Abstract

The invention relates to a damper construction ( 2 ) of a furnace coiler ( 1 ) which can especially be used in Steckel mills ( 1 ). A hot rolled strip is respectively coiled onto, and uncoiled off, a drum inside the furnace in a reversing manner, by means of a back and forth transport movement, and is optionally heated. Um eine exakte Position der seitlich verschiebbaren Elemente unter dem Wickelofen 1 zu gewährleisten, wird der Rollgangsrahmenteil 4' auf die einstellbaren Auflagepunkte 9 geschoben. Patentansprüche claims

Ofenklappen (2) für inbesondere in Steckelwalzwerken einsetzbare Wik- kelöfen (1), in denen ein warmgewalztes Band im Hin- und Hertransport jeweils reversierend auf einer Ofentrommel im Ofeninneren auf- und abgewickelt wird und gegebenenfalls erwärmt wird, umfassend auf den beweglichen Ofenklappen des Wickelofens montierte Leittische (6, 6') zum Einfädeln und Führen des Walzbandes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ofenklappen (2) und der Wickelofen (1) separate Baukörper sind, dass die Ofenklappen (2) auf einem unterhalb des Wickelofen (1 ) befindlichen Teil (4') eines Rollgangsrahmens (4) angeordnet sind, und dass jede Ofenklappe (2) in wenigstens zwei zueinander klappbare Ele- mente (2', 2") aufgeteilt ist und beide Klappelemente über eine Klappenlagerung (7) verbunden sind und schwenkbar ausgebildet sind.1.
