Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Abstellfach zur Anbringung an einer Tür eines Kühlgerätes. Derartige Abstellfächer, insbesondere solche, die im unteren Bereich der Innenseite der Tür montiert werden, werden im wesentlichen genutzt zur Lagerung von Getränkeflaschen und anderen hochformatigen Kühlgutbehältern.
  • Wenn die Tür des Kühlgerätes unvorsichtig geöffnet wird, besteht bei solchen hochformatigen Behältern die Gefahr des Umkippens. Zwar lässt sich durch eine hinreichende Wandhöhe der im allgemeinen kastenartig geformten Abstellfächer ein Herausfallen der Behälter verhindern, es bleibt aber die Gefahr, dass ein einmal ins Taumeln geratener Behälter innerhalb des Abstellfaches zur Seite kippt und umschlägt.
  • Um dieser Gefahr entgegenzuwirken, ist aus DE-GM 86 32 853 bekannt, auf eine Seitenwand des Abstellfaches Hohlkörper in unterschiedlicher Zahl aufzustecken, die ins Innere des Faches eingreifen und so dessen Tiefe reduzieren. Durch Anpassen der Fachtiefe an den Durchmesser eines darin gelagerten Behälters kann verhindert werden, dass dieser ins Kippen gerät. Die Anwendung dieser Hohlkörper ist jedoch für den Benutzer umständlich und daher allenfalls für Kühlgeräte interessant, die starken Erschütterungen ausgesetzt sind, z.B. weil sie an Bord eines Fahrzeuges mitgeführt werden.
  • Aus DE-GM 90 14 463 und DE-GM 85 11 568 ist jeweils ein Abstellfach für eine Tür eines Kühlgerätes bekannt, die gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 einen an einer Längswand des Abstellfaches befestigbaren und sich in Tiefenrichtung des Körpers erstreckenden Fachteiler aufweisen. Ein solcher Fachteiler kann zwar nicht verhindern, dass bei unvorsichtigem Öffnen der Kältegerätetür ein Behälter im Abstellfach ins Kippen gerät, er kann jedoch, wenn er in geeigneter Weise in der Nähe des Behälters platziert ist, ein Umschlagen des Behälters innerhalb des Abstellfaches verhindern.
  • Ein solcher Fachteiler ermöglicht jedoch nicht die platzsparende Unterbringung von Kühlgütem, die in vertikaler Stellung keine oder nur geringe Standfestigkeit aufweisen, wie z.B. von Tuben. Um deren Lagerung zu ermöglichen, wird in DE-GM 90 14 463 die Verwendung von Einsatzkästen empfohlen, die an einer Seitenwand des Türabstellfaches eingehängt werden und sich über einen geringen Teil von dessen Tiefe erstrecken. Diese Einsatzkästen führen jedoch zu einer ineffizienten Platzausnutzung in dem Abstellfach, da die Resttiefe des Abstellfaches, die zwischen einem eingehängten Behälter und der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand des Abstellfaches verbleibt, für die meisten Behälterformate zu gering ist und daher ungenutzt bleibt.
  • Die gattungsbildende Druckschrift DE 90 14 463 U offenbart eine Kühlschranktür mit abnehmbar angeordneten Aufnahmebehältern.
  • Die Druckschrift EP 0 728 998 offenbart eine Kühlschranktür, an deren Innenwand eine Führungsschiene, in der ein Stützelement verschiebbar gehalten ist, sowie ein Kühlgutabsteller angeordnet sind.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, ein Abstellfach für eine Tür eines Kältegerätes anzugeben, das gleichzeitig eine gute Standfestigkeit hochformatiger Behälter unterschiedlicher Größen und eine hocheffiziente Platzausnutzung erlaubt.
  • Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass der Fachteiler selbst dazu genutzt wird, an ihm eine Kammer zur Aufnahme von Kleinteilen unterzubringen. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Kammer in Tiefenrichtung zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände auf, die kreisbogenförmig mit einem Durchmesser, der in etwa der Tiefe des Abstellfaches entspricht, sind und eine mittige Engstelle bilden.
  • Der Fachteiler erstreckt sich vorzugsweise im wesentlichen über die gesamte Tiefe des Abstellfaches, so dass auch das Kleinteilefach sich im wesentlichen über diese Tiefe erstrecken kann.
  • Die Ausdehnung des Fachteilers ist in der Tiefenrichtung des Abstellfaches vorzugsweise größer als in dessen Breitenrichtung, denn Kühlgüter mit einer Standfläche, die gleich der Tiefe des Abstellfaches oder größer ist, müssen zur Erhöhung ihrer Standfestigkeit nicht in einem separaten Kleinteilefach untergebracht werden.
