Claims (19)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (10) mit einem Gehäuse (12), das wenigstens eine Aufnahme (14) für einen elektrischen Kontakt aufweist, einer Zweitverriegelungseinheit (18), die bezüglich des Gehäuses (12) aus einer Vormontageposition, in der der elektrische Kontakt in die Aufnahme (14) einsetzbar ist, in eine Endposition bewegbar ist, in der der Kontakt in der Aufnahme (14) durch die Zweitverriegelung gesichert ist, und einer schieberartigen Kopplungseinheit (20) zur Unterstützung der Kopplung des elektrischen Steckverbinders (10) mit einem elektrischen Gegensteckverbinder,
gekennzeichnet durch
zwischen dem Gehäuse (12) und der schieberartigen Kopplungseinheit (20) wirkende Sperrmittel (22), durch die die schieberartige Kopplungseinheit (20) zumindest solange an einer kopplungsunterstützenden Bewegung relativ zum Gehäuse (12) gehindert ist, wie die Zweitverriegelungseinheit (18) ihre Vormontageposition einnimmt. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrmittel (22) zur Freigabe der schieberartigen Kopplungseinheit (20) erst deaktivierbar sind, sobald die Zweitverriegelungseinheit (18) in den Bereich ihrer Endposition gelangt. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrmittel (22) auch während der Überführung der Zweitverriegelungseinheit (18) von der Vormontageposition bis in den Bereich der Endposition aktiviert bleiben. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrmittel (22) mit dem Bewegen der Zweitverriegelungseinheit (18) in die Endposition deaktivierbar sind. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrmittel (22) wenigstens ein federnd in eine Sperrposition belastetes, insbesondere hakenartiges Sperrelement (24) umfassen. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Sperrelement (24) ein Federelement (26) zugeordnet ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (24) durch ein Formteil gebildet ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (24) und gegebenenfalls das Federelement (26) dem Gehäuse (12) zugeordnet sind. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dem Gehäuse (12) zugeordnete Sperrelement (24) in seiner Sperrposition mit einem der schieberartigen Kopplungseinheit (20) zugeordneten Anschlag (28) zusammen wirkt. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das federnd in eine Sperrposition belastete Sperrelement (24) mit dem Bewegen der Zweitverriegelungseinheit (18) in die Endposition entgegen der Federkraft aus seiner Sperrposition in eine inaktive Position bewegbar ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das federnd in eine Sperrposition belastete Sperrelement (24) über einen Deaktivierungsnocken (30) aus seiner Sperrposition in eine inaktive Position bewegbar ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deaktivierungsnocken (30) der Zweitverriegelungseinheit (18) zugeordnet ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schieberartige Kopplungseinheit (20) durch die aktivierten Sperrmittel (22) in einer geöffneten Position gehalten ist, in der der Gegensteckverbinder aufgenommen werden kann. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schieberartige Kopplungseinheit (20) nach einer Deaktivierung der Sperrmittel (22) in eine geschlossene Position bewegbar ist, in der die Steckverbinder miteinander gekoppelt sind. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schieberartige Kopplungseinheit (20) Seitenwände (32) umfasst, die mit Kurvenschlitzen (34) zur Aufnahme von dem Gegensteckverbinder zugeordneten Zapfen versehen sind. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zweityerriegelungseinheit (18) zumindest teilweise innerhalb des Gehäuses (12) angeordnet ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zweitverriegelungseinheit (18) in Steckrichtung (S) der Steckverbindung relativ zum Gehäuses (12) bewegbar ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schieberartige Kopplungseinheit (20) zumindest teilweise in das Gehäuse (12) einschiebbar ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schieberartige Kopplungseinheit (20) quer zur Steckrichtung (S) der Steckverbindung in das Gehäuse (12) einschiebbar ist.
