Claims (10)
- Anlage zum automatischen und individuellen Dekonditionieren mit Material gefüllter, weicher Großbehälter (3a, 3b, 3c), mit einem Transportband (2), einer Entleerungseinrichtung (7) für die Behälter und einer Sortiereinrichtung (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entleerungseinrichtung für die Behälter durch einer Zerkleinerer (7) gebildet wird, der in dem Fülltrichter (6) angeordnet ist und die vollen Behälter mit ihrem Inhalt zerkleinert, und dass die Sortiereinrichtung durch einen Scheibensortierer (8) gebildet wird, der unterhalb des Zerkleinerers horizontal angeordnet ist und die durch den Zerkleinerer in Fetzen zerrissenen Behälter vom Inhalt trennt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Elemente während der Dauer der Dekonditionierung der Behälter (3a, 3b, 3c) einem Unterdruck von zwischen etwa 5 und 10mm Wassersäule ausgesetzt sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zerkleinerer (7) einen Rotor umfasst, der eine Drehgeschwindigkeit von zwischen etwa 60 und 120 U/min hat.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dauer der Dekonditionierung zwischen 1,5 Minuten und 3 Minuten beträgt.
- Verfahren zur automatischen und individuellen Dekonditionierung von mit materialgefüllten, weichen Großbehältern, bestehend aus:- Anordnen der Behälter (3a, 3b, 3c) nacheinander auf einem Transportband (2),- Befördern der Behälter in Richtung eines Fülltrichters (6) und- Entleeren der Behälter von Materialien, welche diese enthalten,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach ihrer Beförderung in den Fülltrichter die vollen Behälter durch Zerkleinerung samt Inhalt geleert werden und dass das Produkt der Zerkleinerung mittels Schwerkraft auf einen Scheibensortierer befördert wird, welcher die zerkleinerten Materialien von den in Fetzen zerrissenen Behältern trennt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses in seiner Gesamtheit während der Dauer der Dekonditionierung der Behälter unter einem Unterdruck zwischen 5 und 10mm Wassersäule durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zerkleinerung der Behälter (3a, 3b, 3c) mit Hilfe eines Zerkleinerers (7) durchgeführt wird, der aus wenigstens einem Rotor gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialien nach ihrer Sortierung mit Hilfe einer kernlosen Schnecke extrahiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dauer der Dekonditionierung zwischen etwa 1,5 und 3 Minuten beträgt.
- Verwendung einer Anlage gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zum Dekonditionieren von weichen Großbehältern, die mit staubförmigen Materialien gefüllt sind oder nicht.
