Abstract

Bei einer Verkaufseinheit eines Nicht-Lebensmittel-Haushaltsartikels in Form eines als Spielzeug ausgeprägten, handhabbaren und brauchbaren Gegenstandes (3), der aus einem Verkaufs-Grundelement (1) mit Mantelfläche (4) und Verschlusskappe (6) sowie einem daran lösbar angebrachten, den Eindruck des Gesamtgegenstandes (3) als Spielzeug prägenden Dekorationselement (2) besteht, soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, die eine den Kaufanreiz bei der Warenpräsentation im Verkaufsregal unterstützende, ausreichende Erkennbarkeit des Verkaufs-Grundelementes gewährleistet. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass das Dekorationselement (2) die Mantelfläche (4) des Grundelementes (1) nur zum Teil längs eine Mantelumfangabschnitts umgreift, so dass das Grundelement (1) einen optisch wesentlichen Bestandteil des Gesamtgegenstandes (3) bildet.

Description

Verkaufseinheit aus Grundelement und Dekorationselement
Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Verkaufseinheit eines Νicht-Lebensmittel- Haushaltsartikels in Form eines als Spielzeug ausgeprägten, handhabbaren und brauchbaren Gegenstandes, der aus einem Verkaufs-Grundelement mit Mantelfläche und Verschlußkappe sowie einem daran lösbar angebrachten, den Eindruck des Gegenstandes als Spielzeug prägenden Dekorationselement besteht.
Im Bereich der Lebensmittel ist es bekannt, insbesondere Genußmittel wie Scho- kolade mit einer Saisonverpackung zu versehen. Das Verkaufs-Grundelement, in diesem Fall eine Schokoladentafel, wird beispielsweise mit einer Umverpackung in Form eines Osterhasen versehen. Bekannt ist es auch, Kunststoff-Spielzeuge mit einer Schokoladenfüllung zu verkaufen. Bei den sogenannten "Überraschungseiern" ist es bekannt, diese mit einer der Saison entsprechenden Teil- Verpackung zu versehen, beispielsweise mit einem aufgeklebten Dekorationselement in Form eines Hasenkopfes mit langen Hasenohren.
Im Bereich der Νicht-Lebensmittel-Haushaltsartikel sind Dekorationselemente in Form von Papier-Banderolen o. dgl. bekannt. Im Bereich der Schreibwaren ist es bekannt, Bleistifte am oberen Ende mit einem aufgesteckten spielzeugähnlichen Dekorationselement, beispielsweise einer Spielfigur, zu versehen. Die Spielfigur kann für sich vom Grundelement abgenommen und als Spielzeug benutzt werden.
Eine gattungsgemäße Verkaufseinheit ist aus der US 6,237,787 Bl bekannt. Dort wird ein flaschenförmiger Behälter vollkommen oder mit Ausnahme des Verschluß- und/oder Bodenbereiches von einem Dekorationselement umhüllt. Das Dekorationselement hat beispielsweise die Form und das Erscheinungsbild eines Bären. Bei diesem Stand der Technik überdeckt das Dekorationselement vollständig das Verkaufs-Grundelement, so daß dieses für den Benutzer oder Verbraucher nicht mehr sichtbar ist. Häufig ist es aber erwünscht, daß das Verkaufs-Grundelement für den Käufer oder Benutzer noch erkennbar ist, damit eine Produktidentifϊkation bzw. Produkterkennbarkeit gegeben ist.
Weiterhin ist aus der US 4,749,104 ein an der Wand befestigbarer Flüssigkeitsspender bekannt, der im Anschluß an seinen Gebrauch nach
Entleerung zu einem Spielzeug in Form einer Rakete umgebaut werden kann. Erst dann werden an dem Flüssigkeitsspender bzw. -behälter Tragflächen oder Flügel darstellende Bauelemente angebracht. Es liegt somit keine Verkaufseinheit vor, die zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufes aus einem Verkaufs-Grundelement mit daran angebrachten spielzeugähnlichen Dekorationselementen besteht.
