsing.
  • the arrangement according to the invention makes maximum use of the available space in the rinsing container, since no clear width below the upper basket has to be left free, for example for the rotational movement of the spray arms.
  • the spray tubes are fed via a central area which is designed and arranged in such a way that, during a washing program, the washing liquor flows into the central area and thus into the spray tubes via a connector.
  • the central region advantageously consists of a multiplicity of pipe sections which open into a pipe section or alternatively have separate openings.
  • the central area is designed as a beam distributor.
  • FIG. 1 shows a schematic sectional illustration of a dishwasher according to the invention with two crockery baskets according to the invention
  • Figure 2 is a perspective view of a crockery basket according to the invention.
  • Figure 3 is a sectional view through a central area attached to a crockery basket according to the invention, and a connecting piece arranged adjacent thereto.
  • a dishwasher 1 according to the invention is shown in a schematic sectional view, both the upper basket and the lower basket being designed free of movable spray devices, for example rotating spray arms.
  • the available space A of the washing compartment is used to the maximum, since there is no clear width below the Upper basket must be left free for the rotational movement of the spray arms.
  • the room height thus obtained is approx. 3 to 7 cm, sometimes even up to 8 cm and more space.
  • the lower basket can also be arranged deeper in the washing compartment, so that a considerable gain in space can be determined by the measure according to the invention.
  • FIG. 2 shows a crockery basket 2, 3 according to the invention, which can be used both as an upper basket and as a lower basket.
  • the crockery basket 2, 3 according to the invention consists of a basket unit, which conventionally consists of pieces of wire 7 that are surrounded by one another. Because of their wide mesh spacing, these wire pieces 7 form a continuous network for the washing liquor, while at the same time the items to be washed in the crockery basket cannot fall through the mesh network of the basket.
  • the spray tubes can also be arranged in a meandering shape below the crockery basket in order to ensure a uniform distribution of the rinsing.
  • the spray tubes 4 open into a central area 5, which is designed and arranged such that the washing liquor flows into the central area 5 and thus into the spray tubes 4 via a connection piece (not shown).
  • washing liquor directed into the central area 5, which distributes the wash liquor to the respective spray tubes as a jet distributor.
