Definitions
- the present invention relates to an air conditioner with an interior module provided in the room to be air-conditioned with a first heat exchanger and an external module connected via connecting lines, such as electrical lines, a refrigerant line or the like, to the outside module, which is provided outside the room to be conditioned in the outside atmosphere is.
- the outdoor module has a blower with fan blades for generating an air flow directed at a second heat exchanger and a bottom provided below the fan for collecting dripping condensed water. In the bottom of an outlet opening is provided, through which the condensing water collecting at the bottom can flow off the ground.
- the air conditioner has an indoor module to be air-conditioned and an outdoor module provided to the outside atmosphere.
- condenser In the outdoor module is provided condenser, which is cooled with water of condensation to increase the power.
- the condensation water dripping from the condenser collects in a collecting container, which can be emptied via a closable outlet opening.
- JP 10 300 131 A relates to an outdoor module of an air conditioner whose base plate is divided by separating means into several segments.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that operates reliably regardless of the climatic conditions in the outside atmosphere.
- a release agent is formed on a bottom of the outer atmosphere located in the outer module, which divides the floor into two floor sections.
- a first bottom section directs the outflowing condensed water to an outlet opening of the outdoor module.
- the release agent prevents accumulation of condensation in the second bottom section below the fan blades.
- the second floor section below the fan blades is thus inaccessible to the condensate collecting in the first floor section. This eliminates the risk that at corresponding low outside temperatures can form ice below the fan blades. Contact between fan blades and ice formed on the ground - thereby affecting the operation of the air conditioner - is thus prevented.
- the separating means is formed as a partition, which separates the first bottom portion from the second bottom portion. This reliably prevents the outflowing condensation from collecting below the fan blades.
- the separating means may be formed as a survey, which protrudes from the first bottom portion. A top of the bump forms the second bottom section below the fan blades.
- the second floor section is also connected to the outlet opening. If necessary, dripping condensate water on the second bottom section can thus be discharged via the outlet opening.
- the flow of condensed water out of the first or the second floor section by means of gravity can be improved by the floor sections falling off at an angle, in particular 2 ° to the outlet opening.
- the overall height of the fan in the outer module can be substantially reduced.
- An outer peripheral line of the fan blades of the blower can approach the bottom to within 2 to 3 mm.
- the outdoor module can be made compact with low height.
- the air conditioner according to the invention can work both in a room cooling device and in a space heating operation.
- the second heat exchanger provided in the outdoor module works as a condenser.
- the outlet opening in the outer module is closed by means of a closure element. Condensation is conducted via a connecting line from the indoor module to the outdoor module.
- the condensed water is distributed to the second heat exchanger in order to increase its condensing capacity. The Dripping condensation water is collected on the floor. Due to the low height of the blower, the condensed water collected at the bottom is taken up by means of the fan blades and thrown again onto the second heat exchanger.
- an air conditioner with an indoor module 3 and an outdoor module 9 is shown.
- the interior module 3 of the air conditioner is located in a room to be air-conditioned 1.
- the outdoor module 9 is provided in the outside atmosphere 11.
- the two modules 3 and 9 are connected to each other via a wiring harness 7.
- the wiring harness 7 runs for example via an open window to the outdoor module 9.
- the outdoor module 9 can be arranged on an outer wall in the region of the window.
- electrical lines, a refrigerant line or a condensed water line 8 shown in Figure 2 are bundled.
- the inner module has a first heat exchanger 5 and the outer module 9 a second heat exchanger 17 on.
- the second heat exchanger 17 is shown in detail in FIG.
- the second heat exchanger 17 is U-shaped. Between the two legs of the U-shaped heat exchanger 17, a fan 13 is arranged with fan blades 15. The fan 13 is mounted on a bracket 18. A lower end of the holder 18 is inserted in the bottom 19. An upper end of the bracket 18 is mounted on the outer module housing, not shown.
- the heat exchanger 17 is seated with a U-shaped end face on the bottom 19 of the outer module 9.
- the discharge channel 31 is via an outlet opening 32 is in communication with the outside atmosphere 11.
- a closure element 33 closes the outlet opening 32 closed. From Figure 2 also shows that at the bottom 19, a partition wall 29 is formed.
- the partition wall 29 divides the bottom 19 into a first bottom section 23 and a second bottom section 25.
- the second bottom section 25 is bounded on the one hand by the partition wall 29 and by the outflow channel 31 according to FIG. FIG. 4 shows that an outer circumferential line 27 of the fan blades 15 approximates the second bottom section 25 to a slight distance a of approximately 3 mm.
- the second heat exchanger 17 operates in the outdoor module 9 as a condenser.
- the first heat exchanger 5 in the indoor module 3 operates as an evaporator, condensed on the condensate from the room air.
- the condensed water collects in the inner module 3.
- the condensed water is guided in the condensate line 8 shown in Figure 2 in the outer module 9.
- the condensate line 8 opens in the area above the fan blades 15 in the outer module 9. The condensate water drips therefore in the room cooling operation on the fan blades 15, which eject it in the direction of the U-shaped heat exchanger 17.
- the condensed water is distributed via the heat exchanger 17.
- a condensing capacity of the second heat exchanger 17 is thus increased.
- the outlet opening 32 is closed by the closure element 33 in the room cooling operation of the air conditioner. Therefore dripping water collects on the floor 19.
- the water level of the condensed water collected at the bottom 19 may thereby increase during the room cooling operation.
- the condensate dripping from the condensate water line 17 is consequently detected, on the one hand, directly by the fan blades 15 and distributed via the heat exchanger 17.
- the fan blades 15 can also absorb condensation directly from the bottom 19 and distribute it over the heat exchanger 17.
- the first heat exchanger 5 operates in the indoor module 3 as a condenser to heat the room 1.
- the second heat exchanger 17 in the outdoor module 9 operates as an evaporator. In this case, water condenses from the outside atmosphere at the second heat exchanger 17. From the second heat exchanger 17, the condensed water 21 drips off in the direction of the arrow to the second bottom section 23. The second bottom portion 23 directs the collected condensed water 21 to the outflow channel 31. This is not closed by the closure element 33 in the space heating operation. The condensed water 21 therefore flows out of the outdoor module 9 via the outflow channel 31.
- the first bottom portion 25 is inaccessible below the fan blades 15 for the effluent in the second bottom portion 23 of water.
- the second embodiment of the invention is shown.
- the two bottom portions 23, 25 are not divided by the partition wall 29. Rather, an elevation 30 protrudes from the first floor section 23.
- An upper side of the elevation 30 forms the second floor section 25.
- the second floor section 25 on the elevation 30 is thus inaccessible to the condensate 21 flowing out in the first floor section 23.

Description
- Fig. 1
- ein Innenmodul und ein Außenmodul des Klimageräts gemäß dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel;
- Fig. 2
- in einer perspektivischen Ansicht das Außenmodul ohne Gehäuse;
- Fig. 3
- eine Ansicht in Pfeilrichtung A aus der Figur 2 auf den Boden des Außenmoduls ohne den zweiten Wärmetauscher;
- Fig. 4