Weiterhin offenbart die DE 8 612 862 Ul eine Zahnpastaspender, der aus zwei mittels eines Schraubgewindes relativ zueinander verdrehbaren Behälterteilen besteht, wobei das obere der beiden Behälterteile als dekorative Tierfigur ausgebildet ist. Das hierbei ein Dekorationselement bildende obere Behälterteil ist aber nicht von dem unteren Teil lösbar.
Des weiteren offenbaren die BE 54 28 39 und DE 7 537615 Ul wiederum Verkaufseinheiten, bei denen das Grundelement vollständig von dem Dekorationselement umhüllt ist.
Der Lehre liegt das Problem zugrunde, bei einer aus Verkaufs-Grundelement und daran lösbar angebrachtem Dekorationselement bestehenden Verkaufseinheit eine den Kaufanreiz bei der Warenpräsentation im Verkaufsregal unterstützende, ausreichende Erkennbarkeit des Verkaufs-Grundelementes zu gewährleisten.
Bei einer Verkaufseinheit der eingangs bezeichneten Art wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Dekorationselement die Mantelfläche des Grundelementes nur zum Teil längs eines Mantelumfangabschnittes umgreift, so daß das Grundelement einen optisch wesentlichen Bestandteil des Gesamtgegenstandes bildet.
Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß bei einer Präsentation der Verkaufseinheit im Verkaufsregal dem potentiellen Käufer das wesentliche Produkt - nämlich das Verkaufs-Grundelement mit dem darin befindlichen Inhalt - sofort, trotz des dekorativen Beiwerkes, ersichtlich und erkennbar ist. Etwa auf einen bestimmten Hersteller hinweisende, besondere Verpackungsformen des Verkaufs- Grundelementes gehen somit nicht verloren und können weiterhin verkaufsfördernd genutzt werden.
Wichtig ist aber auch, daß dabei und trotzdem die aus dem Grundelement und dem damit verbundenen Dekorationselement bestehende Verkaufseinheit insgesamt einen als solchen handhabbaren und brauchbaren Gesamtgegenstand, insbesondere insgesamt ein Spielzeug bildet. Wesentlich ist, daß die Verkaufseinheit als solche als Gesamtgegenstand, insbesondere also als Spielzeug, gehandhabt werden kann. Die beiden Teile der Verkaufseinheit, also das Grundelement und das Dekorationselement, haben somit dann, wenn sie zusammengefügt sind, einen Zweitnutzen, nämlich den des Gesamtgegenstandes, insbesondere den Nutzen als Spielzeug.
Interessant ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung überdies, daß auch ein Grundelement, dessen Inhalt verbraucht worden ist, wieder mit dem Dekorationselement zusammengefügt werden kann. Man kann so das verbrauchte Grundelement in Verbindung mit dem Dekorationselement weiter als Gesamtgegenstand in seiner Zweitfunktion, insbesondere als Spielzeug nutzen. Auch kann man einzeln, ohne Dekorationselemente nachgekaufte Grundelemente mit dem bereits vorhandenen Dekorationselement kombinieren
Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der zuvor erläuterten Lehre sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Besondere Bedeutung kommt einer Ausführung der erfindungsgemäßen Verkaufseinheit zu, bei der das Grundelement ein stabartiger Klebestift ist, das De- korationselement aus Kunststoffmaterial besteht und die Form eines Weltraumgleiters aufweist und von der Seite auf die Mantelfläche des Klebestifts aufgesteckt bzw. aufgeclipst ist.
Besondere Bedeutung kommt auch einer weiteren Variante der Verkaufseinheit zu, bei der das Grundelement ein stabartiger Klebestift ist, das Dekorationselement aus Kunststoffmaterial besteht und die Form eines Astronautenhelms, vorzugsweise mit Raketenrucksack, aufweist und bei der das Dekorationselement zweiteilig ausgeführt ist, wobei die Teile den stabartigen Klebestift von oben her zwischen sich aufnehmend zusammengefügt, insbesondere zusammengesteckt oder zusammengeclipst sind.
Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen werden im übrigen anhand der Erläuterung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher bestimmt. In der Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 ein Verkaufs-Grundelement einer erfindungsgemäßen Verkaufseinheit in einer Seitenansicht am Beispielfall eines stabartigen Klebestifts,

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Verkaufseinheit aus einem Verkaufs-Grundelement 1 und einem am Grundelement 1 lösbar angebrachten, vorzugsweise spiel- zeugähnlichen Dekorationselement 2, wobei das Grundelement 1 ein Nicht-Lebensmittel-Haushaltsartikel ist.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein solches Grundelement 1 am Beispiel eines stabartigen Klebestifts für das Kleben von Papier. Solche Stifte sind millionenfach verbreitet. Andere Grundelemente 1 können eingesetzt werden, Beispiele werden im weiteren Verlauf der Beschreibung erläutert werden.
Fig. 2 zeigt ein spielzeugähnliches Dekorationselement 2 und Fig. 3 macht deutlich, wie nun die Verkaufseinheit aus dem Grundelement 1 und dem damit ver- bundenen Dekorationselement 2 insgesamt einen als solchen handhabbaren und brauchbaren Gesamtgegenstand 3 bildet. Die Handhabbarkeit des Gesamtgegenstandes 3 ergibt sich ohne weiteres aus der Darstellung. Die Brauchbarkeit des Gesamtgegenstandes 3 liegt im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel darin, daß dieser ein Spielzeug, im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ein Weltraumfahrzeug bildet. Ein Kind kann mit einem solchen Spielzeug insgesamt spielen.
Zum Stand der Technik ist im allgemeinen Teil der Beschreibung bereits erläutert worden, daß dort Verkaufseinheiten aus Grundelement 1 und Dekorationselement 2 bekannt sind, bei denen das Dekorationselement 2 praktisch die komplette Verpackung für das Grundelement 1 bildet.
Interessant für die dargestellte Verkaufseinheit ist hierbei, daß das Dekorationselement 2 1 die Mantelfläche 4 des Grundelementes 1 nur zum Teil längs eines Mantelumfangabschnittes umschließt bzw. umgreift, so daß das Grundelement 1 einen optisch wesentlichen Bestandteil des Gesamtgegenstandes 3 bildet. Das Grundelement 1, also der Nicht-Lebensmittel-Haushaltsartikel, ist somit Gestaltungs- und Konstruktionselement des Gesamtgegenstandes 3, hier in der Form des Spielzeugs.
Wie das dargestellte und besonders bevorzugte Ausfuhrungsbeispiel zeigt, realisiert sich die erfindungsgemäße Verkaufseinheit besonders vorteilhaft mit einem stabartigen Grundelement 1, das vorzugsweise eine kreiszylindrische Grundform hat. Der hier dargestellte Klebestift stellt ein solches, besonders passendes Grundelement 1 dar. Das dargestellte und bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt das Grundelement 1 in der besonders bevorzugten Ausführung als Klebestift mit Mantelfläche 4, Schraubabschnitt 5 am unteren Ende und Verschlußkappe 6 am oberen Ende.
Im Stand der Technik sind auch im Nicht-Lebensmittel-Bereich Dekorationselemente 2 als Papier-Hülsen oder Papier-Schleifen etc. bekannt. Die Brauchbarkeit des Gesamtgegenstandes 3, insbesondere die Brauchbarkeit als Spielzeug wird stark dadurch gefördert, daß bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Gegenstand das Dekorationselement 2 aus Kunststoffmaterial besteht. Das schafft eine hohe Attraktivität und einen hohen Spielwert für den Gesamtgegenstand 3.
Das in den Figuren 1 bis 6 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt, daß das Deko- rationselement 2 auf das Grundelement 1, vorzugsweise auf dessen Mantelfläche, aufgesteckt oder aufgeclipst ist. Fig. 6 läßt dabei besonders gut erkennen, daß das
Dekorationselement 2 das kreiszylindrische Grundelement 1 quer zur Auf- Steckrichtung um mehr als 180° umfaßt. Die seitlichen Flügel 7 des Dekorationselementes 2 umfassen also das kreiszylindrische Grundelement 1 beidseits federelastisch unter Nutzung der Eigenelastizität des Kunststoffmaterials.
