Description

The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner nozzle for smooth floors and textile floor coverings according to the preamble of claim 1.

From practice vacuum cleaner nozzles are known which have sealing elements which may be formed as bristle strips or elastomeric strips. When vacuuming textile floor coverings, the sealing elements are retracted into the interior of the housing and the sliding sole rests on the floor covering. For sucking smooth floors, the sealing elements are extended with an adjusting movement of the seal carrier at the bottom of the nozzle and support the upper housing part on the ground. The seal carrier is often formed as a metal plate which is arranged vertically adjustable in the upper housing part and can be lowered by means of a force acting on the support plate rocker arm against the action of return springs DE 196 28 070 A1 ). The preparation of such vacuum cleaner nozzles is relatively expensive.

From the publication DE 197 38 046 A1 a pivotable mounting of the carrier is known about a housing-fixed pivot axis, which is disposed within the housing upper part at a rear portion. At the trained as a rocker seal carrier a bristle strip is connected, which passes through a gap between the sliding sole and the upper housing part during a pivoting movement of the carrier. However, the sealing function of the individual bristle strip and thus the cleaning effect when vacuuming smooth floors is limited.

A vacuum cleaner nozzle for smooth floors and textile floor coverings with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from DE 92 00 692 U1 known. The vacuum cleaner nozzle comprises an upper housing part, a bottom plate and one between the upper housing part and the bottom plate arranged pivot plate, which may be constructed of injection molded plastic. The pivot plate has at its rear end mouth openings, with which the pivot plate is plugged onto the stub axle. The mouth openings are at webs backwards. In order to avoid bending or breaking of the webs during assembly and use of the floor nozzle, they must have sufficient material thickness. Overall, the stability of the swivel plate is in need of improvement.

Against this background, the invention has for its object to provide a vacuum cleaner nozzle with a good cleaning effect on textile floor coverings and on smooth floors, which allows both a simple and cost-effective production, as well as having a high stability.

Lösung der Aufgabe und Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Staubsaugerdüse für Glattböden und textile Bodenbeläge gemäß Patentanspruch 1.Solution to the problem and object of the invention is a vacuum cleaner nozzle for smooth floors and textile floor coverings according to claim 1.

By arranged in the direction of work before and behind the suction mouth sealing elements a very good sealing effect is achieved when vacuuming smooth floors, so that there is a good cleaning effect of the vacuum cleaner nozzle according to the invention also on this ground.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rocker consists of a truss-like plastic molding, which has a rod with cylindrical bearing surfaces, parallel profile strips for fastening the sealing elements and the rod and the profile strips connecting cross member, wherein the cross member are arranged on both sides of a suction channel, located in the Housing interior extends to an opening in the suction mouth. This allows a simple and inexpensive production of the rocker, for example as a one-piece injection molded part. Preferably, the rocker is on pins led, which extend from the sliding sole to the upper housing part and the housing stiffen. The rocker is acted upon by at least one return spring, which may be designed as a torsion spring or coil spring. Preferably, it is supported on coil springs which are arranged on the pin. This further simplifies the construction of the vacuum cleaner nozzle. Furthermore, the rocker thereby has a very high reliability, especially during extension and retraction of the sealing elements, on.

The rocker may each have two cross members on both sides of the suction channel, wherein the shift lever is immersed in the free space between adjacent cross member and wherein between the cross members also cooperating with the shift lever pressure surfaces are arranged. The rocker, despite its simple construction, thereby a high stability and thus resilience. In addition, a compact construction of the nozzle is made possible.

Preferably, the shift lever consists of a rotatably mounted shaft, at least one button designed as a footswitch and molded cams, wherein the cams act on an associated pressure surface of the rocker. The shift lever is then very simple and inexpensive to produce, for example, also as a one-piece injection molded part. The construction described ensures a simple and therefore safe interaction of the shift lever and rocker.

The pin formed by connectors 23 stiffen the existing of the sole plate 2 and the upper housing part 1 housing the vacuum cleaner nozzle and stabilize the sliding sole 2. A plurality of counter-elements 25 are connected to a flat portion of the sole 2, which connects in the working direction behind the suction mouth 3, arranged. In addition, 2 locking projections 28, 28 'are integrally formed on the sliding sole, which can be fixed to the connecting piece 13 of the upper housing part and to wall surfaces of the upper housing part 1 ( Fig. 1 ). From a comparative analysis in particular the Fig. 1 . 5 and 6 also shows that the opening into the suction port 12 opening 17 of the sliding sole 2 is surrounded by molded projections 29 which engage in the connecting piece 13 of the suction channel 12 and the transition between the suction mouth 3 of the sole plate 2 and the suction channel 12 of the upper housing part 1 against Seal foreign air.

In the exemplary embodiment, the seal carrier on both sides of the suction channel 12 each have two cross members 22, whose distance is dimensioned so that the foot switch 8 dips into the space between adjacent cross members 22. Between the cross members 22 and the cooperating with the shift lever 6 pressure surfaces 10 are arranged.

The sliding sole 2 has in front of and behind the suction mouth 3 recesses, in the thread lifter strip 30, z. B. are glued from Schrägborstenvelours. Furthermore, one takes the Fig. 4 in that the tilting joint 15 has a continuous shaft axis 31, at the ends of which wheels 32 are attached.

The upper housing part 1, the soleplate 2, the rocker 4 and the shift lever 6 are one-piece plastic moldings, which are inexpensive to produce by injection molding and are used without machining. During assembly, the shift lever 6, the rocker 4 and the return springs 11 are positioned within the housing upper part. Subsequently, the plastic sliding sole 2 is locked to the upper housing part 1. The vacuum cleaner nozzle contains no screws and can be manufactured inexpensively using fully automated assembly systems.
