Description
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verschlusskappe, insbesondere Getränkeflaschenschraubverschlusskappe, aus Kunststoff, mit zumindest einem an ihrer Kappenoberseite auf die Oberfläche aufgetragenen Lacküberzug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lacküberzug aus einem mittels Laser abtragbaren Lack besteht und der Lacküberzug ein von einem Laser bearbeitetes Dekor bildet, indem der Lacküberzug von einem Laser bearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Kappenoberseite mehrere Lacküberzüge übereinander und/oder nebeneinander aufgetragen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei übereinander aufgetragenen Lackschichten zwischen diesen eine Trennschicht vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine oder mehreren Lackschichten und/oder die eine oder mehreren Trennschichten ihr eigene Abtragungsparameter aufweist bzw aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackschicht und/oder eine Trennschicht eine definierte Dicke aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackschicht und/oder eine Trennschicht durch einen Lackiervorgang, durch Aufdrucken, durch Aufsprühen oder durch Aufkleben aufgebracht ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackschicht farbig ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aus einem oder mehreren unterschiedlichen oder unterschiedlich eingefärbten Kunststoffen hergestellt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels eines Lasers ein Teil des Lackes so weit und derart abgetragen wird, dass der unter der Lackschicht liegende Werkstoff sichtbar wird und ein Dekor entsteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Lackschichten übereinander und/oder nebeneinander auf die Oberseite der Verschlusskappe aufgetragen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels des Lasers die oberste Lackschicht bis zu einer darunter liegenden Lackschicht oder bis zum Kunststoff des Werkstücks abgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtragen punktförmig oder linienförmig oder flächig durchgeführt wird.
