Claims (10)
- Führungsbolzen (10) zum Führen einer Lamelle (1) einer Lamellenstore in einer Führungsschiene (2), die einen Führungsschlitz (8) mit zwei Seitenwänden (11,12) aufweist, wobei ein erstes Ende (3) des Führungsbolzens (10) fest mit der Lamelle (1) verbindbar ist und ein zweites Ende (4) des Führungsbolzens (10) ein Rückhalteelement (5) aufweist, welches dazu bestimmt ist, in den Führungsschlitz (8) eingeführt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückhalteelement (5) wenigstens teilweise derart beweglich ausgebildet ist, dass es beim Annähern an den Führungsschlitz (8) in einer festen Einführrichtung (E) durch die zwei Seitenwände (11,12) so deformiert wird, dass es den Führungsschlitz (8) durchdringen kann, wobei das Rückhalteelement (5) nach dem Durchdringen des Führungsschlitzes (8) wieder seine ursprüngliche Form annimmt.
- Führungsbolzen (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückhalteelement (5) eine erste Zunge (6) und eine zweite Zunge (7) umfasst, welche zusammen eine V-Form bilden.
- Führungsbolzen (10) nach einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (3) einen Rastverschluss aufweist, mit welchem der Führungsbolzen (10) an der Lamelle (1) vorzugsweise unlösbar befestigbar ist.
- Führungsbolzen (10) nach einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste maximale Breite (d1) des Führungsbolzens (10) im Bereich des ersten Endes (3) quer zur Längsachse (L) im wesentlichen einer zweiten maximalen Breite (d2) des Führungsbolzens (10) im Bereich des zweiten Endes (4) quer zur Längsachse (L) entspricht.
- Führungsbolzen (10) nach einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite maximale Breite (d2) im deformierten Zustand etwa 20% bis 80%, bevorzugt 60%, der zweiten maximalen Breite (d2) im nicht deformierten Zustand des Rückhalteelements (5) beträgt.
- Führungsbolzen (10) nach einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsbolzen (10) einstückig ist und vorzugsweise im Spritzgussverfahren aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Verfahren zur Montage einer Lamellenstore mit einer Mehrzahl von mit Führungsbolzen (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 versehenen Lamellen (1) in einer Führungsschiene (2), die einen Führungsschlitz (8) mit zwei Seitenwänden (11,12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (2) montiert wird, anschliessend die zu einem Lamellenblock zusammengeschobenen Lamellen (1) in einer festen Einführrichtung (E) an den Führungsschlitz (8) angenähert, so dass die Rückhalteelemente (5) der Führungsbolzen (10) die Seitenwände (11,12) kontaktieren, und der Lamellenblock anschliessend weiter in Einführrichtung (E) bewegt wird, so dass die Rückhalteelemente (5) den Führungsschlitz (8) durchdringen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführrichtung (E) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Schlitzebene (S) verläuft.
- Lamelle (1) für eine Lamellenstore mit jeweils einem an ihren beiden Schmalseiten (1a) vorzugsweise unlösbar angeordneten Führungsbolzen (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5.
- Lamellenstore mit einer Mehrzahl von Lamellen (1), die an ihren beiden Schmalseiten (1a) jeweils einen Führungsbolzen (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 aufweisen.
