Abstract
Description
Die Steckverbindungen müssen jedoch für den Industriebereich angepasst und robust ausgestattet sein.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, dass ein derartiges, für sogenannte D-Sub Steckereinsätze vorgesehenes Steckverbindermodul in eine bereits bekannte, bewährte und robuste Modulträgervorrichtung in einem entsprechenden Steckverbindergehäuse einsetzbar ist. Gleichzeitig ist aufgrund der Konstruktionsart dieses Steckverbindermoduls eine problemlose Zusammenfassung von mehreren geschirmten Steckverbindermodulen, mit voneinander unabhängigen Erdpotenzialen sowie auch mit Steckverbindermodulen, die eine Leistungsversorgung, Pneumatik oder dergleichen übertragen, ohne gegenseitige Beeinflussung gewährleistet.
Das Steckverbindermodul besteht aus einem Haltekörper in dem ein elektrisch leitendes Schalengehäuse mit einem D-sub Steckereinsatz verrastet ist.
Das Schirmgeflecht eines abgeschirmten Kabels wird mittels einer Schraubschelle mit dem Schalengehäuse verbunden.

Der rechteckig geformte Modulkörper 10 ist aus nichtleitendem Material gefertigt, wobei zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände 12 verlängert gegenüber den beiden rechtwinklig dazu angeordneten Seitenwänden 14, ausgeführt sind.
In den Eckbereichen sind jeweils nach außen weisende Rasthaken 16 ausgebildet, die mittels eines rechtwinkligen Schlitzes 17 aus den Seitenwänden freigestellt sind. Unterhalb und mittig zwischen den Rasthaken sind nach außen weisende Anformungen 18 angeformt, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen 44 in einer Modulträgervorrichtung 40 einsetzbar sind.
Weiterhin sind an der Steckseite Gewindebohrungen 26 vorgesehen, an denen der Steckereinsatz 30, der hier als D-Sub-Stecker ausgebildet ist, mittels Schrauben 32 befestigbar ist. Gleichfalls kann eine Befestigung mit Verrastungsmitteln oder mit Nieten vorgesehen sein.
Dabei ist das Gehäuse 50 teilweise aufgeschnitten, um die Modulträgervorrichtung 40 mit darin eingesetzten Steckermodulen 1, 3 zu zeigen.
Claims (4)
- Steckverbindermodul (1 ) mit einer Abschirmung gegen Störstrahlung für den Einsatz in eine Modulträgervorrichtung (40) eines Steckverbindergehäuses (50), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem aus isolierendem Material bestehenden Haltekörper (10) ein elektrisch leitendes Schalengehäuse (20) mit einem Steckereinsatz (30) gehalten ist, dass der Haltekörper (10) mit dem Schalengehäuse (20) und dem Steckereinsatz (30) in der Modulträgervorrichtung (40) einrastbar ist, und dass an dem Schalengehäuse (20) eine Schelle (28) vorgesehen ist, mittels der eine zum Steckereinsatz (30) führende Signalleitung befestigbar ist, wobei das Abschirmgeflecht der Signalleitung mit dem Schalengehäuse kontaktiert wird.
- Steckverbindermodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schalengehäuse (20) mit dem Haltekörper (10) verrastbar ist.
- Steckverbindermodul nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckereinsatz (30) in dem Schalengehäuse (20) befestigbar ist.
- Steckverbindermodul nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schelle (28) an einer verlängerten Seitenfläche (22) des Schalengehäuses (20) befestigbar ist.
