Abstract

插入式连接器模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有抗干扰辐射屏蔽件的插入式连接器模块,用于插入式连接器壳体的模块安装装置。
背景技术
为了使易受干扰的电信号能够通过工业连接器壳体(具有不同电势的模块将布置在该工业连接器壳体内)传输,需要这样的插入式连接器模块。
由DE3615356A1可知一种电缆连接器,用于使电缆与计算机相连,该电缆连接器包括两半壳体,这两半壳体彼此相连,以便消除电干扰,并涂覆有热塑性材料,以便进行电绝缘。
该类型电缆连接器能够很好地用于办公室通信,但是并不能充分稳定和充分防环境影响地用于工业领域。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是发展一种前述类型的插入式连接器模块,用于具有模块安装装置的工业标准连接器壳体中,这样,抗干扰辐射屏蔽件用于易受干扰且通常通过屏蔽电缆传送的电信号。
该目的这样实现,其中,具有连接器插入件的导电壳形壳体保持在由绝缘材料构成的保持体中,
具有壳形壳体和连接器插入件的保持体可以在模块安装装置中锁定就位;在壳形壳体上提供有夹子,导向连接器插入件的信号线可以通过该夹子固定,信号线的屏蔽编织物与该壳形壳体接触。
本发明的优选实施例由权利要求2-4公开。
在越来越涉及分散连接技术的自动技术中,也将例如从传感器中传输电敏感信号。不过,这样的装置必须为插入式设计,以便保证快速、无麻烦地更换损坏部件。
不过,插入式连接必须用于工业领域和牢固安装。
本发明的优点特别在于:用于所谓的D型子连接器插入件的该插入式连接器模块可以插入在相应插入式连接器壳体中的已知和经过验证的坚固模块安装装置内。同时,由于该插入式连接器模块的结构类型,它可以在没有困难和没有相互干涉的情况下对具有相互独立的地电势的多个有屏蔽插入式连接器模块以及传输电供给、气动供给等的插入式连接器模块进行组合。插入式连接器模块包括保持体,具有D型子连接器插入件的导电壳形壳体锁定在该保持体中。
屏蔽电缆的屏蔽编织物通过螺钉夹与该壳形壳体相连。
因此,多个插入式连接器模块可以彼此独立地用于模块安装装置内,即使在屏蔽件中有不同的地电势。

具体实施方式
在分解图中,图1表示了用于该插入式连接器模块的各个元件。
矩形的模块本体10由非导体材料制成,两个相对侧壁12相对于垂直它们布置的另两个侧壁14拉长。
锁定钩16形成于拐角区域中,每个锁定钩16朝向外,它们通过矩形狭槽17从侧壁上释放。在锁定钩之间的下面和中间处形成有朝向外的形成元件18,该形成元件18可以插入模块安装装置40中的相应开口44内。
壳形壳体20可以插入和锁定在模块本体10内。
矩形的壳形壳体包括安装表面22,该安装表面22相对于其它三个侧表面延长,用于紧固夹28的螺纹安装,信号电缆的屏蔽件通过该紧固夹28与导电壳形壳体接触。
图2表示了插入式模块1和匹配的连接器模块3,各自处于组装好但未进行匹配的状态,且匹配面彼此相对。具有用于电屏蔽电缆的紧固夹28的螺纹连接件29和具有紧固螺钉32的连接器插入件30都在该壳形壳体20上,该壳形壳体20锁定在保持体10中。
图3表示了布置在已知模块安装装置40中的多个插入式连接器模块。
各模块通过形成元件18而布置在安装框架40的开口44内,同时锁定钩16锁定在模块安装装置40的侧表面42边缘上。
图4表示了连接器壳体50与匹配的连接器壳体52的完全插入连接,两个连接器都有模块安装装置40,连接器模块再安装于该模块安装装置40中。
在该图中,壳体50局部切除,以便表示其中插入有连接器模块1、3的模块安装装置40。

Claims (4)

1.一种插入式连接器模块(1),有抗干扰辐射的屏蔽件,用于插入式连接器壳体(50)的模块安装装置(40)中,其特征在于:
具有连接器插入件(30)的导电壳形壳体(20)保持在由绝缘材料构成的保持体(10)中;
具有壳形壳体(20)和连接器插入件(30)的保持体(10)可以在模块安装装置(40)中锁定就位;
在壳形壳体(20)上提供有夹子(28),导向连接器插入件(30)的信号线可以通过该夹子固定,信号线的屏蔽编织物与该壳形壳体接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插入式连接器模块,其特征在于:该壳形壳体(20)可以与保持体(10)锁定在一起。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的插入式连接器模块,其特征在于:该连接器插入件(30)可以固定在壳形壳体(20)上。
4.根据前述任意一个权利要求所述的插入式连接器模块,其特征在于:
夹子(28)可以固定在壳形壳体(20)的拉长侧表面(22)上。
