Claims (1)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Metallband, insbesondere von warmgewalztem Stahlband aus stranggegossenem Vorband in Walzlinien von Vorstraßen (2) und Fertigstraßen (3), wobei der Gießstrang in der Vorstraße (2), die unmittelbar an einen Auslaufrollgang der Stranggießanlage (1) angeschlossen ist, zu Vorband gewalzt und anschließend in einer Aufwickel-Coilbox (4) gewickelt wird und Wärmeverluste des Coils gegenüber der Fertigwalz-Anstichtempe-ratur in einem Ausgleichsofen ausgeglichen werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in der Aufwickel-Coilbox (4) gewickelte Vorband auf eine Temperatur von knapp über 1100 °C aufgeheizt wird, wobei das in der Aufwickel-Coilbox (4) gewickelte Vorband aus dem Coil- Durchlauf-Ofen (7) auf dem Coil-Transportweg (5) automatisch oder mit Fahrzeugen zu einer räumlich getrennten Fertigstraße (3) in eine Coil-Aufgabe (6) transportiert wird.
