Definitions
- the invention relates to a control cabinet with a double-leaf door hinged to the outside of the body, with a first and a second door leaf, the door leaves overlapping one another in the closed state, and with a locking device, the two door leaves with a floor and / or ceiling cross member of the control cabinet locked by means of a push rod running parallel to a vertical edge of one of the door leaves.
- the door wing equipped without locking device it can be provided that it is first provided at its upper and / or lower end with hooks which are arranged inside the door wing, and independently of the other door wing first provided in the interior of the control cabinet Recordings are introduced.
- this locking system has proven itself in such a way that a better fixation of the door leaf is achieved, it is disadvantageous that this locking system is arranged in the interior of the control cabinet, so that interferences with the internal installation of the control cabinet can occasionally occur.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a holding and locking device for a control cabinet with a double-leaf door, the unlocking of both door leaves and the locking of both door leaves being carried out with a single manual actuation.
- the push rod arranged in the rectangular channel it is possible to firmly lock both door leaves at the same time without the locking device extending into the interior of the control cabinet.
- the push rod is consequently neither accessible from the outside nor from the inside in the closed state, so that the locking device is completely secured.
- contact of the locking system with other parts assigned to the switch cabinet interior is prevented, in particular it is excluded that a cable comes into contact with the moving parts of the locking system.
- the receptacle arranged outside the body on the floor and / or ceiling crossmember ensures that the two door leaves are locked in the locking position and no longer move after locking.
- the control cabinet according to the invention thus provides an effective and simple locking mechanism, which is arranged on the one hand outside the interior of the control cabinet and on the other hand securely locks both doors at the same time, without additional fixing devices being necessary for the second door wing, which is equipped without a locking device.
- the vertical side region of the second door wing overlapped by the first door wing in the closed state is folded in such a way that a cross-sectionally U-shaped channel is formed which extends to the interior of the control cabinet and is open towards the first door wing ,
- the U-shaped channel here is a very simple means to provide a rectangular channel in cooperation with the first door leaf.
- the area of the U-shaped channel, which extends in the direction of the interior of the control cabinet, is predetermined by the dimensions of the door, so that the interior of the control cabinet is essentially unaffected.
- the legs of the U-shaped channel advantageously extend at an angle of more than 90 °, preferably 92 to 96 °, to the base region of the channel. In this way, a greater width is created in the entrance area of the U-shaped channel than in the base area, so that larger components, such as the locking device, can be accommodated more easily from the entrance area.
- the U-shaped channel can extend over the vertical side of the second door leaf, leaving an upper and / or lower edge region free. This makes it possible for the receptacle to be arranged outside the body of the control cabinet and at the same time inside the door leaf and thus also not to take up any additional space in the interior of the control cabinet.
- the first door leaf has a rim bent toward the interior of the control cabinet on its vertical side facing the second door leaf.
- the edge of the first door wing can be bent at an angle of 90 °. It can also prove useful that the folded edge of the first door wing is received in the closed state in the U-shaped channel of the second door wing and is arranged next to the U-shaped leg of the second door wing facing away from the edge.
- the door leaf By bending the door leaf, the door leaf is given increased stability on the one hand, and safety on handling the door leaf is increased, on the other hand, since there are no sharp edges.
- the folded edge also sets Protection for the push rod arranged in the first door leaf.
- the angle of 90 ° has proven to be particularly suitable in practice.
- the push rod is arranged on the inside of the first door leaf overlapping the U-shaped channel, the push rod preferably extending with its flat side parallel to the folded edge of the first door leaf. This ensures that the push rod is arranged within the U-shaped channel, so that it is again ensured that both doors can be locked at the same time.
- an actuating device is arranged on the outside of the first door leaf and is coupled to the locking device via a passage opening. This feature serves for more convenient use, since the locking device can be operated easily and conveniently from the outside.
- the locking device can be fastened to the first door leaf via the axis of the gearwheel of the locking device that transmits the movement.
