Claims (10)
- Curseur variateur de tension monobloc pour un ensemble tri-lattes de sommier qui est constitué de deux lattes parallèles (3a, 3b) dans le plan de dépose du matelas et d'une latte inférieure (4) disposée sensiblement dans le plan vertical médian des deux lattes supérieures, lesdites lattes étant soutenues à leurs extrémités par des moyens de fixation sur les longerons du cadre du sommier, ledit curseur comportant un dispositif de suspension (5) destiné à prendre appui sur la latte inférieure, et des moyens (6) de fixation dudit dispositif sur les lattes supérieures.
caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (8) de fixation comportent une bande (9) destinée à être disposée transversalement au-dessus desdites lattes supérieures (3a, 3b), cette bande comportant à chacune de ses extrémités un arceau (10a, 10b) destiné à coopérer avec un bord extérieur desdites deux lattes supérieures (3a, 3b), l'un de ces arceaux (10a) étant relié au dispositif de suspension par une paroi de jonction (11). - Curseur variateur de tension selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre des moyens pour bloquer le dispositif de suspension sur la latte inférieure (4).
- Curseur variateur de tension selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens pour bloquer le dispositif de suspension sur la latte inférieure comportent un troisième arceau (12) coopérant avec un bord latéral de la latte inférieure (4).
- Curseur variateur de tension selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le troisième arceau (12) est disposé du côté opposé à la paroi de jonction (11).
- Curseur variateur de tension selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre des moyens pour immobiliser le dispositif de suspension sous les lattes supérieures (3a, 3b).
- Curseur variateur de tension selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens pour immobiliser le dispositif de suspension sous les lattes supérieures comportant une languette (16) solidaire du dispositif de suspension (5) et qui s'étend de manière sensiblement symétrique à la paroi de jonction (11) par rapport au plan vertical médian des deux lattes supérieures, ladite languette (16) étant destinée à prendre appui sous une latte supérieure (3a).
- Curseur variateur de tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (9) comporte en outre deux oreilles (13a, 13 b), qui s'étendent vers le bas à partir de ses bords, destinées à loger dans l'espace (d) séparant les deux lattes supérieures (3a, 3b).
- Curseur variateur de tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (9) comporte sur sa face inférieure un pion (15) vertical destiné à loger au moins en partie dans un orifice (14) ménagé dans la paroi supérieure du dispositif de suspension (5).
- Curseur variateur de tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de suspension se présente sous la forme d'un manchon (6).
- Curseur variateur de tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé en un matériau du type élastomère ou thermoplastique.
