Abstract

Ein Vorlagebehälter (1) für pulverförmige Medien, insbesondere für Lackpulver, umfaßt ein Gehäuse (2), das mindestens einen Einlaß (4) und mindestens einen Auslaß (8, 9) für das pulverförmige Medium aufweist. Im Innenraum des Gehäuses (2) befindet sich in Abstand von dessen Boden (2c) ein Fluidisierungsboden (5) aus porösem, von Luft durchströmbarem Material. Zwischen dem Fluidisierungsboden (9) und dem Boden (2c) des Gehäuses (2) liegt ein Druckraum (6), der mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar ist. Der Auslaß (8, 9) besitzt die Form eines oben offenen Trichters, der sich im unteren, dem Fluidisierungsboden (5) benachbarten Teilbereich (2bc) des Gehäuses (2) befindet. Auf diese Weise wird stets gut durchmischtes pulverförmiges Medium ausgetragen, dessen Korngrößenverteilung weitestgehend mit derjenigen des fluidisierten pulverförmigen Mediums innerhalb des Vorlagebehälters (1) übereinstimmt.
