Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour appliquer de la colle, notamment du type thermofusible, à un matériau d'emballage transporté pendant le transfert de la colle, de préférence à une bande de matériau en mouvement (21) pour la fabrication de pièces découpées pour emballages, au moyen de buses de colle (24) ayant des ouvertures de buse (25, 26) pouvant être fermées, auxquelles de la colle peut être acheminée sous pression, à savoir sous pression de colle, pendant une phase de transfert de colle au matériau d'emballage, la pression de colle agissant sur la colle pouvant être ajustée en fonction de la vitesse d'avance du matériau d'emballage par une commande (31),
la colle pouvant être acheminée par une pompe à colle (34) par le biais d'une conduite de colle (32) à une unité de colle (23) présentant des buses de colle (24),

- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, ou l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la vitesse d'avance de la bande de matériau (21) peut être détectée par un organe de palpage dans la région d'un rouleau (42) associé à la bande de matériau (21) et tournant avec la bande de matériau (21),b) l'organe de palpage est un résolveur (43), qui reconnaît le mouvement de rotation du rouleau (42),c) la vitesse d'avance de la bande de matériau (21) peut être détectée de manière cyclique à l'aide d'une variation d'angle de rotation du résolveur (43), et convertie en une valeur de vitesse, etd) une valeur de pression adaptée, à savoir la pression de colle, peut être calculée à partir de la valeur de vitesse avec un algorithme consigné dans la commande de machine (31).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) des programmes de commande pour différentes formes d'encollage sont consignées dans la commande de machine (31), sur la base du type et/ou de la taille des pièces découpées ou de portions correspondantes de la bande de matériau (21) à encoller,b) les programmes de commande sont consignés sous forme de courbes de commande pour un cycle d'encollage, à savoir sous forme de courbe de vitesse d'une part et sous forme de courbe de pression d'autre part,c) le programme respectivement nécessaire peut être appelé en fonction des pièces découpées à fabriquer ou de la bande de matériau (21) à encoller, par le biais de l'organe d'entrée de données (54) à partir de la commande de machine (31).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce qu'en plus un programme de commande pour l'instant et la durée de l'ouverture de l'ouverture de buse (25, 26) peut être appelé par le biais de la commande de machine (31), et ce par commande de chaque ouverture de buse (25, 26) ou de groupes de soupapes (29) associées aux ouvertures de buse (25, 26), qui sont connectées à la commande de machine (31).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des revendications suivantes, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la soupape de régulation de pression (37) peut être commandée par de l'air sous pression par le biais d'une conduite d'air de commande (40),b) la conduite d'air de commande (40) est connectée à un régulateur d'air sous pression (38), etc) le régulateur d'air sous pression (38) peut être commande par le biais d'une conduite de signaux (41) par la commande de machine (31).

- Procédé de fabrication de pièces découpées sous forme d'enveloppe extérieure pour un paquet d'emballage (10) de paquets de cigarettes, les pièces découpées étant séparées d'une bande de matériau (21) et étant repliées autour d'un groupe de paquets de cigarettes, la bande de matériau (21) étant pourvue de surfaces de colle (16) ou de rubans de colle (20) qui sont fabriqués avec un dispositif selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la bande de matériau (21) est pourvue d'une rangée orientée transversalement à la bande de matériau (21) de surfaces de colle (16) espacées dans la région d'un ruban de bord (15) de la pièce découpée à fabriquer,b) ensuite, on applique dans la région de la même pièce découpée des rubans de colle (20) tournés dans la direction de déplacement de la bande de matériau (21), en regard les uns des autres dans la région de volets de recouvrement (18) de la pièce découpée,c) le programme de commande de l'unité de colle est sélectionné de telle sorte que les surfaces de colle (16) d'une part et les rubans de colle (20) d'autre part présentent des épaisseurs de couche différentes, à savoir que les rubans de colle (20) présentent une plus grande épaisseur de couche que les surfaces de colle (16).
