Claims (4)
- Kondensor für Kraftwagen, umfassend wenigstens einen Verteiler (12), einen Wärmeaustauschkern (14) mit einer Vielzahl von Rohrleitungen (16), die in Fluidverbindung mit dem Verteiler (12) stehen, und wenigstens einen Anschlussteil zum Einlass oder Auslass des Wärmeaustauschfluids, der mit dem Verteiler (12) in Verbindung steht, wobei der Anschlussteil zum Anschließen an eine Rohrleitung zum Einlass oder Auslass des Fluids ausgelegt ist, der Verteiler (12) einen integrierten Sitz (28) umfasst, der durch plastische Verformung eines Wandabschnitts des Verteilers geformt ist, der ein Loch (32) mit einer Wand ausbildet, die einen fluiddichten Kontakt mit einem Endabschnitt (30) der Rohrleitung zum Einlass oder Auslass des Fluids herstellt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Verteiler (12) einen tankförmigen Körper (20) mit weitgehend U-förmigem Querschnitt umfasst, der mit einem Rand versehen ist, der eine flache Auflagefläche bildet, jeder Verteiler (12) eine Verschlussplatte (24) umfasst, die entlang der flachen Auflagefläche an dem tankförmigen Körper (20) befestigt ist, der integrierte Sitz (28) in der Verschlussplatte (24) geformt ist und eine zylindrische Wand (32) aufweist, die mit fluiddichter Verbindung zur Aufnahme eines Endabschnitts (30) einer Rohrleitung zum Einlass oder Auslass von Wärmeaustauschfluid ausgelegt ist, wobei die Verschlussplatte (24) mit einem integrierten Flansch (38) versehen ist, der zum Außenrand (22) des tankförmigen Körpers (20) hin vorspringt und mit einer Gewindebohrung (40) versehen ist, wobei der Endabschnitt (30) der Rohrleitung zum Einlass oder Auslass des Fluids an den Verteiler (12) mittels eines Befestigungselementes (42) angeschlossen ist, das ein Paar parallele Löcher (44, 46) aufweist, wobei in ein erstes Loch (44) die Rohrleitung zum Ein-/Auslass des Fluids eingreift und in das zweite Loch (46) eine Befestigungsschraube (48) eingreift, die in die Gewindebohrung (40) des Flansches (38) eingreift. - Kondensor gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt (30) der Rohrleitung zum Einlass oder Auslass des Fluids wenigstens ein Ringdichtungselement (34) trägt, das einen tangentialen Dichtungskontakt mit der zylindrischen Wand (32) des integrierten Sitzes (28) herstellt.
- Kondensor gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt (30) der Rohrleitung zum Einlass oder Auslass des Fluids zwei ringförmige Rippen umfasst, die in einem axialen Abstand voneinander weg angeordnet sind und zwischen denen wenigstens ein Dichtungselement (34) untergebracht ist.
- Kondensor gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der tankförmige Körper (20) ein Paar integrierte Abschluss-Stirnwände (26) aufweist.
