Claims (8)

  1. Système d'injection de carburant pour moteur à combustion interne, comprenant au moins un répartiteur de carburant (11), au moins un injecteur de carburant (1) et au moins un logement de soupape (16) présentant une ouverture longitudinale intérieure (17) et faisant partie du répartiteur de carburant (11), le logement de soupape (16) dans lequel un injecteur de carburant (1) peut être introduit, se terminant par une extrémité (18) libre éloignée d'un canal d'alimentation en carburant (13) du répartiteur de carburant (11), alors qu'au moins un élément d'arrêt (20) permettant une fixation imperdable de l'injecteur de carburant (1) à l'intérieur du logement de soupape (16) est formé ou moulé d'une seule pièce avec cette extrémité (18) du logement de soupape (16),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le logement de soupape (16) présente un pourtour différent d'une forme cylindrique et/ou possède une ouverture longitudinale intérieure (17) servant au logement d'un injecteur de carburant (1) qui présente un pourtour différent d'une forme cylindrique, la section transversale du logement de soupape (16) et/ou de l'ouverture longitudinale intérieure (17) ayant un pourtour en forme de cercle tronqué avec au moins une zone aplatie.
  2. Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on prévoit comme élément d'arrêt au moins un ergot (20) orienté radialement vers l'intérieur.
  3. Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    trois ergots (20) espacés les uns des autres sont formés sur le logement de soupape (16).
  4. Système d'injection de carburant selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque injecteur de carburant (1) est connecté au moyen de lignes électriques à une rampe de contact (41) permettant la mise en contact électrique des injecteurs de carburant (1), la rampe de contact (41) étant fixée au répartiteur de carburant (11) et se terminant par un connecteur central.
  5. Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le logement de soupape (16) présente un évidement latéral (40) à travers lequel sont introduits des fils électriques (44) permettant la mise en contact électrique de l'injecteur de carburant (1).
  6. Système d'injection de carburant selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'étanchéification du logement de soupape (16) vis-à-vis d'une conduite d'admission (3) ou d'un autre module de culasse s'effectue au moyen d'un joint axial (28, 37) et/ou d'un joint radial (33).
  7. Système d'injection de carburant selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'étanchéification de l'injecteur de carburant (1) vis-à-vis de la rampe distributrice de carburant (11) s'effectue au moyen d'un élément d'étanchéité (22) axial disposé entre un épaulement (25) de la rampe distributrice de carburant (11) et l'extrémité amont de l'injecteur de carburant (1).
  8. Système d'injection de carburant selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    plus de 50 % de la longueur totale de l'injecteur de carburant (1) se trouve à l'intérieur de l'ouverture longitudinale (17) du logement de soupape (16) après l'introduction et la fixation de l'injecteur de carburant (1) dans le logement de soupape (16).
