Claims (10)
- Druckmittelzylinder, insbesondere für ein Streckwerk einer Textilmaschine, mit einem innerhalb eines Zylindergehäuses (1) axial bewegbar angeordneten druckmittelbeaufschlagbaren Kolben (2), von dem eine Kolbenstange (3) ausgeht, die zumindest einen, das Zylindergehäuse (1) endseitig begrenzenden Zylinderdeckel durchdringt, wobei verschiebbar auf der Kolbenstange (3, 10) und koaxial zum Kolben (2) reibungsbehaftet eine Schaltscheibe (12) angebracht ist, die mit einem Schalter (13) zur Feststellung der Position des Kolbens (2) zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltscheibe (12) seitens einer Druckkammer (8) derart zwischen Kolben (2) und Zylinderboden (6) angeordnet ist, dass die Schaltscheibe (12) infolge eines die Reibungshaftung überwindenden Druckimpulses beim ersten Belüften der Druckkammer (8) in die kolbennahe Ausgangsposition gelangt. - Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser der Schaltscheibe (12) soviel kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Zylindergehäuses (1) bemessen ist, dass die Schaltscheibe (12) eine maximale Wirkfläche für den Druckimpuls darstellt. - Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltscheibe (12) an einem in Richtung der Druckkammer (8) ragenden koaxialen Fortsatz (10) der Kolbenstange (3) angebracht ist. - Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltscheibe (12) mit einem innenradialen hülsenförmigen Ansatz (14) zur Führung entlang der Kolbenstange (3) ausgestattet ist. - Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibungshaftung der Schaltscheibe (12) an der Kolbenstange (3) über einen Elastomerring (15) erfolgt, der in einer korrespondierende Nut seitens der Schaltscheibe (12) gehalten ist. - Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Zylindergehäuse (1) ein nach radialinnen gerichteter Absatzring (16) angeformt ist, der einerseits als Endanschlag für den Kolben (2) und andererseits als kolbennaher Endanschlag der Schaltscheibe (12) dient. - Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltscheibe (12) zumindest teilweise permanentmagnetisch ist, um mit einem Induktivsensor als Schalter (13) zur Feststellung der Position des Kolbens (2) zusammenzuwirken. - Druckmittelzylinder nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser nach Art eines einfachwirkenden Pneumatikzylinders ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die Schaltscheibe (12) in der einzigen Druckkammer (8) befindet, die auf der der Öffnung der Kolbenstange (3) aus dem Zylindergehäuse (1) abgewandten Seite des Kolbens (2) liegt. - Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange (3) aus einer bodenseitigen Öffnung (4) des topfförmig geformten Zylindergehäuses (1) austritt, wobei das topfförmige Zylindergehäuse (1) zur anderen Seite mit einem separaten Zylinderboden (6) verschlossen ist. - Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Zylinderboden (6) sowohl ein Druckmittelanschluss (7) zur Beaufschlagung der Druckkammer (8) als auch eine zum Fortsatz (10) der Kolbenstange (3) korrespondierende Führungsausnehmung (9) vorgesehen ist.
