Claims (20)
- Bauteilverbindung eines ersten Bauteils mit einem zweiten Bauteil, wobei das erste Bauteil mindestens eine erste Fluidleitung (3) aufweist, die mit einer zweiten Fluidleitung (4) des zweiten Bauteils dichtend verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Bauteil einen Flansch (2) aufweist, der mit einer Linearführung (8) am zweiten Bauteil gehalten ist und an dem die erste Fluidleitung (3) mündet, wobei die zweite Fluidleitung (4) an einem dem Flansch (2) gegenüberliegenden Abschnitt (21) des zweiten Bauteils mündet und die beiden Bauteile außerhalb der Mündungsöffnungen (9, 10) miteinander dichtend in Kontakt stehen. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linearführung (8) durch mindestens einen Absatz (22) an einem der Bauteile gebildet ist, der in mindestens einer entsprechenden Aussparung (23) des anderen Bauteils gehalten ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Linearführungen (8) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Flansches (2) vorgesehen sind, die parallel verlaufen. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linearführung (8) eine Schwalbenschwanzführung ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsrichtung (24) der Linearführung (8) gegenüber der Flanschebene (25) um einen Winkel (α) geneigt ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauteile an einer Dichtung (6) miteinander in Kontakt stehen, die an einem der Bauteile festgelegt ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauteile in Längsrichtung (24) der Linearführung (8) durch zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel fixiert sind. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel Schrauben (32) sind. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Bauteile ein Membranregelventil (14) umfaßt. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Membranregelventil (14) einen Deckel (15) aufweist, an dem ein Flansch (16) angeformt ist und der Flansch (16) des Deckels (15) in einer Führung (17) am Flansch (2) des ersten Bauteils gehalten ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch (16) des Membranregelventildeckels (15) in einer Ebene (25) mit dem Flansch (2) des ersten Bauteils liegt. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Flansch (16) des Membranregelventildeckels (15) eine Entlüftungsleitung (5) mündet, die gegenüber einer Öffnung (26) im zweiten Bauteil angeordnet ist und die von einer Dichtung (7) umgeben ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (15) des Membranregelventils (14) mit dem Membranregelventil über eine Schnappverbindung verbunden ist, deren Fügerichtung der Längsrichtung (27) der Führung (17) des Flansches (16) am Deckel (15) entspricht. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Bauteil ein Modul (1) ist, das einen Ölabscheider und ein Membranregelventil (14) umfaßt. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölabscheider aus mehreren Zyklonen (12) gebildet ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Modul (1) im wesentlichen aus Kunststoff besteht. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Bauteile eine Haube ist, in der das andere Bauteil angeordnet ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Fluidleitungen (4) durch einen in der Haube (18) festgelegten Leitungsstutzen (19) gebildet ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube eine Ventilhaube (18) ist. - Bauteilverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube aus Aluminiumdruckguß ist.
