Claims (8)
- Belüftungselement für einen Kühler zum Kühlen von Schüttgut, enthaltend ein mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (1.1) zur Zufuhr von Kühlgas versehenes wannenartiges Bauteil (1) sowie einen im wannenartigen Bauteil lösbar befestigbaren Einsatz (2), der eine von unten belüftbare Auflagefläche für das Schüttgut bildet, wobei der Einsatz aus mehreren Längsprofilen und quer dazu angeordneten Verbindungselementen besteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsprofile (2.1-2.7) und die Verbindungselemente (2.8-2.11) derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie bei der Montage des Einsatzes ineinander gesteckt werden können. - Belüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente (2.8-2.11) Nuten und/oder Ausnehmungen aufweisen, die an das Querschnittsprofil der Längsprofile (2.1-2.7) angepasst sind.
- Belüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsprofile (2.1-2.7) Nuten und/oder Anschläge aufweisen, um wenigstens einen Teil der Verbindungselemente (2.8-2.11) zu positionieren.
- Belüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Elemente des Einsatzes (2) bei der Montage lediglich gesteckt werden und der Einsatz mit dem wannenartigen Bauteil (1) lösbar verbunden, vorzugsweise verschraubt, wird.
- Belüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Elemente (2.1-2.11) des Einsatzes bei der Montage lediglich gesteckt werden und der Einsatz (2) mit dem wannenartigen Bauteil (1) durch eine kraftund formschlüssige Verbindung derart verbunden wird, dass durch die Entstehung eines definierten Biegemoments eine genaue Lagesicherung des Einsatzes (2) in dem wannenartigen Bauteil (1) sowie der Einzelteile des Einsatzes untereinander bewirkt wird.
- Belüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der Längsprofile (2.1-2.7) als U-Profile ausgebildet und derart angeordnet ist, dass ein nach oben offenes U-Profil sich mit einem nach unten offenen U-Profil abwechselt, wobei die Schenkel benachbarter U-Profile ineinander greifen und zwischen sich einen Belüftungsschlitz bilden.
- Belüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche für das Schüttgut durch mehrere nach oben offene, kastenartige Abteile gebildet wird, die zur Aufnahme von Schüttgut ausgebildet sind.
- Belüftungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz aus geformten Blechprofilen besteht.
