Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Korrektur der Kalibrierung des passer- und /oder registergenauen Druckprozesses einer elektrofotographisch arbeitenden Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise Farbdruckmaschine,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einfluß eines auf ein Transportband für Bedruckstoffbögen aufgebrachten Tonerfeldes auf die Passer- und/oder Registerhaltigkeit des Druckprozesses ermittelt und in Form wenigstens eines für die Korrektur der Kalibrierung geeigneten Korrekturwertes oder -parameters ausgedrückt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Korrekturparameter ähnlich wie ein Korrekturwert für den Einfluß eines bestimmten Bedruckstoffes in einer Korrekturwertetabelle abgelegt wird, auf die für eine Registrierung von Bedruckstoffbögen für den Druckprozeß zugreifbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Ermittlung des Einflusses eines Tonerfeldes und zur Bestimmung des wenigstens einen Korrekturparameters für einen Kalibrierlauf wenigstens ein solches Tonerfeld auf das Transportband aufgebracht wird und wenigstens eine Registermarke vor dem Tonerfeld und wenigstens eine Registermarke hinter dem Tonerfeld auf das Transportband aufgebracht wird, wobei jede der genannten Registermarken Markierungen aus für den Farbdruckprozeß vorgesehenen Farben umfaßt, und diese Registermarken messend erfaßt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anstelle wenigstens einer der genannten einzelnen Registermarken eine Mehrzahl von Registermarken dazu verwendet wird, über deren Meßergebnisse oder den Meßergebnissen ihrer jeweils gleichfarbigen Markierungen zu mitteln.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl zueinander beabstandeter Tonerfelder entlang der Transportrichtung hintereinander auf das Transportband aufgebracht wird und daß jeweils in den Zwischenraum zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tonerfeldern wenigstens eine Registermarke auf das Transportband aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Meßergebnisse in Zwischenräumen zwischen den Tonerfeldern befindlicher Registermarken oder deren jeweils gleichfarbiger Markierungen gemittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein sogenannter gear-Passerfehler korrigiert wird, der dadurch verursacht wird, daß ein Tonerfeld durch den engen Spalt (nip) zwischen dem Transportband und einem dadurch mitlaufend angetriebenen, das Druckbild auf den Bedruckstoff aufbringenden Druckorgan oder Übertragungsorgan, oder zwischen einem Übertragungsorgan und einem Bebilderungsorgan, dessen Geschwindigkeit sich dadurch verändert, gezwungen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein sogenannter magnification-Passerfehler korrigiert wird, der dadurch verursacht wird, daß ein Tonerfeld durch den engen Spalt (nip) zwischen dem Transportband und einem das Druckbild auf den Bedruckstoff aufbringenden Druckorgan oder Übertragungsorgan, oder zwischen einem Bebilderungsorgan und einem Übertragungsorgan, dessen Form sich dadurch im Druckbereich verändert, gezwungen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der vorhandenen Mehrzahl von Tonerfeldern und / oder den in Zwischenräumen zwischen den Tonerfeldern aufgebrachten Registermarken nur eine ausgewählte, vorbestimmte Anzahl verwendet wird.
