Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Einsatz, der zur Verwendung an einem Türabstellfach des Typs vorgesehen ist, wie sie üblicherweise an der Innenwand der Tür eines Haushalts-Kühlgerätes montiert sind.
  • Derartige Türabstellfächer sind aus DE-GM 90 14 463 bekannt. Sie haben im wesentlichen die Form eines Kastens mit offener Oberseite und werden im allgemeinen genutzt, um darin Kleinteile wie etwa Tuben, kleine Flaschen, frische Gewürze etc. unterzubringen, die auf den Fachböden des Innenraumes des Kältegerätes Gefahr laufen, von größeren Gegenständen verdeckt zu werden und dann schwierig wiederzufinden sind. Viele dieser Kleinteile sind von ihrer Gestalt her nicht für eine platzsparende, übersichtliche Aufstellung geeignet. Wenn sie in den Türabstellfächern ungeordnet liegen, sind wiederum die einzelnen Teile schwierig zu finden, was für die Benutzer einerseits wegen des mit dem Suchen verbundenen Zeitverlustes lästig ist, was andererseits aber auch wegen der beim Suchen notwendigerweise offenstehenden Tür zu einer starken Erwärmung des Innenraumes des Kältegerätes und damit zu erhöhtem Energieverbrauch führt.
  • Ein weiteren Einsatz gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 ist aus EP1030140A bekannt.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, einen Einsatz für ein Kältegerätetürabstellfach zu schaffen, der einfach aufgebaut und preiswert ist und der die übersichtliche Lagerung einer Vielzahl von Kleinteilen unterschiedlicher Gestalt ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen Einsatz für ein Türabstellfach mit einem wenigstens eine Kammer bildenden Rahmen und an einer Seite des Rahmens angeordneten Befestigungsmitteln zum Befestigen am Türabstellfach, bei dem eine zweite Seite des Rahmens wenigstens eine Einbuchtung aufweist, die im Zusammenwirken mit einer gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand des Türabstellfaches in der Lage ist, einen außerhalb des Rahmens befindlichen Gegenstand zu fixieren. Der Einsatz ermöglicht so nicht nur die übersichtliche Halterung von Gegenständen innerhalb des Rahmens, sondern darüber hinaus auch außerhalb davon.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Rahmen wenigstens im Bereich der zweiten Seite flexibel, so daß in den Rahmen oder auch in den Zwischenraum zwischen der zweiten Seite und der gegenüberliegenden Wand des Türabstellfaches Gegenstände eingefügt werden können, die geringfügig größer als der im entspannten Zustand des Einsatzes zur Verfügung stehende Platz sind, und die durch elastische Verformung des Rahmens fest eingeklemmt gehalten werden.
  • Ferner ist bevorzugt, daß der Einsatz wenigstens im Bereich einer quer zur ersten Seite orientierten dritten Seite starr ist. Dies erlaubt es, wenn die erste Seite an einer Längsseite des Türabstellfaches angeordnet ist, den Einsatz an der Längsseite in einer solchen Position zu befestigen, daß z.B. eine Flasche zwischen dem Längsende des Türabstellfaches und der dritten Seite eingeklemmt oder zumindest in ihrer Bewegungsfreiheit so weit eingeschränkt ist, daß sie nicht umkippen kann.
  • Vorzugsweise bildet der Rahmen wenigstens zwei Kammern, die durch einen mit nur einer der zwei Seiten verbundenen Steg voneinander abgegrenzt sind. Dies erlaubt jeweils die Platzierung eines Gegenstandes in jeder der Kammern, beeinträchtigt aber nicht die Verformbarkeit des Rahmens und behindert somit nicht das Einklemmen eines weiteren Gegenstandes zwischen dem Rahmen und der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Türabstellfaches im Bereich der Einbuchtung.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Steg mit der ersten Seite unverbunden. In diesem Fall ist die Gefahr eines seitlichen Ausweichens des Steges bei Auftreffen auf die zweite Seite geringer als in dem auch denkbaren, gegenteiligen Fall eines mit der ersten Seite verbundenen Steges, der bei Verformung auf die konvexe Innenseite der Einbuchtung trifft.
  • Im Interesse einer guten Platzausnutzung in dem Rahmen sollte der Steg mit einer Einbuchtung der zweiten Seite verbunden sein.
  • Die Länge des Steges sollte so bemessen sein, daß ein unverbundenes Ende des Steges mit einer gegenüberliegenden Seite des Rahmens durch eine reversible elastische Verformung des Rahmens in Kontakt bringbar ist. Bei dieser Konstruktion nimmt der Widerstand des Rahmens gegen eine Verformung sprunghaft zu, sobald der Steg in Kontakt mit der ersten Seite kommt, und eine übermäßige Verformung des Rahmens, die zu einer Beschädigung führen könnte, wird vermieden.
