Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier mit einer wandseitigen Befestigungseinrichtung und einer türseitigen Befestigungseinrichtung zur Befestigung des Scharniers an einer Wand und an einer Tür. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine Duschkabine mit einem derartigen Scharnier.
  • Duschkabinen werden im Allgemeinen aus vorgefertigten Bauteilen vor Ort zusammengesetzt. Bekannt sind Bauteilsätze für Duschkabinen, die ein oder mehrere Wandelemente sowie ein oder mehrere Türblätter umfassen, wobei das Türblatt in der Regel mit zwei Scharnieren an dem Wandelement befestigt ist. Zur Montage der Bauteile der Duschkabine sind Scharniere unterschiedlichster Ausbildung bekannt. Diese Scharniere sollen zum einen eine stabile Konstruktion ermöglichen und sich zum anderen einfach montieren lassen. Außerdem sollten die flachen Oberflächen der mit den Beschlägen verbundenen Wandelemente und Türen möglichst erhalten bleiben. Dies ist aus ästhetischen Gründen von Bedeutung und erleichtert auch die Reinigung der Wandelemente und der Türen. Besonders an Glas- und Kunststoffwänden werden vorspringende Teile deshalb als störend empfunden. Ferner sollen die mit Scharnieren versehenen Anordnungen nach der Montage der Scharniere ein sauberes und ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild abgeben. Der Spalt zwischen Türen und Wänden sollte deshalb über seine Länge gleichmäßig breit und nicht zu groß sein. Insbesondere bei Duschkabinen ist es optisch ansprechender, wenn der obere Rand von Wänden und Türen bündig verläuft.
  • Ein Scharnier, in der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Art ist aus der DE 202 11 008 U1 bekannt. Das Scharnier verfügt über zwei Bandteile, von denen das eine mehrteilig ausgebildet ist. Das mehrteilige Bandteil weist eine höhenverstellbare Wandanschlussplatte und eine daran kippbar abgestützte Zwischenplatte zur Neigungsverstellung auf.
  • Die EP 0 528 213 A1 beschreibt ein Scharnier mit einem Scharnierband zur klemmenden Befestigung eines Fensters oder einer Tür. Das Scharnierband verfügt über einen Befestigungsteil, der in eine hinterschnittene Nut des Fensters oder der Tür eingesetzt wird. Der Befestigungsteil weist eine starre Klemmleiste und eine schwenkbare Klemmleiste auf, die um eine zur Nutlängsrichtung parallele Schwenkachse schwenkbar an dem Scharnierband gelagert ist. Nach dem Einsetzen des Befestigungsteils in die Nut wird die Klemmleiste durch Einschrauben einer Schraube in das Scharnierband verschwenkt, die gegen eine Schrägfläche der schwenkbaren Klemmleiste drückt.
  • Aus der DE 202 11 008 U1 ist ein Scharnierband bekannt, dessen zweites Bandteil mit einer außen liegenden Klemmplatte verklemmt ist, die mit Schrauben an dem Scharnierband befestigt ist.
  • Die Erfindung hat die Aufgabe, ein Scharnier zu schaffen, mit dem einfach und schnell Montageungenauigkeiten ausgeglichen werden können, und das somit zu einem ansprechenden äußeren Erscheinungsbild beiträgt.
  • Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung liegt darin, eine Duschkabine mit einem ansprechenden äußeren Erscheinungsbild zu schaffen, deren Scharniere einen einfachen und schnellen Ausgleich von Montageungenauigkeiten erlauben.
  • Die Lösung der obigen Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen der Patentansprüche 1 und 8. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Scharnier weist eine wandseitige Befestigungseinrichtung und eine türseitige Befestigungseinrichtung zur Befestigung des Scharniers an einer Wand und an einer Tür auf, wobei die Befestigungseinrichtungen in in der Wand und in der Tür vorgesehene Aufnahmeöffnungen einsetzbar sind und die Befestigungseinrichtungen zwei linear gegeneinander verschiebbare Teile aufweisen.   • Befestigungseinrichtungen können die beiden Teile auf den jeweiligen durch die Anbringung der Aufnahmeöffnungen vorgegebenen Abstand der Aufnahmeöffnungen eingestellt werden. Somit können Ungenauigkeiten der Abstände der Aufnahmeöffnungen, die bei der Anbringung der Aufnahmeöffnungen entstanden sind, durch ein Verschieben der beiden Teile zueinander ausgeglichen werden.
  • Wenn die Befestigungseinrichtungen mittels einer Gewindespindel gegeneinander verschiebbar sind, können die beiden verschiebbaren Teile sehr präzise und einfach auf den jeweiligen Abstand der Aufnahmeöffnungen eingestellt werden.
