Claims (10)
- Rollgangsrolle, insbesondere für den Transport von ofenwarmem, metallischem Bandmaterial, Gießsträngen aus Stahl u. dgl., mit einer Rollenwelle (4) und einem auf der (4) zumindest an den Rollenenden (2; 3) gelagerten Rollenmantel (1),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollenmantel (1) zumindest an den Rollenenden (2; 3) jeweils elektrisch und / oder thermisch isoliert auf der Rollenwelle (4) dahingehend gelagert ist, dass zwischen dem Rollenmantel (1) an den Rollenenden (2; 3) und der Rollenwelle (4) jeweils über den Umfang verteilt angeordnete, einzelne Isolierkörper (5), die aus Profilstäben (7) bestehen, vorgesehen sind. - Rollgangsrolle nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilstäbe (7) zusammen mit Lagerringen (11; 12) gegenüber der Rollenwelle (4) und dem Rollenmantel (1) axial gesichert sind. - Rollgangsrolle nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Sicherung aus an den Stirnseiten (14; 15) der Lager (16) aufgeschweißten Blechringen (17) besteht. - Rollgangsrolle nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der axialen Sicherung ein Loslager (16a) und ein Festlager (16b) zwischen dem Rollenmantel (1) und der Rollenwelle (4) gebildet sind. - Rollgangsrolle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolierkörper (5) den Rollenmantel (1) auf der Rollenwelle (4) zentrieren und gleichzeitig Drehmoment-Übertragungsmittel bilden. - Rollgangsrolle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollenmantel (1) in mehrere, beabstandet auf der Rollenwelle (4) angeordnete Rollenmantel-Abschnitte (1a, 1b, 1c, 1 d) mit jeweils über den Umfang verteilt angeordneten, die Rollenwelle (4) zentrierenden und das Antriebsdrehmoment übertragenden Isolierkörpern (5) gegliedert ist. - Rollgangsrolle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolierkörper (5) als Kegellager (18) ausgeführt ist, dessen Konus-Innenring (18a) und / oder dessen Konus-Außenring (18b) und / oder dessen Kegelrollen (18c) jeweils Isolierkörper (5) bilden. - Rollgangsrolle nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Konus-Innenring (18a) axial verschiebbar und unter Federkraft auf der Rollenwelle (4) anstellbar ist. - Rollgangsrolle nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Konus-Innenring (18a) auf der Rollenwelle (4) axial mittels Tellerfedern (19), die gegen einen Wellenabsatz (20) abgestützt sind, gegen den hohlen mit dem Rollenmantel (1) fest verbundenen Konus-Außenring (18b), verschiebbar ist. - Rollgangsrolle nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Rollenmantel-Abschnitt (1a, 1b usw.) jeweils am Rollenende (2; 3) in einem Kegellager (18) und etwa mittig mittels der über den Umfang verteilten Isolierkörper (5) gelagert ist.
