Claims (13)

  1. Radiateur (1), en particulier un radiateur design, avec un dispositif pour la fixation du radiateur à une surface de fixation, de préférence à un mur, dans lequel le dispositif de fixation (4) comporte plusieurs éléments de maintien (5), de préférence au nombre de quatre, aptes à être fixés à la surface de fixation, installés de façon pivotante sur le radiateur (1) dans au moins un plan (15, 16),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le radiateur (1) comporte un raccord (11) pour chacun des éléments de maintien (5), sur lequel ou dans lequel l'élément de maintien (5) est installé de façon pivotante et maintenu par enclenchement, de façon détachable ou non détachable.
  2. Radiateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun des éléments de maintien (5) installés de façon pivotante peut être pivoté dans la position de fixation appropriée, lors de la fixation du radiateur (1) à la surface de fixation.
  3. Radiateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (5) comprennent chacun une région d'enclenchement, sur laquelle est installé au moins un élément d'enclenchement saillant vers l'extérieur, permettant d'engager par l'arrière au moins un élément de ressort (14) prévu sur le radiateur (1).
  4. Radiateur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque région d'enclenchement est constitué d'une saillie (7) et chaque élément de maintien est constitué d'un col (8).
  5. Radiateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (5) comportent chacun au moins un élément de ressort apte à être engagé par l'arrière respectivement par au moins un élément d'enclenchement faisant saillie sur le radiateur (1).
  6. Radiateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (5) peuvent être pivotés respectivement dans deux plans (15, 16) disposés perpendiculairement l'un par rapport à l'autre, les mouvements de pivotement pouvant être superposés.
  7. Radiateur selon la revendication 3, en particulier en combinaison avec la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les raccords (11) comportent respectivement une ouverture (13) dans leur côté avant libre, à travers laquelle l'élément d'enclenchement (8) peut être introduit, avec ou sans jeu radial, et la région d'enclenchement de chacun des éléments de maintien (5) peut être introduite, avec jeu radial, dans un espace creux (12) du raccord (11), sachant que l'au moins un élément de ressort (14), de préférence une rondelle-ressort fendue, apte à être enfoncé de façon élastique et par lequel l'élément d'enclenchement de cet élément de maintien (5) peut être maintenu par enclenchement à l'intérieur du raccord (11), est prévu dans ou derrière l'ouverture (13).
  8. Radiateur selon la revendication 4, en particulier en combinaison avec la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les raccords (11) comportent chacun une ouverture (13) dans leur côté avant libre, par laquelle le col (8) peut être introduit, avec ou sans jeu radial, et la saillie (7) de chacun des éléments de maintien (5) peut être introduite, avec jeu radial, dans un espace creux (12) du raccord (11), sachant que l'au moins un élément de ressort (14), de préférence une rondelle-ressort fendue, apte à être enfoncé de façon élastique et par lequel le col (8) de cet élément de maintien (5) peut être maintenu par enclenchement à l'intérieur du raccord (11), est prévu dans ou derrière l'ouverture (13).
  9. Radiateur selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les raccords (11) sont fixés, de préférence soudés, au radiateur (1), en particulier aux tubes de distribution (2) du radiateur (1).
  10. Radiateur selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, avec deux tubes de distribution (2), entre lesquels sont installés plusieurs tubes chauffants (3), caractérisé en ce que les raccords (11) sur les tubes de distribution (2) sont montés en un angle de préférence de 90° par rapport aux extrémités des tubes chauffants (3) débouchant sur les tubes de distribution (2).
  11. Radiateur selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les tubes chauffants (3) sont courbés, au moins dans une région centrale, dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal des tubes de distribution (2), dans lequel les éléments de maintien (5) sont installés de façon pivotante dans les raccords (11).
  12. Radiateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun des éléments de maintien (5) est fixé de façon détachable respectivement à une pièce réceptrice (10) susceptible d'être montée sur la surface de fixation ou sur le mur.
  13.
