Abstract
Lors du changement de génération de centraux téléphoniques, les centraux téléphoniques (V2) plus petits, plus âgés, fonctionnant jusqu'alors de manière indépendante sur la base de leur propres banques de données (DBV2) sont remplacés par des unités distantes de commutation RSU (Remote Switching Unit). Ces dernières, qui ne fonctionnent pas de manière indépendante, sont affectés à des centraux téléphoniques principaux centralisés (V), qui les gèrent et qui doivent disposer de banques de données (DBV, nouvelle) dont la fonctionnalité comprend celle des banques de données (DBV1, DBV2) des centraux téléphoniques (V1, V2) jusqu'alors séparés. Selon l'invention, les banques de données (DBV1, DBV2) sont d'abord extraites des centraux téléphoniques (V1, V2), puis regroupées à l'extérieur de ces derniers et complétées ultérieurement par de nombreuses modifications des banques de données initiales (DBV1, DBV2). Ce procédé, qui se déroule automatiquement, permet d'intégrer par ex. des données de planification, l'avantage étant que, pendant le regroupement des banques de données (DBV1, DBV2), le fonctionnement reste en grande partie intact, seule la lecture des anciennes banques de données (DBV1, DBV2) restant possible. Plusieurs banques de données peuvent être regroupées par l'application répétée dudit procédé, qui peut également être utilisé pour d'autres systèmes de traitement de données, notamment les systèmes en temps réel.
