Abstract
L'invention concerne un système radar permettant l'avertissement actif d'obstacles et la représentation de la surface terrestre. Ce système fonctionne par fréquences d'impulsions ou dans la zone FM-CW et, en temps réel, peut être utilisé en mode en ligne. Ce système comprend une pluralité d'éléments antennes qui sont destinés à émettre et à recevoir des signaux radar, disposés sur le fuselage d'un aérodyne et commandés chronologiquement l'un après l'autre. L'envoi et la réception périodiques des éléments antennes permet de produire une ouverture synthétique. Selon l'invention, les éléments antenne sont fixés à l'aérodyne le long de son contour incurvé. Un processeur SAR permet d'évaluer les informations acquises par les éléments antennes et les représente à bord d'un aérodyne, dans un cockpit virtuel, sous forme d'images radar traitées.
