Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Druckgiessen von leichtmetallischen Werkstoffen durch Befüllen einer Giesskammer (1) einer Druckgiessmaschine mit einer dosierten Menge an Metallschmelze, wobei die Menge an Metallschmelze aus einem Vorratsbehälter mittels eines Dosierrohres (5) von unten in die Giesskammer (1) gelangt und wobei das Dosierrohr (5) an eine Einfüllöffnung (3) der Giesskammer (1) andockbar ist, und wobei mit dem Befüllen der Giesskammer (1) eine Evakuation einer Formkavität erfolgt, wobei das Befüllen (Dosieren) der Giesskammer (1) mit Metallschmelze und die Evakuation der Form (8) getrennt erfolgen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Gegendruckwellen beim Schliessen der Form (8) durch die Giesskammer (1) hindurch über ein Gegenloch (6) in der Giesskammer (2) abgeleitet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Evakuation der Form (8) dem Befüllen der Giesskammer (1) nachgelagert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Verlängerung einer Kavität (9) der Form (8) eine zyklonartige Entlüftung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dosierrohr (5) während eines Schusses bzw. nach dem Befüllen nahezu berührungslos mit der Einfüllöffnung (3) verbunden ist und elastisch abdichtend gegen eine Vorrichtung (4) derselben gedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spritzhöhe der eindringenden Metallschmelze kleiner bzw. nicht wesentlich grösser als die Einfüllhöhe der Metallschmelze in die Giesskammer (1) ist.
- Druckgiessmaschine zum Druckgiessen leichtmetallischer Werkstoffe, umfassend eine Giesskammer (1) und einen Giesskolben (2), wobei die Giesskammer (1) eine Einfüllöffnung (3) für die einzufüllende Metallschmelze und eine stirnseitige Öffnung (7) zu einer Form (8) aufweist und die Öffnung (7) abdichtend ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Giesskammer (1) ein Gegenloch (6), der Einfüllöffnung etwa gegenüber liegend angeordnet ist
- Druckgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Dosierrohr (5) während des Befüllens der Giesskammer (1) an diese angedockt ist.