  • Als eine weitere Sicherung gegen Beschädigung kann vorgesehen werden, daß der Steg eine größere Wandstärke als andere Teile des Rahmens aufweist und somit einer übermäßigen Verformung des Rahmens einen erheblichen Widerstand entgegensetzen kann.
  • Die Verformbarkeit des Rahmens ist außerdem begünstigt, wenn der Einsatz wenigstens in der Umgebung jedes Stegs am Boden offen ist.
  • Um Gegenstände unterschiedlicher Größe in einer möglichst übersichtlichen und platzsparenden, aufrechten Stellung halten zu können, weist der Rahmen vorzugsweise Kammern unterschiedlicher Größe auf.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:

  • Ein in Figur 1 in Draufsicht gezeigter Einsatz 15 für das Türabstellfach einer Kältegerätetür umfasst im wesentlichen einen Rahmen 5 von grob genähert rechteckiger Form mit vier Seitenwänden 1, 2, 3, 4 und einen langgestreckten Rasthaken 6, der sich entlang einer der Seitenwände 1 erstreckt und zur Befestigung des Einsatzes an dem Türabstellfach durch Aufstecken auf eine Seitenwand des Türabstellfachs vorgesehen ist.
  • Die zweite Seitenwand 2, die der ersten 1 gegenüberliegt, ist gegliedert in eine Mehrzahl halbkreisförmiger Abschnitte 7 und einen Abschnitt 8 mit zum Teil geradlinigem Wandverlauf. Die halbkreisförmigen Abschnitte 7 und der Abschnitt 8 grenzen jeweils an Einbuchtungen 9 der Seitenwand 2 aneinander. An jeder Einbuchtung 9 zwischen zwei Abschnitten 7 oder 8 erstreckt sich ein Steg 10 ins Innere des Rahmens 5, um diesen in eine Mehrzahl von Kammern 11, 12 unterschiedlicher Größe zu unterteilen. Die einzelnen Kammern 11, 12 haben keinen Boden, und die Stege 10 erreichen, solange der Rahmen 5 nicht in Kontakt mit Lagergut verformt ist, nicht die gegenüberliegende Seitenwand 1.
  • Figur 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch den Einsatz 15 der Figur 1 entlang der Linie II-II von Figur 1 in Höhe seines Steges 10. Dieser Schnitt zeigt insbesondere die Struktur des Rasthakens 6 mit einer vertikalen Platte oder Zunge 25, die in etwa die gleiche Ausdehnung wie die ihr parallel gegenüberliegende Seitenwand 1 hat und dazu dient, eine Seitenwand des Türabstellfaches, an dem der Einsatz montiert wird, einzuklemmen. An der der Seitenwand 1 zugekehrten Oberfläche der Platte 25 ist eine Mehrzahl von vertikalen Rippen 26 ausgeformt, die eine Seitenwand des Türabstellfaches zwischen sich und der Wand 1 einklemmen und so den Einsatz gegen seitliches Verschieben sichern.
  • Aus Figur 2 wird ferner die doppelwandige Struktur der Stege 10 deutlich, zwischen deren zwei parallelen Seitenwänden 13 mit in etwa den Seitenwänden 1 bis 4 entsprechender Wandstärke sich ein nach unten offener Hohlraum 14 befindet.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des in Figur 1 und 2 gezeigten Einsatzes 15, montiert an einem Türabstellfach 16. Jede der Kammern 11, 12 dient zur Aufnahme eines in der Figur gestrichelt dargestellten Kleinteiles wie etwa einer Tube 17. Weitere Kleinteile wie etwa eine ebenfalls gestrichelt dargestellte Dose 18 können zwischen der ersten Seitenwand 1 des Rahmens und einer gegenüberliegenden, vorderen Seitenwand 19 des Türabstellfaches 16 angeordnet werden und sind durch ihren Eingriff in eine der Einbuchtungen 9 gegen Umfallen gesichert.
  • Ein anderer Behälter, dargestellt als gestrichelte Dose 20, der zu groß ist, um in eine der Kammern 11, 12 oder in den Zwischenraum zwischen der Seitenwand 1 und der Vorderwand 19 des Türabstellfaches 16 zu passen, kann zwischen einer Stirnwand 21 des Türabstellfaches 16 und einer dritten, kurzen Seitenwand 3 des Rahmens gegen ein Umfallen in seitlicher Richtung des Türabstellfaches 16 gesichert werden. Um eine wirksame Kippsicherung eines Gegenstandes wie der Dose 20 zwischen dem Rahmen 5 und der Stirnwand 21 zu ermöglichen, sind der Rasthaken 25 und/oder die ihm gegenüberliegende Seitenwand 1 mit (nicht dargestellten) Rastzahnungen versehen, die mit einer (nicht dargestellten) komplementären Rastzahnung an der Rückwand 22 des Türabstellfaches 16 in Eingriff sind und ein ungewolltes seitliches Verrutschen des Einsatzes verhindern.