- the structure of the locking device and at the same time the fastening of the same to the door is simplified, since the number of fastening elements can be reduced.
- the axis of the gear wheel transmitting the movement can be movable by the movement of a pivot lever arranged on the actuating element. This also considerably simplifies the construction of the locking device.
- At least one guide element can be arranged in the U-shaped channel of the second door leaf, into which the Push rod engages in the closed state.
- the arrangement of such a guide element ensures easy guidance of the rod, so that jamming of the rod can be ruled out here.
- locking elements are arranged in the U-shaped channel of the second door leaf, in which locking means formed on the push rod engage in the closed state.
- the arrangement of locking elements within the second door leaf, which interact with locking means of the push rod, ensures that an additional fixation of the second door leaf to the first door leaf is ensured here. In this way, an additional securing of the second door leaf is created, which at the same time ensures that the door leaves are not always in one plane.
- latching elements are formed in the second door leaf together with the guide elements. This feature has proven particularly useful with regard to simplified production, since different parts do not have to be arranged within the U-shaped channel.
- the upper and / or lower end section of the push rod is tapered. As a result, an improved entry of the push rod into the receptacle is achieved.
- a wheel element is fastened in the upper and / or lower end section of the push rod and engages in the receptacle in the closed state.
- the wheel element here simplifies the insertion of the push rod into the receptacle and at the same time is an additional securing of the push rod within the receptacle.
- the receptacle can be designed as a U-shaped sheet which is fastened to the ceiling and / or floor cross member such that the open side of the U-shaped sheet is facing the ceiling and / or floor cross member is.
- This embodiment represents a particularly simple design of the receptacle.
- it can be provided that the receptacle is designed in the form of a rectangle that is open at the top and / or at the bottom.
- the side wall of the rectangle facing the ceiling or floor crossmember can be of elongated design and have side legs facing away from the interior of the control cabinet at the ends. In this way, the passage to the interior of the control cabinet resulting from the release of the second door leaf in the region of the U-shaped channel is closed.
- the side legs can be angled at an angle from the elongated side wall of the rectangle, which corresponds to the angle of the U-legs to the second door leaf or to the base area. This feature also serves to improve the seal.
- the side legs of the side wall thus form an extension of the U-legs of the U-channel.
- the elongated side wall of the rectangle can advantageously be made somewhat longer than the base region of the U-channel.
- the side legs reach behind the U-legs and improve the seal even further.
- the side legs can be made longer and the U-legs partially overlap.
- the receptacle designed as a rectangle can have a projection on the side facing away from the door leaves. With a projection, the rectangle can be easily attached to the control cabinet.
- the projection extends at an angle of 90 ° from the receptacle and has a through opening with which the receptacle can be fastened to a profile rail of the control cabinet.
- the receptacle can consequently be arranged in a user-specific manner at any point in the control cabinet, for example in the event that the two door leaves do not have the same size.
- the receptacle can be easily attached using the already existing rail profile, so that no additional manufacturing steps are necessary here, for example to manufacture the receptacle in one piece with a profiled rail.
- FIG. 1 a cutout three-dimensional view of a second door wing with a U-shaped channel, and a ceiling cross member with a receptacle attached to it,
- Figure 2 is a schematic section through the closed door, the locking system is not shown.
- FIG. 3 a partial view of the back of a first door wing with a locking device attached to it
- FIG. 4 shows a section through a switch cabinet according to the invention with closed door leaves, the door leaves being shown from the switch cabinet interior,
- FIG. 5 a partial view of a first door wing with a locking device and actuating element attached to it
- FIG. 6 the locking device shown in Figure 4 from another
- Figure 7 a top view of a section through the closed door
- Figure 8 a section of a section along the push rod.
- FIG. 1 shows a section of a second door leaf 2, ie the door leaf which is partially overlapped by the first door leaf 1 in the closed state.
- the second door leaf 2 is formed from a sheet metal blank, with bevels provided on the upper, lower and vertical side edge, which is attached to a vertical profile rail of the control cabinet, not shown in this illustration, which are perpendicular to the Extend the door leaf to the control cabinet interior.
