Definitions

  • the invention relates to a soil compaction device with an upper part and with a lower part, in which a vibration generator is arranged. While the lower part of such soil compacting devices experiences the vibrations necessary for soil compaction due to the vibrator, the upper part of the guide serves the soil compacting device. For this purpose, the upper part should be extensively decoupled from the lower part vibrationally. For this purpose, corresponding buffers are provided laterally on the device, which act as shock absorbers. However, these lateral buffers, which are usually located in the region of the shaft with the eccentric weight of the vibrator, only cushion shocks of this vibrator, but not shocks on the lower part of lateral directions, as may occur, for example, when the compressor against an obstacle moves. In such cases, even damage to the lateral buffers may occur. In the most favorable case, the side impact strikes the upper part, as a result of which it is however affected and the guidance of the soil compactor above the ground is impaired.
  • the EP 0 345 137 A1 describes a mountable to an excavator arm compressor in which a total of four horizontally directed dampers are arranged between the middle part and two of this spanning U-shaped mounting bridges. In the case of impacts from below, these dampers are subjected to shear stress in the transverse direction, which must lead to their destruction in the shortest possible time. Even with loads in the direction of movement of the compressor, the dampers are subjected to unlimited shear.
  • a soil compacting device according to the preamble of claim 1 is made US Pat. No. 6,394,697 B1 known.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a soil compacting device, in which a vibration decoupling between the upper and lower part, even with shocks against the lower part is guaranteed, the side buffers are relieved and the damping devices are as little as possible subjected to shear regardless of the loading direction.
  • the object is achieved with a soil compaction device having the features of claim 1.
  • the additional shock absorbers decouple the upper part not only from the existing vibrations due to the vibration of the lower part, but also in other shock loads of the lower part vibrationally from the lower part.
  • the at least one resilient arrangement sloping obliquely forward in the front region of the device and the at least one resilient arrangement in the rear region of the device obliquely sloping backwards so that they can absorb shocks of the lower part against the upper part in and against the direction of travel of the device ,
  • the lower part is exposed during movement of the device in particular shocks by obstacles in the direction of travel. This always happens when the device moves against an obstacle lying on the ground or against an edge of the compression area. Since the direction of the soil compaction device is generally reversible, such oblique resilient arrangements must be provided in the front and rear regions of the soil compaction device in order to be able to cushion impacts on the lower part in both directions of movement.
  • the resilient arrangements may each comprise at least one rail or plate attached to the upper and lower parts with a shock-absorbing support or storage formed.
  • the training as a rail with a resilient support for example made of rubber, is simple and inexpensive to manufacture. If the rails are fastened to the upper part, then the lower part can bounce against the resilient supports of the rails in the event of corresponding impacts, as a result of which the impact is damped.
  • the at least one resilient arrangement in the front and rear region of the device is designed such that it allows a limited relative movement of upper part and lower part transversely to the direction of movement of the device. This embodiment prevents shock transmission from the lower part to the upper part in lateral loads of the lower part.
  • the ground compaction device may be a hand-held device, a self-propelled device or else a cultivation compressor, which can be fastened by means of a quick-change device on the arm of an excavator or the like. It is advantageous if the amplitude and frequency of the vibrator of the soil compacting device are adjustable in order to adapt it to different ground conditions.
  • the soil compacting device according to the invention may also be either a plate compactor or a roller compactor.
  • the plate compressor 10 off Fig. 1 has a lower part 11 with a compressor plate 12 and a vibration generator 13 in the form of a shaft with an eccentrically mounted weight not shown here.
  • the plate compactor 10 has an upper part 14 which can be fastened via a quick-change device 15 to an arm of an excavator, not shown here, or the like. The plate compactor 10 is thus a cultivation compressor.
  • a first resilient arrangement 16 and in the rear region a mirror-image-like resilient arrangement 17 are arranged in the front region of the soil compaction device 10.
  • the assemblies 16 and 17 are thereby formed by attached to the upper part 14 rails 18 and 19, which are each provided with a resilient pad 20, 21, preferably made of rubber.
  • the rails 18 and 19 with the pads 20 and 21 are arranged obliquely, ie the rail 18 falls transversely to its longitudinal direction obliquely forward and the rail 19 obliquely backwards.
  • the two assemblies 16 and 17 are able to absorb shocks on the lower part 11, which occur in or against the direction of movement 22 of the compressor 10, so that these shocks are not on the upper part 14 and the associated quick-change device 15 and from there even transferred to the excavator arm.
