Claims (16)

  1. Scharnier (4) für eine Tür (3) eines Backofens (1) vom Typ enthaltend eine erste kastenförmige Struktur (6), anbringbar an dem Ofenrahmen (2), und eine zweite kastenförmige Struktur (7), anbringbar an der Tür (3), einen die ersten und zweiten kastenförmigen Strukturen verbindenden Hebel (8), wobei die zweite kastenförmige Struktur (7) an einen fest mit dem Hebel (8) verbundenen Zapfen (9) angelenkt ist und sich um den Zapfen (9) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer geöffneten Position (39) dreht, wobei die zweite kastenförmige Struktur (7) erste (13) und zweite (18) Mittel zum Regulieren der Türöffnung enthält; wobei die ersten Mittel (13) ein Kräftemoment erzeugen, welches dem Öffnen der Tür entgegen wirkt, und wobei die zweiten Mittel (18) ein Kräftemoment erzeugen, welches das Öffnen der Tür um einen Winkel von vorgegebener Weite fördert und das erste Moment überwindet, wobei das Scharnier (4) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die zweiten Reguliermittel (18) ein U-förmiges elastisches Element (19) enthalten, dessen mittlerer Abschnitt (21) durch Befestigungsmittel (26) an die zweite kastenförmige Struktur (7) angeschlossen ist und an den Enden seiner beiden Arme (20) eine Rolle (32) trägt, welche an wenigstens einem Nockenprofil (35) gleitet, das mit der ersten kastenförmigen Struktur (6) fest verbunden ist.
  2. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der beiden Arme eine Feder (22) enthält.
  3. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder eine Biegefeder (22) ist.
  4. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder eine Spiralfeder (22) ist, mit wenigstens einer Windung (23) mit der Achse (24) im wesentlichen parallel zu dem mittleren Abschnitt.
  5. Scharnier nach einem jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche von 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (19) aus einem Metalldraht besteht.
  6. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Nockenprofil fest mit der ersten kastenförmigen Struktur verbunden ist und aus einem bestimmten Abschnitt des oberen Randes des Hebels (8) besteht.
  7. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (26) aus schnell lösbaren Verbindungsmitteln (27) bestehen.
  8. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (27) eine Zunge (28) an der Basis (25) der zweiten kastenförmigen Struktur (7) enthalten, die sich zu der Rolle (32) hin erstreckt und zusammen mit der Basis einen Sitz (29) bildet, welcher den mittleren Abschnitt (21) des elastischen Elementes (19) aufnimmt.
  9. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Arme (20) die Rolle (32) mit Hilfe eines Zapfens (30) tragen, dessen Achse parallel zu dem Zapfen (9) verläuft, der zum Drehen des Scharniers benutzt wird, und dessen Enden an den Seitenwänden (33) der zweiten kastenförmigen Struktur (7) befestigt sind, und zwar mit Hilfe von zwei Führungsschlitzen (34).
  10. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Mittel (13) zum Regulieren der Türöffnung eine Zugfeder (15) enthalten.
  11. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (15) eine Spiralfeder (15) ist, deren erstes Ende an Befestigungsmitteln (41, 42, 43) an der zweiten kastenförmigen Struktur (7) befestigt ist, wobei das andere Ende durch Zwischensetzen einer innen liegenden Stange (10) an dem Hebel (8) befestigt ist.
  12. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel (40) zum Regulieren der Zugfeder enthält.
  13. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reguliermittel (40) der Feder Schraubreguliermittel (41) enthalten.
  14. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reguliermittel (40) der Feder eine Platte (43) mit einer Anzahl von Bohrungen (44) zur Befestigung des Endes der Feder (15) enthalten.
  15. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite kastenförmige Struktur (7) Schnellverbindungsmittel (45) hat, dazu bestimmt, mit Aufnahmemitteln an einem Sitz (46) in der Tür zusammenzuarbeiten, welcher die zweite kastenförmige Struktur (7) aufnimmt.
  16. Scharnier nach Patentanspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellverbindungsmittel (45) aus einer Zunge (47) bestehen, welche dem Aussenbereich der zweiten kastenförmigen Struktur (7) zugewandt ist.
