Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Befestigung und/oder drehbeweglichen Verbindung von Tür- und/oder Wandelementen, insbesondere einer Glastür an bzw. mit einem Wandabschnitt, auf welche ein Winkel mit Bandlappen oder ein Scharnier mit zueinander beweglichen Bandlappen kraft- und formschlüssig angeordnet sind und Mittel zur horizontalen und vertikalen Verstellung vorgesehen sind, wobei in einem mit dem Tür- und/oder Wandelement verbundenen Grundkörper (1) ein Zwischenschieber (2) geführt ist, der mit einer Bundschraube (2.2) versehen ist, die mit ihrem Bund in eine im Grundkörper (1) vorgesehene Nut (1.7) eingreift, ferner auf dem Grundkörper (1) und dem Zwischenschieber (2) der Bandlappen (3) aufliegt, der eine Bundschraube (3.1) aufweist, die mit ihrem Bund in eine im Zwischenschieber (2) vorgesehene Nut (2.5) eingreift, wobei die Tür- und/oder Wandelemente (7) durch Drehen der in den Nuten (1.7 und 2.5) festgehaltenen Bundschrauben (2.2 und 3.1) in vertikaler oder horizontaler Richtung verstellbar sind. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung und/oder drehbeweglichen Verbindung von Tür- und/oder Wandelementen, insbesondere einer Glastür an bzw. mit einem Wandabschnitt, auf welche ein Winkel mit Bandlappen oder ein Scharnier mit zueinander beweglichen Bandlappen kraftund formschlüssig angeordnet sind.
Scharnierbänder mit Justier- und Klemmelementen sind aus einer Vielzahl von Veröffentlichungen bekannt. Das als Aufnahmeteil vorgesehene Scharnierelement, wird dabei entweder am Tür- oder Wandelement verschraubt oder kraft- und formschlüssig damit verklebt. Aus der DE 295 16 023 U1 ist ein Scharnier für die Befestigung einer Glastür an einem benachbarten Element bekannt. Das am Glaselement montierbare Scharnierteil ist dabei kraft- und formschlüssig am Glaselement verklebt. Aus der EP 1 201 171 A1 ist ein Beschlag zur Befestigung von Glasscheiben, wobei justierbare in die Glasscheibe in einer Bohrung bündig eingelassene Halteelemente in der Art mit einem Scharnier oder einem andern Beschlagteil kraft - und formschlüssig verbunden sind, dass das Halteelement mit einer exzentrisch zu einem Mittelpunkt des Halteelementes liegenden Bohrung versehen ist, die von einer Verbindungsschraube durchdrungen wird und weiter eine Angriffsmöglichkeit für den Einsatz eines Werkzeuges zur Verdrehung des Halteelementes gegeben ist.
Insbesondere Glaselemente unterliegen aber besonderen Anforderungen, so dass bekannte Lösungen entweder nur bedingt zu deren Befestigung oder drehbeweglichen Verbindung einsetzbar sind oder sehr speziell nur für Elemente aus Glas geeignet sind. Eine universelle Verwendung ist meist nicht möglich.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht deshalb darin eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu entwickeln, die eine vereinfachte einhändige Justierung ermöglicht und die unabhängig vom Werkstoff einsetzbar ist und außerdem mit geringem Fertigungsaufwand und Werkzeugeinsatz, sowohl eine Schraub - als auch eine Klebeverbindung erlaubt.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen der Erfindung sind in den zugehörigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 13 enthalten.
