Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung, insbesondere Geschenkverpackung, mit einem Deckel und mit einem Unterteil, wobei an dem Deckel und an dem Unterteil Beschläge vorgesehen sind.
Bei Verpackungen handelt es sich um lösbare Umhüllungen eines Gutes. Die Verpackungsverordnung unterscheidet zwischen Transport-, Verkaufs- und Umverpackungen. Transportverpackungen dienen dazu, Waren auf dem Weg vom Hersteller bis zum Vertreiber vor Schaden zu bewahren, oder sie werden aus Gründen der Sicherheit des Transports verwendet. Umverpackungen sind Blister, Folien, Kartonagen oder ähnliche Umhüllungen. Verkaufsverpackungen sind geschlossene oder offene Behältnisse und Umhüllungen von Waren, die vom Endverbraucher zum Transport oder bis zum Verbrauch der Waren verwendet werden. Zu den Verkaufsverpackungen im weitesten Sinne zählen auch Geschenkverpackungen.
Verpackungen für Geschenke sind in ihrer einfachsten Form aus besonders gestaltetem Papier hergestellt, in die das jeweilige Geschenk einwickelbar ist. Zur Verzierung werden an den Verpackungen Schleifenbander oder dergleichen angebracht. Nachteilig bei dieser Art von Geschenkverpackung ist insbesondere, dass für ein gutes Gelingen der Verpackung eine gewisse Fingerfertigkeit und Übung erforderlich ist. Aus diesem Grunde werden beispielsweise Mitarbeiter im Einzelhandel hinsichtlich des Verpackens von Geschenken besonders geschult. Die von diesen Mitarbeitern eingepackten Geschenke haben zumeist eine formvollendete Gestaltung. Allerdings ist diese Art des Verpackens recht aufwendig. Dies führt insbesondere vor Festtagen, wie beispielsweise in der Vor-Weihnachtszeit oder zu Muttertag, zu denen viele Gegenstände als Geschenke verpackt werden müssen, dazu, dass der Einzelhandel in bestimmten Bereichen zusätzliches Personal einstellt, das sich allein der Verpackung von Geschenken widmet. Dennoch kommt es aufgrund des hohen Andrangs zuweilen zu erheblichen Wartezeiten.
Zur Vermeidung dieses Problems sind vorgefertigte Geschenkverpackungen bekannt. Diese zumeist aus Pappe oder dergleichen hergestellten Behältnisse sind in unterschiedlicher Größe vorhanden. Beispielsweise ist aus US-A-2 751 139 eine Verpackung mit den eingangs genannten Merkmalen bekannt. Die bekannte Verpackung ist mit einer Einschnappklinke sowie mit Verschlussbeschlägen versehen. Sie ist nicht faltbar. Problematisch ist bei vorgefertigten Geschenkverpackungen der Transport und die Lagerung, da diese kastenförmigen oder zylindrischen Behälter ohne Inhalt vom Hersteller zum Einzelhandel transportiert werden müssen und dabei ein erhebliches Transportvolumen aufweisen. Zudem ist die Bevorratung dieser Geschenkverpackungen im Einzelhandel aufgrund des hohen benötigten Raumbedarfs schwierig.
Aus US-A-4 477 015 ist auch eine faltbare Verpackung bekannt, die jedoch keine Beschläge aufweist. Solche faltbaren Verpackungen dienen allerdings im Wesentlichen als Transportverpackungen. Das Verschließen solcher faltbaren Verpackungen nach deren Zusammenbau erfolgt in der Regel mit Hilfe von Klebestreifen. Aus diesem Grund sind sie als Geschenkverpackungen nicht verwendbar.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung, insbesondere für Geschenke zu schaffen, die einerseits den hohen Anforderungen an das Erscheinungsbild einer Geschenkverpackung genügt, andererseits beim Transport und der Lagerung einen geringen Platzbedarf aufweist. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe bei einer Verpackung der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, dass die Verpackung faltbar ist.
Die Instabilität einer faltbaren Verpackung hat die Fachleute bisher davon abgehalten, die Verpackung mit Beschlägen zu versehen. Mit der Erfindung ist eine Verpackung, insbesondere eine Geschenkverpackung, geschaffen, die den hohen Anforderungen an das Erscheinungsbild von Geschenkverpackungen genügt. Darüber hinaus benötigt die Verpackung aufgrund ihrer Faltbarkeit nur wenig Platz sowohl beim Transport als auch bei der Lagerung. Weiterhin ist durch das Vorsehen der Beschläge die Handhabung der Verpackung verbessert.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Beschläge von Scharnieren und/oder mindestens einem Verschluss gebildet. Durch das Vorsehen der Scharniere sowie des Verschlusses an der Verpackung ist ein hochwertiges Erscheinungsbild hervorgerufen und gleichzeitig eine einer Geschenkverpackung angemessene Verschlussmöglichkeit geschaffen.