  • Vorzugsweise weist das Kleinteilefach einen offenen Boden, auf so dass sich keine Verunreinigungen darin sammeln können. In dem Kleinteilefach platzierte Teile werden entweder nur von dessen Wänden oder von dessen Wänden und dem Boden des Abstellfaches getragen.
  • Um eine platzsparende Aufbewahrung des Fachteilers bei Nichtgebrauch zu ermöglichen, ist seine Höhe vorzugsweise geringer als die des Abstellfaches.
  • Zur Befestigung an der Längswand des Abstellfaches kann der Fachteiler mit einem über die Längswand stülpbaren Reiter versehen sein. Um einen festen Sitz des Fachteilers an der Längswand zu garantieren, ist vorzugsweise an einer Innenfläche des Reiters wenigstens eine vertikale Rippe ausgebildet. Diese kann die Seitenwand, wenn sie eben ist, fest einklemmen, wodurch die Position des Fachteilers im Abstellfach stufenlos wählbar ist. Die Seitenwand des Abstellfaches kann aber auch mit einer Mehrzahl von zu der wenigstens einen Rippe komplementären Nuten versehen sein, in die die Rippe eingreifen kann.
  • Um seitlich vom Fachteiler aufgestellte Gegenstände zusätzlich gegen Umkippen zu sichern, können an den Außenwänden des Fachteilers mehrere vertikale Rippen vorgesehen sein.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 eine perspektivische Innenansicht einer Tür eines Kältegerätes mit einem Abstellfach, das nicht zur Erfindung gehört;
    • Figur 2 eine Draufsicht auf das Abstellfach;
    • Figur 3 eine Draufsicht auf eine zweite Ausgestaltung eines Fachteilers für das Abstellfach, welche ebenfalls nicht zur Erfindung gehört;
    • Figur 4 einen vertikalen Schnitt durch den Fachteiler der Figur 3;
    • Figur 5 ein vergrößertes Detail aus Figur 4;
    • Figur 6 ein weiteres vergrößertes Detail des Fachteilers aus Figur 3; und
    • Figur 7 eine Draufsicht auf ein Abstellfach mit einem Fachteiler gemäß der Erfindung.
  • Eine in Figur 1 vereinfacht dargestellte, mit 1 bezeichnete Kühlschranktür, die wie üblich mit einer an ihrem Innenrand angeordneten Magnetdichtung 2 ausgestattet ist, weist an ihrer Innenseite 3 in Randnähe vorspringende vertikale Holme 4 auf. Am unteren Randbereich der Kühlschranktür 1 ist zwischen den zwei Holmen 4 ein kastenartiges Türabstellfach 5 angeordnet, dessen Breite dem Abstand der zwei Holme 4 entspricht. Weitere, schmalere Türabstellfächer 6 sind im oberen Bereich der Tür 1 jeweils zwischen einem der Holme 4 und einem zusätzlichen, kürzeren Holm 7 aufgehängt, der sich über die Mitte der Innenseite 3 erstreckt.
  • Das Türabstellfach 5 dient in erster Linie zur Aufbewahrung von Flaschen und anderen hochformatigen Kühlgutbehältern. Um einerseits deren Stand zu sichern und andererseits das Fach 5 auch für die platzsparende Lagerung kleinerer Gegenstände, insbesondere von Tuben, nutzbar zu machen, ist an einer Seitenwand des Faches 5 ein Fachteiler 8 aufgehängt, dessen Anordnung in der Figur 2 besser zu erkennen ist, die eine Draufsicht auf das Türabstellfach 5 zeigt.
  • Der Fachteiler 8 ist im wesentlichen aufgebaut aus einem vierseitigen Rahmen mit zwei kurzen Seitenwänden 9, 10 und zwei langen Seitenwänden 11, die eine Kammer 17 umgeben. Die kurzen Seitenwände 9 sind jeweils Längswänden 12, 13 des Türabstellfaches 5 zugewandt, und die langen Seitenwände 11 erstrecken sich über den überwiegenden Teil der Tiefe, hier etwa 80 %, des Türabstellfaches 5. An die Seitenwand 9 ist ein Reiter 14 angeformt, der in einen Längsschlitz 15 der Seitenwand 12 eingreift und an dieser reibschlüssig gehalten ist. Die Gestalt des Reiters 14 ist in Verbindung mit einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel in den Figuren 4, 5 genauer dargestellt.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf einen derartigen Fachteiler 8. Der aus den Seitenwänden 9, 10, 11 gebildete Rahmen dieses Fachteilers 8 ist nahezu, aber nicht exakt, quadratisch. Die zwei längeren Seitenwände 11 tragen an ihren Außenseiten eine Mehrzahl flacher Rippen 16, die vorgesehen sind, um die Reibung zwischen einem (nicht dargestellten) außerhalb des Fachteilers 8 im Türabstellfach aufgestellten, vom Fachteiler 8 eingeklemmten Behälter und der Seitenwand 11 zu vergrößern und so den Behälter zusätzlich gegen Kippen zu sichern.
