Moreover, if SuperFill ® filler is manufactured only in small quantities, manufacturing costs are high, which again leads to the fact that in some product applications the price of the filler becomes too high. Further, the manufacturing process of SuperFill ® filler requires special utilities, such as, for example, a sufficiently good source of carbon dioxide, which is not always available in the localities where paper or board is manufactured.
- An object of the invention is a method by means of which it is possible to manufacture chemical pulp which has SuperFill ® filler, advantageously calcium carbonate based SuperFill ® filler, incorporated therein in an amount suitable for each paper and board application, as dried and mixed with the chemical pulp, advantageously dried into bales, thereby making it possible to use SuperFill ® filler also in manufacturing localities where there is no production plant of said filler.

Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines füllstoffhaltigen Zellstoffs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllstoff durch Ausfällen eines lichtstreuenden Salzes, das ausgewählt ist aus Calciumcarbonat, Gips, Calciumoxalat, Bariumsulfat, ausgefälltem Siliciumdioxid, Silikat und Kombinationen davon, auf die Oberfläche von Kämmlingfibrillen, die durch Raffinieren von Cellulosefasern und/oder Holzstofffasern erzeugt werden, hergestellt wird, wobei der auf diese Weise hergestellte Füllstoff in einer wässrigen Suspension zu einem Zellstofftrockner geleitet wird, um mit dem Zellstoff gemischt zu werden, und der füllstoffhaltige Zellstoff getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der füllstoffhaltige Zellstoff zu Ballen getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lichtstreuende anorganische Salz Calciumcarbonat ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Feststoffgehalt des Füllstoffs in der Suspension 0,1 bis 35 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllstoffgehalt in der Suspension 2 bis 6 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zellstoff raffiniert wurde.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllstoff ein Dispergiermittel enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Papier oder Pappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der füllstoffhaltige Zellstoff oder eine Kombination von füllstoffhaltigen Zellstoffen, die durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 hergestellt werden, zu einem Suspensionsgemisch hinzugegeben werden, das bei der Herstellung von Papier oder Pappe verwendet wird, und Papier oder Pappe hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der füllstoffhaltige Zellstoff oder eine Kombination von füllstoffhaltigen Zellstoffen aufgeschlossen wird und zu einem Suspensionsgemisch gegeben werden, dass bei der Herstellung von Papier oder Pappe verwendet wird, und Papier oder Pappe hergestellt wird.
- Verwendung des füllstoffhaltigen Zellstoffs oder einer Kombination von füllstoffhaltigen Zellstoffen, die durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 hergestellt werden, bei der Herstellung von Papier oder Pappe.