- the U-shaped channel 4 in this case comprises the U-legs 5, 6 and a base region 7.
- the base region 7 runs parallel to the door leaf 2 and the second U-leg 6 then extends to the first door leaf 1 at an angle corresponding to the first leg 5.
- the width of the U-legs 5, 6 is chosen so that the U-shaped channel 4 does not extend substantially beyond the fold of the door leaf 2. In the closed state, the U-shaped channel is essentially completely covered by the first door leaf 1, from which
- the receptacle 8 also shown in FIG. 1, is fastened to a ceiling cross member 9 of the control cabinet. The recording will be described in detail later with additional reference to FIGS. 7 and 8.
- Figure 2 shows schematically a section through the two closed door leaves, the push rods, the locking system or parts of the control cabinet are not shown. It is only intended to clarify the alignment of the door leaves 1, 2 with respect to one another.
- FIG. 3 shows a section of the first door leaf 1 from the inside lying in the closed state.
- the first door leaf 1 is formed from a sheet metal blank and has on its horizontal and vertical side edges in each case with bevels which extend perpendicularly from the door leaf to the interior of the control cabinet.
- the locking device 11 shown without a cover
- the push rods 12, 12 ' are flat strip rods which are arranged so that they can be displaced with their wide side parallel to the bevel 10.
- the locking device 11 comprises a gearwheel 13, which can be rotated via an actuating device, preferably a handle or lever, arranged on the outer or visible side of the first door leaf 1.
- the gear 13 is connected via its axis to the handle.
- circular engagement devices 14, 14 ' are arranged, which are in engagement with the teeth of the gear 13 and exert a certain force on the gear against easy rotation.
- a second gear 15, which is driven by the movement of the first gear 13, is arranged somewhat below the gear 13. In this context, it is pointed out that the second gear 15 is not absolutely necessary, but can be arranged optionally.
- the push rods 12, 12 ' are arranged parallel to one another.
- the sections of the push rods 12, 12 'which are arranged directly on the gear wheels are provided with perforations which are arranged at regular intervals from one another and into which the individual teeth of the gear wheels 13 and 15 engage. Due to the movement of the gear wheels 13 and 15, the push rods 12, 12 'are displaced in opposition to one another, the push rod 12 upwards and the push rod 12' downwards. This movement of the push rods 12, 12 ' leads to a locking of the door leaves 1, 2.
- the push rods 12, 12 ' are angled above and below the locking device 11, so that they are arranged approximately centrally to the locking device 11 in the further course.
- the lower push rod 12 ' can first be angled outwards and only a little later into the central position, for example if a lock 16 is arranged below the locking device.
- 11 guides 17, 17 ' can also be arranged above and below the locking device. These guides 17, 17 ' are also attached to that of the first door leaf 1. These can be guides that ensure that the push rods run smoothly or guides that ensure friction ensures loose transmission of the movement force of the push rod 12, 12 'to a rod arranged above the remaining section of the door. In the case of very high doors in particular, such a divided push rod has proven itself. Furthermore, the divided push rod also facilitates the replacement of the locking device 11 or conversion of the door, since the entire push rod system does not have to be replaced.
- FIG. 4 The arrangement of the push rods 12, 12 'and the locking device 11 within the closed door leaves 1, 2 is shown in FIG. 4.
- the door leaves are shown from the interior of the control cabinet, these being separated from the rest of the cabinet in such a way that the second door leaf 2 is shown without the base region 7 of the U-shaped channel.
- control cabinet has a frame with vertical rail profiles 18, 19 and with floor and ceiling cross members 9, 20.
- the outer vertical folds of the two door leaves 1, 2 partially encompass the vertical rail profiles of the frame.
- the two door leaves 1, 2 overlap one another in the closed state in such a way that the locking device 11 and the push rods 12, 12 'are completely accommodated within the U-shaped channel 4.
