Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de réalisation d'un non tissé consolidé à partir de fibres continues, du moins en partie sous forme de microfilaments, réalisées en polymères fusibles,
    a) dans lequel on extrude une masse fondue constituée d'un seul polymère bien déterminé par une pluralité de filières et on étire les fils en sortie de filière par des courants de gaz sensiblement froids fortement accélérés au moyen d'une tuyère accélératrice telle qu'une tuyère de Laval, chaque fil étant mis, avant solidification, sous une pression interne hydrostatique supérieure à la pression du gaz ambiant de telle sorte que chaque fil éclate dans le sens de la longueur et se divise en une pluralité de filaments continus suite à d'autres conditions de fabrication,
    b) on dépose en continu ces microfibres pour former un non tissé de n'importe quelle largeur
    c) on soumet constamment ce voile à des jets d'eau hydrodynamiques pour enchevêtrer les microfibres afin de consolider le non tissé réalisé à partir des fibres continues divisées en filaments dans le sens de leur longueur
    d) et on mélange et lie le cas échéant avec d'autres fibres déjà déposées en dessous des microfibres et/ou déposées ensuite sur les microfibres.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les autres fibres sont des fibres naturelles ou d'autres fibres synthétiques, telles que des fibres discontinues et/ou continues.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les autres fibres sont constituées de fibres en pulpe de bois avec, le cas échéant, d'autres fibres synthétiques.
  4. Non tissé consolidé réalisé du moins en partie à partir de microfibres
    a) extrudées à partir d'une masse fondue constituée d'un seul polymère bien déterminé par une pluralité de filières, les fils en sortie de filière étant étirés par des courants de gaz fortement accélérés au moyen d'une tuyère accélératrice telle qu'une tuyère de Laval, chaque fil étant mis, avant solidification, sous une pression interne hydrostatique supérieure à la pression du gaz ambiant de telle sorte que chaque fil éclate dans le sens de la longueur et se divise en une pluralité de filaments continus suite à d'autres conditions de fabrication,
    b) et consolidées, seules ou avec d'autres fibres telles que par exemple des fibres discontinues et/ou continues, au moyen d'un aiguilletage hydrodynamique.
  5. Non tissé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les microfibres sont déposées sur une couche support constituée de fibres chimiques plus solides et servent de couche de séparation à une couche en pulpe de bois déposée sur les microfibres.
