Description
Claims (7)
- Gusseisenlegierung für Gusseisenprodukte mit einer hohen Temperaturbeständigkeit, bestehend aus 2,5 bis 2,8 Gew. % C, 4,7 bis 5,2 Gew. % Si, 0,5 bis 0,9 Gew. % Mo, 0,5 bis 0,9 Gew. % Al, bis zu 0,04 Gew. % Mg, bis zu 0,02 Gew. % S, 0,1 bis 1,0 Gew. % Ni, 0,1 bis 0,4 Gew. % Zr, Rest Fe und übliche Verunreinigungen.
- Gusseisenlegierung nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Graphitanteil kugelförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Gusseisenlegierung nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Graphitanteil würmchenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Gusseisenlegierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für Gussteile, die mit dem Abgas von Verbrennungsmotoren in Berührung kommen, verwendet wird.
- Gusseisenlegierung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für Auspuffkrümmer oder Turboladergehäuse in Kraftfahrzeugen verwendet wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Gusseisenlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente Al und Zr als eine Al-Zr-Vorlegierung erst unmittelbar vor dem Abgiessen zur Schmelze zugegeben werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Gusseisenlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur der Schmelze vor dem Abgiessen oberhalb von 1460°C liegt.