In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist an der Verpackung eine Umspannung vorgesehen. Die Umspannung ist vorzugsweise aus Textilien hergestellt. Mit Hilfe der Umspannung ist eine weitere Verbesserung des äußeren Erscheinungsbildes der Verpackung moglich. Insbesondere ist es möglich, Faltkanten in Deckel und/oder Unterteil zu verbergen.
Andere Weiterbildungen und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den übrigen Unteransprüchen angegeben. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird nachfolgend im Einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Bei der als Ausführungsbeispiel gewählten Verpackung handelt es sich um einen kastenförmigen Behälter, der mit einem Deckel 1 und einem Unterteil 2 versehen ist. Der Deckel 1 ist schwenkbar an dem Unterteil 2 befestigt. Hierzu sind an dem Deckel 1 und dem Unterteil 2 Beschläge vorgesehen. Diese sind auf der rückwärtigen Seite des Behälters von Scharnieren 3 gebildet. Zum sicheren Verschließen des Behälters sind die Beschläge auf der Vorderseite von einem Verschluss 4 gebildet.
Die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung ist faltbar. Sie ist im Ausführungsbeispiel aus Pappe hergestellt. In Abwandlung-des-Ausführungsbeispiels ist die Verwendung anderer Materialien für die Verpackung möglich. Darüber hinaus ist es in Abwandlung des Ausführungsbeispiels möglich, die Verpackung mit einer beispielsweise textilen Umspannung zu versehen. Auch andere Maßnahmen zur Veränderung des äußeren Erscheinungsbildes sind möglich. Bevorzugt werden hierbei flexible Materialien verwendet, um die Falt-Eigenschaften der Verpackung nicht verschlechtern.
Der Deckel 1 besteht aus vier Seitenwänden 11, die nicht lösbar miteinander verbunden sind. Der Deckel 1 weist einen Boden 12 auf, der in nicht-gefaltetem Zustand rechtwinklig zu den Seitenwänden 11 angeordnet ist. Der Boden 12 besteht aus vier Teilflächen 121, 122, 123 und 124 (Figur 5). Die Teilflächen sind jeweils an einer Seite nicht lösbar mit den Seitenwänden 11 verbunden. Die Flächen 121 bis 124 sind schwenkbar an den Seitenwänden 11 angeordnet. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist dies durch eine Art Filmscharnier gewährleistet. An ihren den Seitenwänden 11 abgewandten Enden sind die Flächen 121 bis 124 frei. In der Darstellung nach Figur 5 sind die Flächen 121 bis 124 mit den jeweils benachbarten Flächen lösbar verbunden, sodass der Boden 12 des Deckels 1 ausgebildet ist. Um die Stabilität des so gebildeten Bodens 12 zu erhöhen können in Abwandlung des Ausführungsbeispiels in den Flächen abwechselnd Schlitze bzw. Laschen vorgesehen sein. So können die Schlitze beispielsweise in den Flächen 121 und 123 angeordnet sein, die damit korrespondierenden Laschen an den Flächen 122 und 124. Die Laschen greifen dann in nicht-zusammengefaltetem Zustand der Verpackung in die Schlitze ein. Die Erfindung ist dabei nicht auf die beschriebene Art der Faltung beschränkt. Andere Faltungen sind möglich und von der Erfindung ebenfalls umfasst.
In zusammengefaltetem Zustand (Figuren 7 bis 9) sind die Flächen 121 bis 124 nicht rechtwinklig zu den Seitenwänden 11 sondern im Wesentlichen parallel zu diesen ausgerichtet. Die Seitenwände 11 sind dann zueinander verschiebbar, sodass sie in der Draufsicht im Wesentlichen die Form eines Parallelogramms bilden (Figur 7).
Das Unterteil 2 besteht aus vier Seitenwänden 21, die nicht lösbar miteinander verbunden sind. Das Unterteil 2 weist einen Boden 22 auf, der in nicht-gefaltetem Zustand rechtwinklig zu den Seitenwänden 21 angeordnet ist. Der Boden 22 besteht aus vier Teilflächen 221, 222, 223 und 224 (Figur 5). Die Teilflächen sind jeweils an einer Seite nicht lösbar mit den Seitenwänden 21 verbunden. Die Flächen 221 bis 224 sind schwenkbar an den Seitenwänden 21 angeordnet. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist dies durch eine Art Filmscharnier gewährleistet. An ihren den Seitenwänden 21 abgewandten Enden sind die Flächen 221 bis 224 frei. In der Darstellung nach Figur 5 sind die Flächen 221 bis 224 mit den jeweils benachbarten Flächen lösbar verbunden, sodass der Boden 22 des Unterteils 2 ausgebildet ist. Um die Stabilität des so gebildeten Bodens 22 zu erhöhen können in Abwandlung des Ausführungsbeispiels in den Flächen abwechselnd Schlitze bzw. Laschen vorgesehen sein. So können die Schlitze beispielsweise in den Flächen 221 und 223 angeordnet sein, die damit korrespondierenden Laschen an den Flächen 222 und 224. Die Laschen greifen dann in nicht-zusammengefaltetem Zustand der Verpackung in die Schlitze ein. Auch in Bezug auf das Unterteil ist die Faltung nicht auf die beschriebene Art der Faltung beschränkt. Andere Faltungen sind möglich und von der Erfindung ebenfalls umfasst.