Fig. 7 und 8 zeigen eine Modifikation des Dekorationselementes 2 in Verbindung mit demselben Grundelement 1, das in Fig. 1 bereits dargestellt worden ist. Hier ist vorgesehen, daß das Dekorationselement 2 zweiteilig ausgeführt ist und die Teile 2a, 2b das Grundelement 1 zwischen sich aufnehmend zusammengefügt, insbesondere zusammengesteckt oder zusammengeclipst sind. Angedeutet ist, daß die beiden Teile 2a, 2b des Dekorationselementes 2 über ein Kunststoff- Filmscharnier 8 unverlierbar miteinander verbunden sind.
Während beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 1 bis 6 das Dekorationselement 2 seitlich auf das stabartige Grundelement 1 aufgeclipst wird, wird beim Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 7 und 8 das zunächst geöffnete Dekorationselement 2 über den Kopf des Grundelementes 1 gesteckt, dann werden die Teile 2a und 2b des Dekorationselementes 2 aneinander herangeführt und, das Grundelement 2 zwischen sich aufnehmend, zusammengefügt, im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zusammengeclipst.
Das in den Fig. 7 und 8 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich ferner dadurch aus, daß das Dekorationselement 2 auf der Innenseite Rippen 9 aufweist, die mit Rippen 10 am Grundelement 1 bei angebrachtem Dekorationselement 2 in Eingriff stehen. Innerhalb der Teile 2a und 2b des Dekorationselementes 2 sind also die erörterten Rippen 9 angelegt, die das Dekorationselement 2 in der dargestellten Position auf der Verschlußkappe 6 des Klebestifts halten, nämlich mit dort vorhandenen Rippen 10 in Eingriff stehen. Auf diese Weise kann das einmal über der Verschlußkappe 6 des Klebestifts zusammengeklappte Dekorationselement 2 nicht ohne weiteres nach oben vom Grundelement 1 abge- zogen werden. Vielmehr muß das Dekorationselement 2 wieder "geöffnet" werden, um dann das Grundelement 1 benutzen zu können.
Natürlich ist das Grundelement 1 nicht auf die Form eines Klebestifts beschränkt, auch wenn ein Klebestift ein besonders interessantes Grundelement 1 für die erfindungsgemäße Verkaufseinheit ist. Eine Vielzahl von Alternativen zum Grundelement 1 in Form eines Klebestiftes stehen jedoch zur Verfügung. Beispielsweise kann man vorsehen, daß das Grundelement 1 ein Schreibhilfs- mittel, beispielsweise eine Kunststoffflasche für ein Schriftabdeckungsmittel ist. Auch eine Klebstofftube, insbesondere eine Klebstoffstandtube kommt als Grundelement 1 in Frage. In einem ganz anderen Anwendungsbereich ist ein Grundelement 1 beispielsweise eine Zahnpasta-Standtube. Man kann sich vor- stellen, daß gerade das in den Fig. 1 bis 6 dargestellte Dekorationselement 2 sehr interessant auch mit einer Zahnpasta- Standtube korrespondiert.
Das in den Fig. 1 bis 6 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel einer Verkaufseinheit zeigt nun, daß das Dekorationselement 2 die Form eines Weltraumgleiters (Shuttle) aufweist. Der Korpus des hier bevorzugten Grundelements 1, nämlich eines Klebestifts, korrespondiert besonders schön mit der äußeren Gestaltung des Dekorationselementes 2 als Außenhaut eines Weltraumgleiters. Hier kommt noch besonders attraktiv hinzu., daß im dargestellten Ausfuhrungsbeispiel, so in Fig. 3 besonders gut zu erkennen, das Dekorationselement 2 knapp oberhalb des Schraubabschnittes 5 des das Grundelement 1 bildenden Klebestifts endet. Dieser Schraubabschnitt 5 hat, wie das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt, eine Verrippung in Längsrichtung. Der Gesamteindruck in der Darstellung in Fig. 3 ist dabei der, daß der Schraubabschnitt 5 gewissermaßen das "Triebwerk" des Weltraumgleiters, dargestellt durch das Dekorationselement 2, bildet.