Demnach beinhaltet die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung und/oder drehbeweglichen Verbindung von Tür- und/oder Wandelementen, insbesondere einer Glastür an bzw. mit einem Wandabschnitt, auf welche ein Winkel mit Bandlappen oder ein Scharnier mit zueinander beweglichen Bandlappen kraftund formschlüssig angeordnet sind und Mittel zur horizontalen und vertikalen Verstellung vorgesehen sind. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass in einem mit dem Türund/oder Wandelement verbundenen Grundkörper ein Zwischenschieber geführt ist, der mit einer Bundschraube versehen ist, die mit ihrem Bund in eine im Grundkörper vorgesehene Nut eingreift. Der Bandlappen liegt auf dem Grundkörper und dem Zwischenschieber auf, wobei dieser Bandlappen ebenfalls mit einer Bundschraube versehen ist, die mit ihrem Bund in eine im Zwischenschieber vorgesehene Nut eingreift und die Tür- und/oder Wandelemente durch Drehen der in den Nuten festgehaltenen Bundschrauben in vertikaler oder horizontaler Richtung verstellbar sind. Die Justierung des Glaselementes kann einhändig durch Drehen der beiden Bundschrauben erfolgen, wobei vorher nur die Klemmscheibe und zugehörige die Schraube leicht gelockert werden müssen.
Vorteilhaft ist, dass der Grundkörper dabei mit den Tür- und/oder Wandelementen durch Schrauben oder Kleben verbunden sein kann.
Wenn der Grundkörper mit dem Tür- und/oder Wandelemente durch Schrauben verbunden werden soll, ist zwischen dem Grundkörper und dem Tür- und/oder Wandelemente eine Zwischenlage vorgesehen, wobei im Grundkörper, der Zwischenlage und dem Tür- und/oder Wandelement Öffnungen für mindestens eine Befestigungsschraube vorgesehen sind.
Der Grundkörper ist bevorzugt kastenförmig ausgebildet, wobei die Seitenwände mit Ausnehmungen bzw. Aussparungen zur Aufnahme der Bundschrauben bzw. des Bandlappens versehen sind. Die Ausnehmungen für die Bundschrauben weisen dabei eine Nut zur Aufnahme des Bundes auf. Besonders vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, dass der Grundkörper mit Nuten zur Führung und Aufnahme des Zwischenschiebers ausgebildet ist.
Zur Aufnahme einer Befestigungsschraube einer Klemmscheibe weist der Grundkörper eine entsprechende Aufnahme auf, wobei die Klemmscheibe mit der Befestigungsschraube über die Aufnahme den Bandlappen und den Zwischenschieber im Grundkörper fixiert.
Zur Aufnahme des Bandlappens ist der Zwischenschieber mit einer Aussparung versehen. Weiter ist am Zwischenschieber eine Ausnehmung mit Nut zur Aufnahme einer Bundschraube vorgesehen. Besonders vorteilhaft sind Führungen vorgesehen, die der Führung des Zwischenschiebers in den erwähnten Nuten des Grundkörpers dienen. Weiter sind Führungswände zur Führung des Bandlappens vorgesehen.
Von Vorteil ist, wenn Bandlappen und Zwischenschieber Bundschrauben mit Gewinde aufweisen, da damit die vertikale und horizontale Verstellung der Vorrichtung erfolgt.
Aus optischen Gründen ist die dem Tür- und/oder Wandelement abgewendete Seite der Vorrichtung mit einer Abdeckung versehen.
Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert werden. In den Zeichnungen zeigen:

Eine in der Figur 1 dargestellte Vorrichtung besteht bevorzugt aus einem Scharnier mit zueinander beweglichen Bandlappen 3 und 4 zur drehbeweglichen Verbindung von Tür- und/oder Wandelementen 7, wobei in der Figur 1 nur ein Element 7 in Form einer Glasscheibe dargestellt ist. Die Glaselemente werden z.B. für Türanlagen und Duschkabinen oder Duschtrennwände verwendet, die starr oder schwenkbar an benachbarten Wand- oder Glaselementen angeordnet sind.