- the vertical bevel 10 of the first door leaf 1 also engages in the U-shaped channel 4 and extends next to the U-leg 5, which faces the second door leaf. Since the U-legs 5, 6 are not angled at an angle of 90 ° from the door leaf 2, on the one hand more space is made available within the channel, and on the other hand a smooth engagement of the fold 10 is ensured.
- devices can also be provided within the U-shaped channel 4 of the second door leaf 2, which ensure that the push rod is fixed on the second door leaf 2.
- locking devices can be provided, into which projections provided on the push rod, for example, snap into place.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 also show the first door leaf 1 together with a locking device 11 arranged on the inside thereof. As already explained with reference to FIG. 3, the push rod is arranged parallel to the bevel 10.
- An actuating element 18 with a pivot lever 19 is arranged on the outside or visible side of the door leaf.
- the position of the actuating element 18 corresponds to the position of the locking device 11.
- the actuating element 18 or the pivoting lever 19 is connected to the locking device 11 by a screw.
- This screw 20 serves on the one hand to transmit the movement of the pivot lever 19 to the gear 13 of the locking device, since the screw 20 also simultaneously represents the axis of the gear, on the other hand, the locking device 11 is fastened to the door leaf 1 via the screw 20. Apart from the screw 20, no additional fastening of the locking device 11 is provided on the door leaf, so that the assembly can be carried out quickly and easily.
- the locking device 11 again comprises a gear 13, which is held between two engagement units 14.
- a cover is arranged on the individual elements, the elements still being freely accessible, i.e. the cover 21 here is only a surface protection.
- the gear 13 is still freely accessible from the side.
- a second push rod can be arranged parallel to the first on the other side of the gear 13. Only if two push rods are arranged, it is possible to lock the door at the top and bottom at the same time.
- the receptacle 8 is described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1, 7 and 8.
- the top and bottom crossbeams 22 of the control cabinet run parallel to the upper and lower edges of the door leaves 1, 2.
- the receptacles 8 are arranged on the ceiling cross member 9 and / or floor cross member 22.
- the receptacles are each attached to the lower side of the upper cross member 9 and the upper side of the lower cross member 22.
- recordings are arranged both below and above when the locking device 11 moves two push rods 12, 12 ' up and down.
- the receptacles are arranged on the cross members 9, 22 in such a way that the push rods 12, 12 'engage the receptacles 9 in the locked state.
- the receptacle consists of a rectangular entry channel 23 which is open at least on the side on which the push rod 12, 12 ' enters.
- the side legs 24, 25 are spaced somewhat further apart from one another than the U-legs 5, 6, so that on the one hand the production is simplified since the parts do not have to be manufactured to exact dimensions. At the same time, the side legs 24, 25 can take on an additional sealing function.
- the rectangular-shaped receptacle 8 also has a projection 26 on the elongated side wall on the edge facing the cross member 9, 22 which extends at a 90 ° angle from the rectangular entry channel 23. In the assembled state, this projection 26 rests on the floor cross member 22, and can be connected there to the floor cross member 22 provided with rows of holes by means of a passage opening 27 provided in the projection 26. In this way, the position of the recording can be determined flexibly.
- the area 27 of the push rod 12 ', which enters the receptacle is tapered.
- the space requirement of the wall of the receptacle 8 is taken into account.
- the insertion of the push rod 12 'into the receptacle 8 is facilitated.
- the tapered area 27 is additionally provided at its lower end with a wheel element 28, which consists of two wheels arranged on both sides of the push rod.
- This wheel element 28 additionally facilitates the entry of the push rod 2 'into the receptacle.
- this wheel element 28 represents a certain resistance when inserting or executing and thus thus secures the locking.
- the control cabinet according to the invention is consequently distinguished in particular by the fact that the complete locking system is located outside the interior of the control cabinet, i.e. outside the horizontal frame profiles, so that there is no impairment of the interior.
- the locking device is completely shielded from the interior of the control cabinet by the U-shaped channel formed by the second door leaf 2.
