Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Auftragen von flüssigem oder pastösem Auftragsmedium auf eine sich in Laufrichtung (L) bewegende Materialbahn (12), insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, mit einem kontaktlos wirkenden Auftragswerk (14), welches das Auftragsmedium auf einen durch eine Stützvorrichtung (20) gestützten Abschnitt des Verlaufs der Materialbahn (12) aufträgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützvorrichtung (20) von einem umlaufenden Stützelement (18) gebildet ist, welches die Materialbahn (12) im Anschluss an die Auftragsvorrichtung (14) zumindest bis zur nächstfolgenden Materialbahn-Behandlungsvorrichtung (16) stützt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (18) ein Stützband oder Stützsieb ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kontaktlos wirkende Auftragsvorrichtung (14) eine Sprüh-Auftragsvorrichtung oder eine Vorhang-Auftragsvorrichtung ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nächstfolgende Materialbahn-Behandlungsvorrichtung eine Trockenvorrichtung (16) ist, beispielsweise eine Infrarot- oder/und Luft-Trockenvorrichtung. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragsmedium binder- oder/und stärkehaltig ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (12) unmittelbar vor dem Auftragswerk (14) einen Trockengehalt von mindestens 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise mindestens 50 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter mindestens 58 Gew.-%, aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragswerk (14) in Laufrichtung (L) der Materialbahn (12) zwischen einer Pressenpartie (22) und einer Trockenpartie (26) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragswerk (14) in Laufrichtung (L) der Materialbahn (12) zwischen einer, gewünschtenfalls mit einem Glättwerk ausgestatteten, Vortrockenpartie (28) und einer Nachtrockenpartie (30) angeordnet ist.