In dem mit der Glasscheibe 7 verbundenen Grundkörper 1 ist ein Zwischenschieber 2 geführt, der mit einer Bundschraube 2.2 versehen ist, die mit ihrem Bund in eine im Grundkörper 1 vorgesehene Nut 1.7 eingreift. Auf dem Grundkörper 1 und dem Zwischenschieber 2 liegt der Bandlappen 3 auf. Der Bandlappen 3 weist eine Bundschraube 3.1 auf, die mit ihrem Bund in eine im Zwischenschieber 2 vorgesehene Nut 2.5 eingreift, wobei die Glasscheibe 7 durch Drehen der in den Nuten 1.7 und 2.5 festgehaltenen Bundschrauben 2.2 und 3.1 in vertikaler oder horizontaler Richtung verstellbar sind. Der Bandlappen 3 liegt beweglich im Zwischenschieber 2 und kann auch als fester Winkel zur Wandbefestigung ausgebildet sein.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Grundkörper 1 mit dem Tür- und/oder Wandelemente 7 durch Schrauben verbunden. Dabei ist zwischen dem Grundkörper 1 und dem Glaselement 7 eine Zwischenlage 6 angeordnet und im Grundkörper 1, der Zwischenlage 6 und dem Tür- und/oder Wandelement 7 sind jeweils zwei Öffnungen 1.2 bzw. 6.1 für die beiden Befestigungsschrauben 1.3 vorgesehen. (Figur 2)
Eine Klebeverbindung ist aber ebenfalls möglich. Dazu wird der Grundkörper 1 ohne die Öffnungen 1.2 gefertigt. Dafür sind nur geringfügige Änderungen am Werkzeug zur Herstellung des Grundkörpers 1 erforderlich. Eine Zwischenlage 6 ist bei einer Klebeverbindung nicht erforderlich. Der Grundkörper 1 ist hier kastenförmig ausgebildet und die Seitenwände sind mit Ausnehmungen 1.5 für die Aufnahme der Bundschrauben 2.2 bzw. Aussparungen 1.4 zur Aufnahme bzw. Einführung des Bandlappens 3 versehen. Die Ausnehmungen 1.5 weisen eine Nut 1.7 zur Aufnahme des Bundes der Schrauben 2.2 auf. Die Ausnehmungen 1.5 sind am oberen und unteren Rand des Grundkörpers 1 vorgesehen. Die Ausnehmung 1.6 ist erforderlich, damit die Bundschraube 3.1 nach Einbringen von Zwischenschieber 2 und Bandlappen 3 in den Grundkörper 1 zugänglich ist. Der Grundkörper 1 ist dadurch je nach Einsatzlage bzw. Anschlagseite des Scharniers universell einsetzbar.
Der Grundkörper 1 ist vorzugsweise mit Nuten 1.8 zur vertikalen Führung und Aufnahme des Zwischenschiebers 2 versehen.
Ferner weist der Grundkörper 1 eine Aufnahme 1.1 zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsschraube 5.1 der Klemmscheibe 5 auf, wobei die Klemmscheibe 5 mit der Befestigungsschraube 5.1 über die Aufnahme 1.1 den Bandlappen 3 und den Zwischenschieber 2 im Grundkörper 1 unverrückbar fixiert. Zur Justierung des Glaselementes 7 durch die Bundschrauben 2.2 und 3.1 muss die Schraube 5.1 leicht gelockert werden.
Der Zwischenschieber 2 (Figur 3) liegt im Grundkörper 1 und wird durch die Führung 2.3 und die Nuten 1.8 im Grundkörper bei einer vertikalen Verstellung geführt. Der Zwischenschieber 2 ist mit einer Aussparung 2.6 und Führungswänden 2.8 zur Aufnahme und Führung des Bandlappens 3 und mit einer Ausnehmung 2.4 mit Nut 2.5 zur Aufnahme der Bundschraube 3.1 des Bandlappens 3 versehen. Der Bandlappen 3 ist in der Figur 4 dargestellt. Zwischenschieber 2 und Bandlappen 3 weisen jeweils eine Bundschraube 2.2 bzw. 3.1 mit Gewinde 2.7 bzw. 3.2 auf. Die Bundschraube 2.2 ist durch die Nut 1.7 mit dem Grundkörper 1 verbunden und bewegt durch Drehen in Verbindung mit dem Gewinde 2.7 den Zwischenschieber 2 in vertikaler Richtung an. Die Bundschraube 3.1 eingeschoben in die Nut 2.5 des Zwischenschiebers 2 bewegt mit Hilfe des Gewindes 3.2 durch Drehen den Bandlappen 3 bzw. den Zwischenschieber 2 in horizontaler Richtung.
