- Formwork used to erect a structure in several concreting sections are gradually adjustable in height and include several formwork elements, are known in the form of different types of climbing formwork.
- climbing formwork in connection with the erection of circular structures known in which two circumferentially closed formwork rings be suspended from a supporting structure.
- the one delimited by the formwork rings Formwork cavity is filled with concrete after the hardening or setting of the The formwork rings are loosened in concrete and raised on the supporting structure until that its lower part is still in the area of the upper edge of the cast wall ring lies. Then the rings are clamped and fixed again, concrete filled in again and the aforementioned interplay repeats itself until the desired one Height is reached. In this way, such cylindrical Build a wall ring on top of the other.
- FIG. 1 Another type of climbing formwork is, for example, in US Pat. No. 1,478,653 shown and described.
- the essence of such climbing formwork is that formwork anchors penetrating the masonry must be provided and with which the formwork elements are braced in their entirety, the anchors concreted in at the top during a concreting step in the sequence can be used as foot anchors for the formwork in the next concreting step.
- a new anchor is then installed in each concreting step.
- the formwork will then raised when the previous concrete section of the wall has set has the entire weight of the formwork over the formwork anchors has to carry.
- the formwork itself consists of the actual formwork panels and the scaffold stiffening the formwork panels.
- DE 12 66 948 B shows climbing formwork with the formwork rings during concreting are connected by spacers.
