Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Metalldrähten, bei dem der Querschnitt eines runden Metalldrahtes in mehreren Stufen reduziert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metalldrahf zumindest in der letzten Stufe in einem seitlich offenen Kaliber zu einem Flachdraht mit rechteckigem Querschnitt umgeformt wird, indem der Metalldraht durch eine Matrize gezogen wird, welche aus einem unteren Teil und einem oberen Teil besteht, deren Abstand zueinander einstellbar ist, und daß das Umformen des Metalldrahtes zu dem Flachdraht ohne wesentliche Querschnittsabnahme erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metalldraht zu einem Flachdraht mit einem Verhältnis von Dicke zu Breite von maximal 1 : 5 umgeformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metalldraht in bis zu fünf Verformungsstufen zu dem Flachdraht umgeformt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bestehend aus einer Ablaufvorrichtung für den runden Metalldraht, einer Vielzahl von hintereinander angeordneten Matrizen sowie einer hinter jeder Matrize vorgesehenen Abzugsscheibe, die regelbar angetrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die letzte Matrize aus einem Unterteil (2) und einem Oberteil (3) aufgebaut ist und zu den Seiten hin offen ist, und daß der Abstand von Oberteil (3) zu Unterteil (2) voneinander einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (2) fest angeordnet und das Oberteil (3) höhenverstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (3) aus länglichen Bauteilen bestehen, deren einander zugekehrte Oberflächen einen ersten sich in Fertigungsrichtung verengenden ersten Bereich (2a,3a) mit einem Öffnungswinkel von mehr als 25°, einen zweiten sich in Fertigungsrichtung verengenden Bereich (2b,3b) mit einem Öffnungswinkel zwischen 1,5 und 20°, einen dritten Bereich (2c,3c), bei dem die Oberflächen von Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (3) nahezu parallel zueinander verlaufen sowie einen vierten sich in Fertigungsrichtung erweiternden Bereich (2d,3d) aufweisen, wobei der erste Bereich (2a,3a) der Kühlung von Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (3) dient, der zweite Bereich (2b,3b) der Umformung dient und der dritte Bereich (2c,3c) die Wanddicke des abgeflachten Drahtes (5) festlegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander zugekehrten Oberflächen von Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (3) zumindest teilweise mit einer abriebfesten Beschichtung versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung eine Diamantbeschichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung eine superharte amorphe Kohlenstoffschicht ist.
