Definitions
- the invention relates to a Kurbelgephase- and ventilation for a reciprocating internal combustion engine.
- crankcase breather for a reciprocating internal combustion engine with an oil separator, which is connected to an intake system of the reciprocating internal combustion engine via a vent line, which has a throttle and opens downstream of a throttle valve into a suction line.
- a crankcase ventilation line branches off the intake manifold upstream of the throttle body.
- a first, in the direction of the suction line closing check valve is provided in the ventilation line.
- the oil separator is a centrifugal oil separator and the throttle in the vent line is a dynamic restrictor.
- blow-by gas gas is forced out of the combustion chambers into the crankcase through the gap between piston rings and the cylinder walls, which is referred to as blow-by gas.
- This gas increases the pressure in the crankcase and must therefore be dissipated.
- the blow-by gas is fed via a vent line in the intake manifold of the internal combustion engine to avoid emissions of pollutants from the crankcase.
- special pressure control devices such as a dynamic throttle, trying to keep the pressure in the crankcase in a technically optimal range. Too low pressure in the crankcase must be avoided to prevent foreign substances from the outside get into the crankcase via leaks. Conversely, too high a pressure in the crankcase must be avoided so that no oil or gas escapes from the crankcase uncontrollably through leaks.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a Kurbelgekorusebe- and ventilation of the type mentioned above, which avoids the disadvantage presented and in particular ensures that both too low and too high pressure in the crankcase is reliably avoided.
- the invention solves this problem by providing a Kurbelgephase- and ventilation with the features of claim 1 or 2.
- the arranged downstream of the oil separator vent line according to claim 1 to a pressure control valve, from which the blow-by gas in idle or Partial load operation via a branching of the pressure control valve first vent line and a throttle in a downstream throttle section of the suction line is feasible the degree of opening of the pressure control valve is controlled or regulated by a throttle which branches off into one of the Ansaug effetsab songsab songs and in a Line section between the pressure valve and suction line section leading line is housed.
- the vent line arranged downstream of the oil separator leads according to claim 2 to a pressure regulating valve.
- the blow-by gas can be guided via a first vent line branching from the pressure control valve into a line section of the intake line located downstream of the throttle flap, wherein the opening degree of the pressure control valve is controlled by an electrical control, which is in communication with the pressure control valve, is controlled or regulated.
- a first, in the direction of the pressure regulating valve closing check valve is provided between a branching from the pressure control valve and leading into a suction line section second vent line, which is closed in idle or part load operation.
- the blow-by gas can be introduced into the line section of the intake line located upstream of the throttle valve in the full-load operation with the check valve open, essentially via the second vent line branching off from the pressure valve.
- a part of the blow-by gas can also be introduced into the intake line via the first vent line branching off from the pressure control valve during full-load operation.
- a ventilation line for ventilation of the crankcase is provided, which branches off from the located between the throttle valve and air mass meter portion of the intake pipe, and which accommodated via a located in the ventilation duct Throttle leads to the two cylinder heads or cylinder head covers.
- a targeted negative pressure in the crankcase and cylinder head is generated in an advantageous manner by targeted gas guidance using valves (here: pressure control valve), throttles and check valves.
- valves here: pressure control valve
- throttles and check valves advantageously prevents a piston ring flutter
- the shaft seals are secured against oil leakage.
- KGH ventilation guidance from the cylinder head to the crankcase
- Due to the prevailing differential pressure between KGH and cylinder head can be additionally supported by a targeted ventilation suction or drainage of the oil from the cylinder head into the oil pan and the lower part of KGH. In oblique mounting positions of the engine and in mountain, valley or cornering, for example, in off-road vehicles, a targeted oil drainage is guaranteed.
- a reciprocating internal combustion engine has in the exemplary embodiment 1, two rows of cylinders arranged in a V-shape with the cylinder head cover 2. 3 shown on the left-hand side and on the left-hand side.
- An intake system of a reciprocating internal combustion engine comprises essentially an air filter 5, an intake manifold 6 with the Ansaug effetsabismeen 10,12, an air mass meter 7, a throttle valve 11 and a suction pipe with crankcase 13, which lies between the rows of cylinders and not shown from the intake manifold to the lead individual cylinders.
- the resulting in the crankcase 13 blow-by gas is extracted via a channel not shown directly at the point of origin 13. This process is shown in more detail in FIG.
- the blow-by gas is supplied via a channel 19 to an oil separator 20, preferably designed as Zentrifugalölabscheider, in which the oil / air mixture is separated. After cleaning and oil separation reaches the crankcase or blow-by gas via a vent line 18 and via a pressure regulating valve 17 provided in the suction line 6.
- the pressure control valve 17 may for example be designed pneumatically to control the pressure in the crankcase can.
- the blow-by gas is introduced into the intake passage section 12 substantially by means of the vent line 21 via a downstream static throttle 15 downstream of the throttle valve 11.