  • Figur 4 zeigt einen vertikalen Schnitt durch den Fachteiler der Figur 3 entlang der Linie IV-IV aus Figur 3. In dieser Figur ist zu erkennen, dass der Reiter 14 im wesentlichen die Gestalt eines langgestreckten Hakens mit einer sich in geringem Abstand von der Seitenwand 9 parallel zu dieser erstreckenden Zunge hat. An der der Seitenwand 9 zugewandten Fläche der Zunge erstreckt sich über deren gesamte Länge eine Rippe 19. Die Kammer 17 ist am Boden offen. Die Höhe des Fachteilers 8 entspricht etwa der Hälfte bis zwei Dritteln der Höhe des Türabstellfachs 5.
  • Figur 6 zeigt einen vergrößerten horizontalen Schnitt durch den mit VI markierten Bereich der Figur 3, der die Seitenwand 9, die Zunge sowie die Rippe 19 zeigt. Eine zweite Rippe 19 ist an der Zunge symmetrisch zur Ebene IV-IV vorgesehen.
  • Zweck der zwei Rippen 19 ist, einerseits einen festen, in Breitenrichtung des Türabstellfaches 5 durch darin gelagerte Gegenstände nicht verschiebbaren Sitz des Fachteilers 8 zu gewährleisten, andererseits aber ein leichtes Abziehen und Aufstecken des Fachteilers 8 auf die Seitenwand 12 in vertikaler Richtung zu ermöglichen. Die Seitenwand 12 kann zu diesem Zweck wie in Fig.2 gezeigt eben oder komplementär zu den Rippen mit Nuten versehen bzw. geriffelt sein. Der Schlitz 15 kann auch entfallen; dann muss die Zunge an der Außenfläche der Wand 12, z. B. in einen zwischen dieser Außenwand und der Türinnenfläche 3 vorhandenen Spalt, eingreifen.
  • Figur 7 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungemäßen Türabstellfaches, das sich von dem in Figur 2 gezeigten durch die Form der langen Seitenwände 11 des Fachteilers 8 unterscheidet. Diese sind kreisbogenförmig mit einem Durchmesser, der in etwa der Tiefe des Türabstellfaches 5 entspricht. Diese Ausgestaltung beansprucht nur wenig Platz zwischen zwei in dem Fach abgestellten großen runden Gegenständen wie etwa Flaschen, und ermöglicht gleichzeitig die platzsparende, weil vertikale Aufbewahrung eines einzelnen schmalen Gegenstandes oder von zwei Gegenständen von eher rundem Querschnitt, z.B. von zwei Tuben, die jeweils in Tiefenrichtung vor bzw. hinter der mittigen Engstelle 18 in die Kammer 17 eingesteckt werden können.

Claims (7)

  1. Abstellfach (5) für eine Tür eines Kühlgeräts, mit einem kastenartigen Körper und einem an einer Längswand (12) des Körpers befestigbaren, sich über mehr als die Hälfte der Tiefe des Körpers erstreckenden Fachteiler (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Fachteiler (8) eine Kammer (17) zur Aufnahme von Kleinteilen ausgebildet ist, die in Tiefenrichtung zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände aufweist, die kreisbogenförmig mit einem Durchmesser, der in etwa der Tiefe des Abstellfaches (5) entspricht, sind und eine mittige Engstelle (18) bilden.
  2. Abstellfach nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fachteiler (8) sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Tiefe des Abstellfachs (5) erstreckt.
  3. Abstellfach nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausdehnung des Fachteilers (8) in der Tiefenrichtung des Abstellfachs (5) größer ist als in seiner Breitenrichtung.
  4. Abstellfach nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (17) einen offenen Boden aufweist.
  5. Abstellfach nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des Fachteilers (8) geringer als die des Körpers des Abstellfachs (5) ist.
  6. Abstellfach nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fachteiler (8) zur Befestigung an der Längswand (12) mit einem über die Längswand (12) stülpbaren Reiter (14) versehen ist, und dass an einer Innenfläche des Reiters (14) wenigstens eine vertikale Rippe (19) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Abstellfach nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Mehrzahl von vertikalen Rippen (16) an Außenwänden (11) des Fachteilers (8).