Die dem Glaselement 7 abgewendete Seite der Vorrichtung ist aus optischen Gründen mit einer Abdeckung 8 (Figur 5) versehen.

    • Claims (13)

    1. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung und/oder drehbeweglichen Verbindung von Türund/oder Wandelementen, insbesondere einer Glastür an bzw. mit einem Wandabschnitt, auf welche ein Winkel mit Bandlappen oder ein Scharnier mit zueinander beweglichen Bandlappen kraft- und formschlüssig angeordnet sind und Mittel zur horizontalen und vertikalen Verstellung vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem mit dem Tür- und/oder Wandelement verbundenen Grundkörper (1) ein Zwischenschieber (2) geführt ist, der mit einer Bundschraube (2.2) versehen ist, die mit ihrem Bund in eine im Grundkörper (1) vorgesehene Nut (1.7) eingreift, ferner auf dem Grundkörper (1) und dem Zwischenschieber (2) der Bandlappen (3) aufliegt, der eine Bundschraube (3.1) aufweist, die mit ihrem Bund in eine im Zwischenschieber (2) vorgesehene Nut (2.5) eingreift, wobei die Tür- und/oder Wandelemente (7) durch Drehen der in den Nuten (1.7 und 2.5) festgehaltenen Bundschrauben (2.2 und 3.1) in vertikaler oder horizontaler Richtung verstellbar sind.
    2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) mit dem Tür- und/oder Wandelemente (7) durch Schrauben oder Kleben verbunden ist.
    3. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) mit dem Tür- und/oder Wandelemente (7) durch Schrauben verbunden ist, wobei zwischen dem Grundkörper (1) und dem Tür- und/oder Wandelemente (7) eine Zwischenlage (6) vorgesehen ist und im Grundkörper (1), der Zwischenlage (6) und dem Tür- und/oder Wandelement (7) Öffnungen (1.2, 6.1) für mindestens eine Befestigungsschraube (1.3) vorgesehen sind.
    4. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) bevorzugt kastenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Seitenwände mit Ausnehmungen (1.5, 1.6) bzw. Aussparungen (1.4) versehen sind.
    5. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (1.5) eine Nut (1.7) aufweisen.
    6. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (1.4) zur Aufnahme des Bandlappens (3) dient.
    7. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) vorzugsweise mit Nuten (1.8) zur Führung und Aufnahme des Zwischenschiebers (2) versehen ist.
    8. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) eine Aufnahme (1.1) zur Aufnahme einer Befestigungsschraube (5.1) einer Klemmscheibe (5) aufweist.
    9. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenschieber (2) mit einer Aussparung (2.6) zur Aufnahme des Bandlappens (3) und mit einer Ausnehmung (2.4) mit Nut (2.5) zur Aufnahme der Bundschraube (3.1) versehen ist und ferner Führungen (2.3) vorgesehen sind, die der Führung des Zwischenschiebers (2) in den Nuten (1.8) des Grundkörpers (1) dienen.
    10. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenschieber (2) eine Bundschraube (2.2) mit Gewinde (2.7) aufweist.
    11. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bandlappen (3) eine Bundschraube (3.1) mit Gewinde (3.2) ausweist.
    12. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmscheibe (5) mit Befestigungsschraube (5.1) über die Aufnahme (1.1) den Bandlappen (3) und den Zwischenschieber (2) im Grundkörper (1) fixiert.
    13. Vorrichtung nach einem der o.a. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) mit eingelagertem Zwischenschieber (2) und eingeführtem Bandlappen (3) mit einer Abdeckung (8) versehen ist.
