Claims (10)

  1. Installation à carton ondulé pour la fabrication de carton ondulé à plusieurs couches,
    a. avec au moins un dispositif de production (1, 2) pour la production d'au moins une bande de carton ondulé (3, 4) couchée sur une face,
    i. ladite bande de carton ondulé (3, 4) comportant une bande ondulée (5, 6) avec des sommets d'ondulation (39) dirigés vers l'extérieur,
    b. avec au moins un dispositif abrasif (42, 43 à 42"", 43"") disposé en aval du ou des dispositifs de production (1, 2) dans une direction de production (31), pour la régularisation par abrasion de la surface des sommets d'ondulation (39),
    c. avec un dispositif d'amenée (15) pour l'avance d'une bande de carton, et
    d. avec un dispositif d'assemblage (32) disposé en aval du ou des dispositifs abrasifs (42, 43 à 42"", 43"") dans une direction de production (31), pour l'assemblage de la ou des bandes de carton ondulé (3, 4) avec la bande de carton.
  2. Installation à carton ondulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif abrasif (42, 43 à 42"", 43"") comporte une meule (49 ; 49" ; 49"' ; 49"") avec une surface abrasive.
  3. Installation à carton ondulé selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la ou les bandes de carton ondulé (3, 4) passent sur la meule (49 ; 49'' ; 49"' ; 49"").
  4. Installation à carton ondulé selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la meule (49) est fixe.
  5. Installation à carton ondulé selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de serrage (48 ; 51 ; 48" ; 48"") est prévu pour le serrage de la bande de carton ondulé (3, 4) contre la meule (49 ; 49" ; 49'''').
  6. Installation à carton ondulé selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la meule (49"') est disposée à la surface d'un rouleau (55) entraînable en rotation.
  7. Installation à carton ondulé selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau (55) est entraînable avec une vitesse périphérique tangentielle vW, différente de la vitesse vB de la bande de carton ondulé (3, 4) au niveau du rouleau (55).
  8. Installation à carton ondulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bande de carton est une bande de couverture (16) à une seule couche.
  9. Installation à carton ondulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bande de carton est une bande de carton ondulé couchée sur une face.
  10. Procédé pour la fabrication de carton ondulé à plusieurs couches, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a. production d'au moins une bande de carton ondulé (3, 4) couchée sur une face,
    i. la bande de carton ondulé (3, 4) comportant une bande ondulée (5, 6) avec des sommets d'ondulation (39) dirigés vers l'extérieur,
    b. abrasion de régularisation de surface des sommets d'ondulation (39),
    c. assemblage de la ou des bandes de carton ondulé (3, 4) avec une bande de carton.