  • Vorteilhafterweise sind die Aufnahmeöffnungen als Sacklöcher ausgebildet, da es aus ästhetischen Gründen und zu Zwecken der Reinigung der Wandelemente und der Türen wünschenswert ist, wenn insbesondere die äußere sichtbare Oberfläche der Wandelemente und der Türen eine glatte, keine Vorsprünge aufweisende Oberfläche bildet.
  • Die Befestigungseinrichtungen weisen zweckmäßigerweise Befestigungselemente auf, die in die Aufnahmeöffnungen eingreifen, und somit für einen optimalen Halt der Befestigungseinrichtungen an der Wand und/oder Türe sorgen.
  • Die Befestigungseinrichtungen können mit Führungsmitteln versehen sein, damit die gegeneinander verschiebbaren Teile in einer Linie miteinander fluchten. Die Führungsmittel dienen also zur gegenseitigen präzisen Ausrichtung der beiden gegeneinander verschiebbaren Teile.
  • Vorzugsweise kann das eine Teil mindestens einen vorspringenden Steg und/oder Bolzen oder dergleichen aufweisen, der in mindestens eine an dem anderen Teil vorgesehene Aufnahmeöffnung einsteckbar ist. Auf diese Weise lassen sich die Führungsmittel auf einfache konstruktive Weise realisieren.
  • Besonders schnell und zuverlässig können die Befestigungseinrichtungen mit der Wand und der Tür mittels eines Klebstoffes verbunden werden.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Duschkabine verfügt über Scharniere mit einer wandseitigen und einer türseitigen Befestigungseinrichtung, die in Aufnahmeöffnungen einsetzbar sind, die in der Wand oder Tür vorgesehen sind, wobei die Befestigungseinrichtungen zwei gegeneinander verschiebbare Teile aufweisen.
  • Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiele anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher erläutert.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Wandelement 10 und eine Tür 11, die mittels zweier Scharniere 12 verschwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind. Das Wandelement 10 und die Tür 11 gehören vorzugsweise zu einer aus Glas- oder Kunststoffelementen gefertigten Duschkabine.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt ein Plattenelement 20, das beispielsweise das Wandelement 10 oder die Tür 11 sein kann (siehe Fig. 1), in das Aufnahmeöffnungen 21 zur Aufnahme von Befestigungseinrichtungen 22 eingebracht sind. Die Aufnahmeöffnungen 21 sind vorzugsweise Sacklöcher. Auf die Befestigungseinrichtungen 22 sind Laschen 23, die mittels eines Bolzens 24 relativ zueinander verschwenkbar sind, aufsetzbar. Wenn die Befestigungseinrichtungen 22 in die Aufnahmeöffnungen 21 eingesteckt und befestigt sind und die Laschen 23 auf die Befestigungseinrichtungen 22 aufgesetzt und justiert sind, können die Laschen 23 mittels Haftklebebänder 25 an dem Plattenelement 20 festgeklebt werden. Sinnvollerweise werden die Haftklebebänder 25 schon vor der Montage an die Laschen 23 angeklebt. Die freie, dem Plattenelement 20 zugewandte Seite der Haftklebebänder 25 ist mit einer hier nicht näher dargestellten Schutzfolie gegen ein vorzeitiges Ankleben des Haftklebebandes 25 an das Plattenelement 20 geschützt. Nach dem genauen Justieren der Laschen 23 wird die Schutzfolie mittels einer hier ebenfalls nicht erkennbaren, über das Scharnier 12 hinausstehenden Abziehlasche von dem Haftklebeband 25 abgezogen, so dass die Laschen 23 nur noch gegen das Plattenelement 20 gepresst werden müssen, um die Laschen 23 mit dem Plattenelement 20 zuverlässig zu verbinden. Durch die vorstehende Abziehlasche der Schutzfolie ist es möglich die Schutzfolie von dem Haftklebeband 25 abzuziehen, ohne die Laschen 23 vollkommen von dem Plattenelement 20 abzunehmen.