In zusammengefaltetem Zustand (Figuren 7 bis 9) sind die Flächen 221 bis 224 nicht rechtwinklig zu den Seitenwänden 21 sondern im Wesentlichen parallel zu diesen ausgerichtet. Die Seitenwände 21 sind dann zueinander verschiebbar, sodass sie in der Draufsicht im Wesentlichen die Form eines Parallelogramms bilden (Figur 7).
Die Scharniere 3 sind in an sich bekannter Weise ausgebildet. Sie bestehen jeweils aus zwei Scharnierlappen 31 und 32, wobei der Scharnierlappen 31 jeweils am Deckel 1, der Scharnierlappen 32 jeweils am Unterteil 2 angeschlagen ist. An den einander zugewandten Seitenkanten ist der Scharnierlappen 31 als Rolle 33, der Scharnierlappen 32 als Rolle 34 ausgebildet. Die Rollen 33 und 34 greifen kammartig ineinander und sind von einem - nicht sichtbaren - Scharnierdraht durchsetzt. Die Rollen 33 und 34 bilden mit dem Scharnierdraht je ein Scharniergelenk. Entlang seiner freien Kanten ist jeder Scharnierlappen 31 und 32 im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig umgebogen, und in der abgewinkelten Ebene mit Einschlagspitzen versehen, mit denen jedes Scharnier in den Deckel 1 bzw. das Unterteil 2 eingebracht ist. Die Verwendung anderer Scharnier- sowie Anbringungsarten sind möglich.
Der Verschluss 4 besteht aus einem Oberteil 41 und einem Unterteil 42. Ober- und Unterteil weisen jeweils ein Anschlagteil 43 bzw. 44 auf. In dem zum Oberteil 41 gehörenden Anschlagteil 43 ist eine Verschlussklappe 45 angelenkt. Die in der Verschlusskappe 45 vorhandene Öffnung übergreift im angeschlagenen Zustand des Verschlusses in Schließlage das Anschlagteil 44 des Unterteils 42. Andere Ausgestaltungen von Verschlussklappen sowie deren Anbringung an das Anschlagteil 43 sind möglich. An dem Anschlagteil 43 des Oberteils 41 ist darüber hinaus auf der dem Unterteil 42 zugewandten Seite eine Zunge 46 vorgesehen. In geschlossenem Zustand des Verschlusses ist die Zunge 46 in einer im Unterteil 42 vorgesehene Öffnung 47 angeordnet. Die Zunge 46 sowie die Öffnung 47 dienen der Lagefixierung von Ober- und Unterteil des Verschlusses 4.
Durch die nach Art von zwei Parallelogrammen zueinander vorgesehenen Seitenwände 11 und 21 der Verpackung ist eine flach zusammenfaltbare Verpackung geschaffen, die nur einen sehr geringen Platzbedarf beim Transport und bei der Lagerung benötigt. Gleichzeitig erfüllt die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung in nicht-zusammengefaltetem Zustand alle an sie gestellten Anforderungen. Insbesondere durch die bereits angeschlagenen Scharniere 3 sowie den bereits angeschlagenen Verschluss 4 ist trotz der Faltbarkeit der Verpackung ein hochwertiger Eindruck geschaffen. Sie ist daher in der Lage, bekannte Verpackungen, insbesondere Geschenkverpackungen, zu ersetzen.

Claims (10)

  1. Verpackung, insbesondere Geschenkverpackung, mit einem Deckel (1) und einem Unterteil (2), wobei an dem Deckel (1) und an dem Unterteil (2) Beschlage (3, 4) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung faltbar ist.
  2. Faltbare Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschläge von Scharnieren (3) und/oder mindestens einem Verschluss (4) gebildet sind.
  3. Faltbare Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (1) von Seitenwänden (11) und einem Boden (12) gebildet ist.
  4. Faltbare Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (12) aus Teilflächen (121, 122, 123, 124) besteht, die jeweils an einer Seite nicht lösbar mit den Seitenwänden (11) verbunden sind.
  5. Faltbare Verpackung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilflächen (121, 122, 123, 124) schwenkbar an den Seitenwänden (11) angeordnet sind.
  6. Faltbare Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (2) von Seitenwänden (21) und einem Boden (22) gebildet ist.
  7. Faltbare Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (22) aus Teilflächen (221, 222, 223, 224) besteht, die jeweils an einer Seite nicht lösbar mit den Seitenwänden (21) verbunden sind.
  8. Faltbare Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilflächen (221, 222, 223, 224) schwenkbar an den Seitenwänden (21) angeordnet sind.
  9. Faltbare Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Umspannung vorgesehen ist.
  10. Faltbare Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umspannung aus Textilien hergestellt ist.
