Abstract
Description
Tritt ein Schadensfall an Spannvorrichtungen, und zwar insbesondere an den exponierten Steckanschlüssen auf, so muß die ganze, den Steckanschluß aufweisende Kassette ausgetauscht werden, was bedeutet, daß die relativ teuren Endstellungsabfrageelemente, egal ob Sensoren, Mikroschalter od.dgl., einer Verschrottung mit anheimfallen. Außerdem müssen in der neuen Austauschkassette gegf. die Abfrageelemente wieder entsprechend eingestellt und es muß das Anschlußkabel mit seinem Stecker wieder angeschlossen werden, was wiederum zu Beschädigungen führen kann, weil solche Spannvorrichtungen bspw. im Zuge von Fertigungsstraßen für die Fertigung von Karosserien in der Regel nur ungünstig zugänglich sind. Das Gleiche gilt auch dann, wenn ein ganzer, schadhaft gewordener Spanner ausgetauscht werden muß. Zu berücksichtigen ist dabei, daß solche Austauschvorgänge in der Regel mit einem Stop der Fertigungsvorgänge verbunden sind, das Wartungspersonal also gehalten ist, solche Austauschvorgänge in höchster Eile durchzuführen.

Der die Weglänge beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig.8 an der Stellwelle 92 im Kopfstück 1 der Spannvorrichtung kontinuierlich messende Sensor ist mit 93 bezeichnet, der mit einer Leitung 94 mit der Kassette 11 in Verbindung steht.
Claims (10)
- Spannvorrichtung, insbesondere Kniehebelspannvorrichtung, bestehend aus einer in einem Spannerkopfstück (1) angeordneten Stellmechanik (2) mit einem durch einen Antrieb (3) linear verstellbaren, mit Stellungsgeber (4)' versehenen und längenveränderlich einstellbaren Stellglied (5), das mit einem Spannarm (6) in Verbindung steht, wobei im Stellweg des Stellungsgebers (4) mindestens ein Sensor (7) zur Erfassung mindestens einer Endstellung des Spannarmes (6) angeordnet und mit Elementen (8) zur Weitergabe des mindestens einen Endstellungssignales ausgestattet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Sensor (7) und die Elemente (8) zur Weitergabe des mindestens einen Endstellungssignales am bzw. im Kopfstück (1) als separate Ein- und Anbauteile angeordnet, mit je einer Schnittstellenhälfte (9,9') versehen und dabei im Kopfstück (1) derart einander zugeordnet sind, daß die Schnittstellenhälften (9,9') für eine kontaktlose Übertragung des mindestens einen Endstellungssignales in Wirkverbindung stehen, wobei die Elemente (8) zur Weitergabe des mindestens einen Endstellungssignales mit einem Steckeranschlußteil (10) am Kopfstück (1) zugriffszugänglich angeordnet und an diesem lösbar befestigt sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Sensor (7) und ein weiterer Sensor (7') in linear distanzierter, stationärer Zuordnung in Form einer Kassette (11) längs des Weges des Stellungsgebers im Inneren des Kopfstückes (1) angeordnet sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfstück (1) aus zwei Hälften (1',1") gebildet und die Kassette (11) in einer der Hälften angeordnet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittstellenhälften (9,9') in Form induktiver Strom- und Signalübertrager ausgebildet sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittstellenhälften (9,9') unter Zwischenschaltung eines induktiven Übertragungselementes (12) in Wirkverbindung stehend einander zugeordnet sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das induktive Übertragungselement (12) die Wand (1') des Kopfstückes (1) durchgreift und mit seinen aus der Wand (1') herausragenden Enden in die jeweilige Schnittstellenhälfte (9,9') kontaktlos eingreift. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittstellenhälften (9,9') in lappenartigen Fortsätzen (13,13') der Kassette (11) und des Steckeranschlußteiles (10) angeordnet sind, wobei der Fortsatz (13) des Steckeranschlußteiles (10) am Kopfstück (1) fluchtend zum Fortsatz (13') der Kassette (11) in das Kopfstück einschliebbar ausgebildet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steckeranschlußteil (10) mit einem außen am Kopfstück (1) befestigbaren Haltefortsatz (14) versehen ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 mit einem eine höhere Energieübertragung verlangenden Sensor (7') für die kontinuierliche Wegemessung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittstellenhälften (9,9') als Stecker (90) und Steckeraufnahme (90') ausgebildet sind, wobei die Einsteckkontakte (91) des Steckers (90) für eine leichte Kontakttrennung bzgl. ihrer Einstecklänge (L) kurz mit einer Länge von 3 bis 5 mm bemessen sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker (90) und die Steckeraufnahme (90') außerhalb der Stromführungen mit deren Zusammenhalt zusätzlich unterstützenden, aber leicht lösbaren Verrastungselementen versehen sind.