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt die Laschen 23 des Scharniers 12 (siehe Fig. 1), die an einem Wandelement 10 und einer Türe 11 angebracht sind. Die Laschen 23 sind auf Befestigungseinrichtungen 22 aufgesetzt. Mittels Madenschrauben 30 können die Laschen 23 in vertikaler Richtung verstellt werden. Somit können durch ein Betätigen der Madenschrauben 30 die Oberkanten des Wandelementes 10 und der Türe 11 bündig aufeinander ausgerichtet werden. Sollte die Befestigungseinrichtung 22 nicht genau horizontal ausgerichtet sein, sondern um einen bestimmten Winkel von der Horizontalen abweichen, so kann diese Abweichung ebenfalls durch die Madenschrauben 30 ausgeglichen werden. Durch eine Madenschraube 31 kann die Lasche 23 in horizontaler Richtung ausgerichtet werden. Beim Eindrehen der Madenschraube 31 wird ein Keil 32 nach unten gedrückt, wodurch die Lasche 23 an dem Wandelement 10 nach links gedrückt wird. Beim Herausdrehen der Madenschraube 31 gleitet der Keil 32 nach oben, wobei eine Druckfeder 33 die Lasche 23 nach rechts verschiebt. Somit kann durch Verstellen der Madenschraube 31 die Breite eines Spaltes 34 zwischen Wandelement 10 und Türe 11 verändert werden.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt ein Befestigungselement 40, das zwei Teile 41 und 42 aufweist. Die Teile 41 und 42 sind durch Betätigen einer Gewindespindel 43 gegeneinander verschiebbar. Auf diese Weise kann der Abstand von Befestigungselementen 44 auf den Abstand von Aufnahmeöffnungen 45 schnell und einfach angepasst werden. Dies ist besonders dann vorteilhaft, wenn beim Anbringen der Aufnahmeöffnungen 45 Ungenauigkeiten aufgetreten sind. Das Teil 41 ist mit einem vorspringenden Steg 46 versehen, der in eine Aufnahmeöffnung 47 in dem Teil 42 einsteckbar ist. Somit ist durch das Zusammenwirken des Steges 46 und der Aufnahmeöffnung 47 ein Führungsmittel gegeben, durch das die Teile 41 und 42 in horizontaler Richtung in einer Linie ausgerichtet sind. Die Spindel 43 besitzt Öffnungen 48, in die beispielsweise ein Schraubenzieher, Nagel, dünner Stift oder dergleichen hineingesteckt werden kann, um die Spindel 43 beim Einstellen der Teile 41 und 42 auf den Abstand der Aufnahmeöffnungen 45 betätigen zu können. Das an dieser Ausführungsform der Befestigungseinrichtung 40 dargestellte Prinzip zum Einstellen der Befestigungseinrichtung 40 auf den Abstand der Aufnahmeöffnungen 45 ist auch bei anderen Befestigungseinrichtungen, die keine Befestigungselemente 44 aufweisen, möglich (siehe Fig. 2). Bei den in Fig. 2 dargestellten Befestigungseinrichtungen 22 werden deren Teile zunächst so weit zusammengeschoben bis sie in die Aufnahmeöffnungen 21 hineinpassen. Dann werden sie mittels der Spindel soweit auseinander geschoben, bis sie mit den Aufnahmeöffnungen 21 verspannt sind. Zusätzlich zu der Verspannung der Teile der Befestigungseinrichtungen 22 empfiehlt es sich, die Befestigungseinrichtungen 22 mittels eines Klebstoffes in den Aufnahmeöffnungen 21 zu befestigen.

Claims (8)

  1. Scharnier (12) mit einer wandseitigen und einer türseitigen Befestigungseinrichtung (22, 40) zur Befestigung des Scharniers (12) an einer Wand (10) und an einer Tür (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen (22, 40) in an der Wand (10) und der Tür (11) vorgesehene Aufnahmeöffnungen (21,45) einsetzbar sind und die Befestigungseinrichtungen (22, 40) zwei linear gegeneinander verschiebbare Teile (41, 42) aufweisen, die soweit verschoben werden können, bis sie in den Aufhahmeöffnungen (21, 45) verspannt sind.
  2. Scharnier (12) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen (22, 40) mittels einer Gewindespindel (43) gegeneinander verschiebbar sind
  3. Scharnier (12) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeöffnungen (21, 45) Sacklöcher sind.
  4. Scharnier (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen (40) Befestigungselemente (44), die in die Aufnahmeöffnungen (45) eingreifen, aufweisen.
  5. Scharnier (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen (22, 40) mit Führungsmitteln versehen sind, damit die gegeneinander verschiebbaren Teile (41, 42) in einer Linie miteinander fluchten.
  6. Scharnier (12) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Teil (41) mindestens einen vorspringenden Steg (46) und/oder Bolzen oder dergleichen aufweist, der in mindestens eine an dem anderen Teil (42) vorgesehene Aufnahmeöffnung (47) einsteckbar ist.
  7. Scharnier (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen (22, 40) mit der Wand (10) und der Tür (11) verklebbar sind.
  8. Duschkabine mit einem Scharnier (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