Fig. 3 in Verbindung mit Fig. 4 zeigt eine weitere Besonderheit, die darin besteht, daß das als Klebestift ausgeführte Grundelement 1 am oberen Ende eine Verschlußkappe 6 aufweist, wobei das Dekorationselement 2 in Höhe der Verschlußkappe 6 des Grundelementes 1 eine fensterartige Öffnung 12 aufweist. Man erkennt dies in Fig. 4 an den in der Öffnung 12 seitlich sichtbaren Rippen 10.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 7 und 8 befindet sich die fensterartige Öffnung 12 rechts in Fig. 8. Bei dieser Ausgestaltung gilt, daß das Dekorationselement 2 die Form eines Astronautenhelms mit Raketenrucksack 11 hat. Die fensterartige Öffnung 12 ist dabei das Sichtfenster für den Astronauten.
Interessante Varianten für das Dekorationselement 2 sind beispielsweise auch ein Ritterhelm oder andere Kopfbekleidungen. Auch andere Luft-, Land- und Wasserfahrzeuge können als Dekorationselement herangezogen werden. Besonders interessant ist eine Variante, bei der das Dekorationselement 2 ein Rennboot ist. Gerade in diesem Fall kann man auch den leeren Klebestift - Grundelement 1 - weiter nutzbringend verwenden. Man schraubt nämlich mittels des Schraubab- Schnittes 5 das innenliegende Transportteil zurück und verschließt mittels der Verschlußkappe 6 den Klebestift fest. Dann stellt er praktisch einen Schwimmkörper des Rennbootes dar, dessen Außenhaut durch das Dekorationselement 2 gebildet ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Verkaufseinheit eines Nicht-Lebensmittel-Haushaltsartikels in Form eines als Spielzeug ausgeprägten, handhabbaren und brauchbaren Gegenstandes (3), der aus einem Verkaufs-Grundelement (1) mit Mantelfläche (4) und Verschlußkappe (6) sowie einem daran lösbar angebrachten, den Eindruck des Gesamtgegenstandes (3) als Spielzeug prägenden Dekorationselement (2) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) die Mantelfläche (4) des Grundelementes (1) nur zum Teil längs eines Mantelumfangabschnittes umgreift, so daß das Grundelement (1) einen optisch wesentlichen Bestandteil des Gesamtgegenstandes (3) bildet.
2. Verkaufseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundelement (1) eine stabartige, vorzugsweise kreiszylindrische Grundform aufweist.
3. Verkaufseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) aus Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
4. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) auf das Grundelement (1), vorzugsweise auf dessen Mantelfläche, aufgesteckt oder aufgeclipst ist.
5. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) das kreiszylindrische Grandelement (1) quer zur Aufsteckrichtung um mehr als 180° umfaßt.
6. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) zweiteilig ausgeführt ist und die Teile (2a, 2b) das Grundelement (1) zwischen sich aufnehmend zusammengefügt, insbesondere zusammengesteckt oder zusammengeclipst sind.
7. Verkaufseinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Teile (2a, 2b) des Dekorationselementes (2) über ein Kunststoff- Filmscharnier (8) unverlierbar miteinander verbunden sind.
8. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) auf der Innenseite Rippen (9) aufweist, die mit Rippen (10) am Grundelement (1) bei angebrachten Dekorationselement (2) in Eingriff stehen.
9. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stabartige Grandelement (1) ein Klebestift ist.
10. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) die Form eines Weltraumgleiters (Shuttle) aufweist.
11. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) die Form eines Astronautenhelms, vorzugsweise mit Raketenracksack (11) aufweist.
12. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das als Klebestift ausgeführte Grandelement (1) am unteren Ende einen vorzugsweise in Längsrichtung verrippten Schraubabschnitt (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) knapp oberhalb des Schraubabschnitts (5) endet.
13. Verkaufseinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dekorationselement (2) in Höhe der Verschlußkappe (6) des Grandelementes (1) eine fensterartige Öffnung (12) aufweist.
