Claims (12)
- Station (2) für eine Blechbiegemaschine, versehen mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Formwalzen (3, 4), um das Biegeprofil des Blechs zu definieren, wobei jede Formwalze (3, 4) durch ein Paar von Drehelementen (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) definiert ist, die koaxial und zueinander gerichtet sind, und wobei Mittel zum Verändern des Abstands zwischen den Drehelementen jedes Paars (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b), Mittel zum Verändern der Neigung der Drehachse der Drehelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b), und Mittel zum senkrechten Bewegen zumindest eines der Paare von Drehelementen (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) bereitgestellt sind, wobei die Mittel zum Verändern des Abstands eine bewegliche Stütze (5a, 5b; 6a, 6b) für jedes Drehelement (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) umfassen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Stütze (5a, 5b; 6a, 6b) unabhängig beweglich und neigbar ist und Gleitmittel umfasst, die gleitend an senkrechten Führungen (21) der Station (2) eingreifen können, um ihre senkrechte Position zu verändern. - Station (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede unabhängig bewegliche und neigbare Stütze (5a, 5b; 6a, 6b) Gleitmittel (8) umfasst, die gleitend an Führungen (21) der Station (2) eingreifen können, um den Abstand zwischen den zueinander gerichteten Drehelementen (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) zu verändern.
- Station (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verändern der Neigung der Drehelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) einen Zylinder-Kolben-Aufbau umfassen, der auf ein tragendes Metallrohr (23) des Drehelements wirkt, wobei jedes tragende Metallrohr drehbar an eine bewegliche Stütze (5a, 5b; 6a, 6b) gezwungen ist.
- Station (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verändern der Neigung der Drehelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) zumindest zwei Gelenkpunkte umfasst.
- Station (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Automatisierungsmittel zum Verändern der Stellung der Drehelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) umfasst.
- Station (2) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Automatisierungsmittel zumindest einen Elektromotor, zumindest einen Prozessor und hydraulisch tätige Mittel für den Zylinder-Kolben-Aufbau umfassen.
- Station (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Steuermittel für die gegenseitige Stellung der Drehelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) umfasst.
- Station (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) eine gekrümmte Profilform aufweisen.
- Station (2) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Drehelemente (3a, 3b) ein konvex gekrümmtes Profil aufweisen, und dass die unteren Drehelemente (4a, 4b) ein konkav gekrümmtes Profil aufweisen, das dem der oberen Drehelemente (3a, 3b) entspricht.
- Station (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b) leer laufen.
- Blechbiegemaschine (1), umfassend zumindest zwei Stationen (2) nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die in Reihe angeordnet sind.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Zwischenstationen (20) umfasst, die mit angetriebenen Walzen versehen sind, um das Blech zwischen den verschiedenen Stationen (2) der Maschine (1) zu bewegen.