  • Da der Rahmen 5 zumindest im Bereich der ersten Seitenwand 1 elastisch ist, sind die Kammern 11, 12, wie in Figur 4 dargestellt, in gewissem Umfang verformbar, um Gegenstände aufzunehmen und zu fixieren, die aufgrund ihrer Abmessungen in einem starren Einsatz nicht unterzubringen wären. So nimmt z.B. die linke Kammer 11 des in Figur 4 gezeigten Einsatzes 15 eine Schachtel 23 auf, die geringfügig breiter als die Kammer 11 ist, indem die Schachtel 23 den Steg 10, der die Kammer begrenzt, ein Stück weit aus seiner Ruhelage herausdreht und in die benachbarte Kammer 11 hineindrängt.
  • Auch und insbesondere im Zwischenraum zwischen der ersten Seitenwand 1 des Einsatzes 15 und der dieser Wand 1 gegenüberliegenden vorderen Wand 19 des Türabstellfaches 16 können bequem Objekte wie etwa eine Flasche 24 untergebracht werden, deren Abmessungen geringfügig größer als die des Zwischenraumes sind. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Seitenwand 1 im Bereich derjenigen Einbuchtung 9, die den Gegenstand aufnehmen soll, gegen die gegenüberliegende Seitenwand 2 elastisch zurückgedrängt. Die Seitenwand 1 übt aus dieser Position heraus eine elastische Klemmkraft auf die Flasche 24 aus, die diese gegen die vordere Wand 19 des Türabstellfaches gedrückt hält und sie so in ihrer Lage fixiert.
  • Um eine übermäßige Verformung der Seitenwand 1 durch einen Versuch, ein zu großes Objekt im Zwischenraum zwischen Seitenwand 1 und Vorderwand 19 unterzubringen, zu vermeiden, sind die Stege 10 so bemessen, daß sie gegen die zweite Seitenwand 2 stoßen, bevor die Elastizitätsgrenze des Rahmens 5 überschritten wird. Die Stege 10 haben aufgrund ihrer doppelwandigen Struktur eine etwa zweimal größere Wandstärke als die Seitenwand 1, von der sie ausgehen. Sie besitzen daher eine erhebliche Stauchfestigkeit und sind geeignet, Beschädigungen des Rahmens 5 durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, insbesondere durch den Versuch, zu große Behälter zwischen Seitenwand 1 und Vorderwand 19 einzufügen, zu verhindern.

Claims (12)

  1. Einsatz für ein Türabstellfach, mit einem wenigstens eine Kammer (11,12) bildenden Rahmen (5) und an einer Seite (2) des Rahmens (5) angeordneten Befestigungsmitteln (6) zum Befestigen am Türabstellfach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zweite Seite (1) des Rahmens wenigstens eine Einbuchtung (9) zum Fixieren eines außerhalb des Rahmens (5) befindlichen Gegenstandes (18) aufweist.
  2. Einsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingebuchtete zweite Seite (1) der ersten Seite (2) gegenüberliegt.
  3. Einsatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) wenigstens im Bereich der zweiten Seite (1) flexibel ist.
  4. Einsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz wenigstens im Bereich einer quer zur ersten Seite (2) orientierten dritten Seite (3) starr ist.
  5. Einsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) wenigstens zwei Kammern (11, 12) bildet, die durch einen Steg (10) voneinander abgegrenzt sind, und dass der Steg (10) mit nur einer der zwei Seiten (1, 2) verbunden ist.
  6. Einsatz nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (10) mit der ersten Seite (2) unverbunden ist.
  7. Einsatz nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (10) mit der Einbuchtung (9) der zweiten Seite (1) verbunden ist.
  8. Einsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein unverbundenes Ende des Stegs (10) mit einer ihm gegenüberliegenden Seite (2) durch reversible elastische Verformung des Rahmens (5) in Kontakt bringbar ist.
  9. Einsatz nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg eine größere Wandstärke als der Rahmen (5)aufweist.
  10. Einsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens in der Umgebung jedes Stegs (10) am Boden offen ist.
  11. Einsatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) Kammern (11,12) unterschiedlicher Größe bildet.
  12. Türabstellfach für ein Kältegerät, gekennzeichnet durch einen Einsatz (15) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