- the throttle 15 is dimensioned so that it limits the amount of venting gas in the partial load operation in the negative pressure in the crankcase 13 and in the intake manifold 1.
- the vent line 21 thus essentially serves for crankcase ventilation in partial load operation.
- a throttle 9 located downstream of the suction line section 10 regulates the opening degree of the pressure regulating valve 17 via a line 14.
- the two throttles 9, 15 are preferably designed as static throttles.
- a vent line 16 which opens upstream of the throttle valve 11 in the intake line section 10, there is a pressure control valve 17 downstream check valve 8.
- the check valve 8 In partial load operation of the reciprocating internal combustion engine, the check valve 8 is closed due to the pressure conditions. In full load operation prevails in the line section 10 of the intake manifold 6 upstream of the throttle valve 11 approximately the same pressure level as in the line section 12 downstream of the throttle valve 11. In full load operation opens the check valve 8 due to the higher negative pressure in the crankcase and the pressure drop across the static throttle 15. This is the vent line 16 especially effective at full load.
- a ventilation line 23 branches off upstream of the throttle flap 11 and downstream of the air mass meter 7 from the portion 10 of the intake manifold 6 and flows through a second throttle 22, which is preferably designed as a static throttle, and from this further into the two cylinder heads or cylinder head covers 2, 3.
- a second throttle 22 which is preferably designed as a static throttle, and from this further into the two cylinder heads or cylinder head covers 2, 3.
- This valve 24 prevents accidental suction of the blow-by gas from the cylinder head.
- the pressure in the crankcase can be controlled via the correspondingly dimensioned closing and opening pressure of this check valve 24.
- the targeted fresh air guidance during ventilation from the cylinder head to the crankcase reduces the contact of the oil with hot blow-by gas and thus positively influences the aging behavior of the oil.
- the usual in the prior art extraction from the crankcase to the cylinder head in which the blow-by gases are passed over the oil.
- Fig. 2 shows a variant of the Kurbelgekorusebe- and ventilation of Fig. 1, wherein for clarity, the same reference numerals are used for functionally identical or equivalent components and insofar reference can be made to the above description of FIG.
- the vent line located downstream of the oil separator 18 leads here to a pressure control valve 17.
- the blow-by gas via a branching off from the pressure control valve 17 first vent line 21 in a downstream of the throttle valve 11 lying pipe section 12 of the intake 6 is feasible.
- the blow-by gas is essentially via the branching off from the pressure valve 17 second vent line 16 in the upstream of the throttle valve portion 17 located 10 of the intake 6 can be introduced, with a part of the blow-by gas over the first vent line 21 branching off from the pressure control valve 17 can be introduced into the intake line 6.
- the degree of opening of the pressure regulating valve 17 can be controlled or regulated by an electrical control 25, which is connected to the pressure regulating valve 17.
- the pressure control valve 17 itself can be designed, for example, pneumatically, hydraulically, mechanically (eg rotationally-axially changing system) or electrically (eg, lifting magnet) in order to be able to regulate the pressure in the crankcase.
- the Kurbelgefeld- and ventilation of Fig. 2 differs from that of Fig. 1 in that can be dispensed with by the electrical control 25 of the pressure control valve 17 to the throttle 15 in the vent line 21 and the vent line 14 with the throttle 9.
- Fig. 3 the internal engine exhaust of the blow-by gas is shown.
- the resulting blow-by gas is sucked in the crankcase via the suction passage 30.
- the channel 30 may have a connection to each cylinder chamber of the internal combustion engine.
- the suction channel 30 is exemplified by a balance shaft bore with a specially designed tube, as shown schematically in Fig. 3.
- the suction channel 30th is for example parallel to the crankshaft, but it can also be arranged differently.
- the suction channel 30 opens via a connection 31 shown in a schematic manner in a section 32 of the suction channel, which made a connection from the crankcase to the cylinder heads.
- a siphon and / or oil separator may be arranged between the suction channel 30 and the section 32.
- the section 32 opens into the oil separator 20 (centrifuge).
- the oil separator separates the oil / air mixture or the blow-by gas / oil mixture into its constituents and leads the oil via the oil return passage 33 in the lower part of the crankcase or in the oil pan 34. The separate from the oil blow-by gas is sucked through the vent line 18.
- the oil can be additionally sucked or discharged by the prevailing negative pressure in the crankcase via the return line 35 in the lower part of the crankcase 13 and in the oil pan 34.
- the return line 35 may also be integrated in the crankcase and / or in at least one cylinder head.
- the suction channel 32 and the oil return channel 33 are sealed off from the remaining valve drive. This means that both channels 32, 33 have no connection to the cylinder head.
- FIG. 4 shows by way of example an embodiment of a pressure-compensated pressure regulating valve, as can be used, for example, in the embodiment in FIG.
- the pressure regulating valve 17 essentially contains, in addition to the line connections for the lines 14, 16 (not shown), 21 and 18, a membrane 36, a spring 37 and a sealing seat 38.

Description
Dabei zeigen:
