Claims (11)
- Dispositif de serrage pour l'électrode (31) amovible d'un four électrique, formé par une mâchoire de contact (41) située au niveau de l'extrémité libre du bras de support d'électrode, un étrier de serrage (42) logé sur l'extrémité libre du bras de support (21) et entourant l'électrode (31), et un vérin de serrage (11, 12) monté dans le bras de support (21), dont la tige de piston (14), entrant en contact avec l'étrier de serrage (42), amène, sous l'effet d'un paquet de ressorts (17) situé dans l'espace annulaire (16) du vérin de serrage (11, 12), l'étrier de serrage (42) en appui bloqué contre l'électrode (31) qu'il entoure, comportant un raccord du côté fond pour l'admission d'un fluide sous pression dans l'espace (16) du côté fond du vérin de serrage (11, 12) pour désolidariser l'étrier de serrage (42), caractérisé en ce que le vérin de serrage (11, 12) est logé dans un logement (213) débouchant dans le sens axial et situé dans le bras de support (21), et le vérin de serrage (11, 12) est fixé par son fond (12) de manière amovible dans le logement (213) sur le côté du logement (213), détourné du dispositif de serrage.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le logement (213) pour le vérin de serrage (11, 12) est muni d'un couvercle (214), qui lui est associé de manière amovible et qui est traversé par un boulon fileté (61) traversant (611), qui entre en contact avec le fond (12) du vérin de serrage (11, 12) et peut être déplacé par rapport au couvercle (214) dans le sens axial et entre en contact avec le fond (12) du vérin de serrage (11, 12), et dont la saillie (612) au-dessus du couvercle (216) porte un écrou de serrage (62) qui est en prise avec ledit boulon fileté.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boulon fileté (61) et le fond (12) du vérin de serrage (11, 12) sont réalisés d'un seul tenant.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boulon fileté (61) traversant le fond (12) du vérin de serrage (11, 12) comporte une tête qui enserre par l'arrière le fond (12).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le fond (12) du vérin de serrage (11, 12) est fixé par rapport au carter (11) du vérin au moyen de segments de disque (121), enserrés par l'arrière par ledit fond et s'engageant dans une rainure annulaire (111) ménagée dans le carter (11) du vérin.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (121) sont assemblés au fond (12) du vérin de serrage (11, 12) par l'intermédiaire d'assemblages vissés (122).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, entre le couvercle (214) du logement (213), immobilisant le vérin de serrage (11', 12') par rapport au logement (213), et l'écrou de serrage (62'), situé sur la saillie du boulon fileté (61') au-dessus du couvercle (214), est monté un dynamomètre (81), qui est traversé par le boulon fileté (61') et signale la chute de pression dans le vérin de serrage transformée en impulsion électrique.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par un dynamomètre raccordé par une ligne (811) à un dispositif d'affichage des valeurs de mesure, éloigné du four.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par un émetteur, associé au dynamomètre et alimenté par une batterie, et un récepteur associé au dynamomètre et recevant des informations, qui sont émises par l'émetteur et sont retournées vers le dynamomètre et qui concernent la pression de serrage actuelle, la chute de pression et/ ou l'impulsion pour le déclenchement de signaux.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par une mesure de la pression basée sur l'effet piézoélectrique.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, caractérisé par un amplificateur associé au capteur de valeurs de mesure.
