Claims (6)
- Dispositif d'application de teinture sur une bande de feuille avec un pochoir et un dispositif de raclage destiné à presser la teinture à travers le pochoir sur la bande de feuille ainsi qu'un élément de fixation sur lequel le dispositif de raclage, lequel comprend un rouleau de raclage et un guidage à rouleaux, est maintenu, une liaison (8) au moins en partie flexible, laquelle autorise un déplacement du dispositif de raclage par rapport à l'élément de fixation (1) dans au moins deux, de préférence trois directions spatiales, est disposée entre le dispositif de raclage et l'élément de fixation (1),
caractérisé en ce que la liaison (8) au moins en partie flexible comprend entre le dispositif de raclage et l'élément de fixation (1) un matériau au moins en partie élastique ou à gomme élastique sous forme d'une manchette (9) en matériau élastique ou à gomme élastique, de sorte le dispositif de raclage peut être positionné en diagonale par rapport à l'élément de fixation (1). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la liaison (8) au moins en partie flexible comprend entre le dispositif de raclage et l'élément de fixation (1) au moins un ressort (10), de préférence un ressort hélicoïdal.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le guidage à rouleaux (16) comprend un tunnel (3) ouvert à la façon d'une fente dans sa direction longitudinale.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la liaison (8) au moins en partie flexible comprend une résistance, laquelle maintient le dispositif de raclage sensiblement parallèle à l'élément de fixation (1) lorsque aucune autre force n'agit sur celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (1) comprend un dispositif de serrage (5), avec lequel l'élément de fixation (1) peut être monté de manière amovible sur le tube de teinture (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un corps de tunnel (16) comme guidage à rouleaux est conçu avec le tunnel (3) comme pièce remplaçable.
