Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the part to which the cable is fixed is provided with a recess (41) of circular section with a diameter substantially equal to the length of the locking pin and leading to a channel (42) of rectangular section of a width substantially equal to that of the locking pin.
  7. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lock is of mechanical or electric type.
